The forum, to take place in Manhattan, will bring together 135 to 150 senior operating executives as well as private equity investors to discuss best practices in the M&A field, to debate current issues and topics and to provide dealmakers an opportunity to network. Attendees for the forum comprise the top M&A decision makers from corporate America, leading private equity executives and other investment professionals. Corporate functional areas represented include corporate mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, business development and the CFO and CEO offices across all industries.
