The current downturned economy has brought human capital leadership to the forefront in the marketplace and the public consciousness.  This has brought forth a new set of challenges that compete with the existing matters for the human capital leader’s attention.

It is against this backdrop that Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2008 Human Capital Leadership Forum, which will take place in Manhattan.  The event brings together leaders in human capital from approximately 135–150 public and private large cap and mid cap corporations, as well as complementary areas of executive leadership (CEOs, CFOs & COOs). The forum will address a number of topics including, but not limited to: best practices in finding and retaining quality employees, transforming human capital through a shift in the business model, overcoming challenges in leadership development, and the processes and challenges of shifting from a regional to a global human capital focus.
