Prior to joining TCP in 2005, Mr. Leitner served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for WilTel Communications. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GlobeNet Communications, leading the Company through a successful turnaround and sale. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Corporate Development of 360networks. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director of Corporate Development for Microsoft Corporation, where he managed corporate investments and acquisitions in the telecommunications, media, managed services, and business applications software sectors, completing over $9 billion in software and communications infrastructure transactions globally. Prior to Microsoft, he was a Vice President in the M&A group at Merrill Lynch. He currently serves as a representative for Tennenbaum on the boards of Anacomp, Inc., ITC^DeltaCom, Inc., Online Resources and Wild Blue Communications. Mr. Leitner is also on the board of Ticketmaster,Inc., and is very active in community events serving on several non-profit boards and committees.

Jonathan Marchbank

Jonathan Marchbank joined Virgin Mobile USA in March 2006 as chief operating officer, charged with running day-to-day operations including retail sales, product management, customer care and IT. Prior to joining Virgin Mobile USA, Mr. Marchbank worked for the Virgin Group, serving as chief executive officer for Virgin Mobile in Asia and in Australia. Prior to joining the Virgin Group in 2002, Mr. Marchbank held senior executive roles with Nokia, Philips Electronics and at Telstra Corporation. Mr. Marchbank holds a diploma in business studies, majoring in marketing, from Newcastle Business School in the United Kingdom.
Eduardo G. Mestre

Eduardo is Vice Chairman of Evercore Partners with responsibility for the management of the firm’s advisory practice. Evercore is a public company involved in M&A and restructuring advisory services, private equity and venture capital. Prior to joining Evercore in November of 2004, Eduardo was a Vice Chairman of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and Chairman of its Investment Banking Division. Eduardo was head of investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney and its predecessor firms from 1995-2001 and co-head of Salomon Brothers’ mergers and acquisitions department from 1989-1995.
Over the years Eduardo has represented many clients in the communications, technology, aerospace, defense, media and power industries. These clients have included: Amgen in its acquisition of Immunex; AOL in its merger with Time Warner; Citigroup in its acquisition of Banamex, Mexico’s largest bank; News Corporation in its acquisition of Hughes; SBC in its acquisition of Ameritech; Pacific Telesis in its sale to SBC; and Northrop Grumman in its mergers with Litton, Grumman and TRW.
Since joining Evercore Eduardo has represented SBC in its acquisition of AT&T; AT&T in its acquisition of BellSouth; Level 3 in its acquisition of Williams Telecommunications and Broadwing; Nextel Partners and US Unwired in their sale to Sprint; Cendant in its reorganization and in the sale of its Travelport subsidiary to Blackstone; Realogy in its sale to Apollo; Sequa in its sale to Carlyle; Performance Food Group in its sale to Blackstone and Wellspring; and GM in its sale of GMAC to Cerberus.
Eduardo’s outside activities include serving as Chairman of the Board of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, one of the nation’s leading cancer, genetics and neuroscience research and educational institutions, and past Chairman of WNYC, New York’s public radio stations. Eduardo also serves on the Board of Directors of the Avis Budget Group, Inc.
Prior to joining Salomon Brothers in 1977, Eduardo was an associate with the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. Eduardo graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University in 1970 with a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science and is a 1973 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. Eduardo was born in Havana, Cuba in 1949. He and his wife Gillian have three children ages 29, 27 and 24
Thomas J. Navin

Mr. Navin has extensive experience in a wide range of regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters, including issues involving traditional telecommunications as well as broadband and the Internet. As Chief of the Federal Communication Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau, Mr. Navin played a key role in developing national policies governing broadband networks, VoIP services, local telephone competition, customer privacy, universal service and intercarrier compensation arrangements. He oversaw three of the largest telecommunications mergers in U.S. History, developed the legal and policy rationale for eliminating decades-old regulation of incumbent telephone providers’ Internet access services, and developed the legal and policy framework under the Communications Act for broadband networks, including telephony services provided over those networks. He also oversaw wireless policy initiatives and rulemaking proceedings on issues including Advanced Wireless Services spectrum proceedings, Enhanced 911, CALEA, Truth-in-Billing, CMRS numbering and local number portability, rate integration and intercarrier compensation. Mr. Navin has counseled Fortune 500 companies on regulatory, transactional and business planning for telecommunications services with an emphasis on commercial and private wireless services, and negotiated and drafted software licensing, infrastructure access and international telecommunications services agreements.
Mr Navin is the Co-Chair of the FCC’s Advisory Committee for the 2011 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-11). Appointed by the Chairman of the FCC, he is tasked with providing advice, technical analyses and specific recommendations on matters relating to the WRC-11.
Prem Parameswaran

Prem Parameswaran is a Managing Director in the Global Telecommunications and Media Group in the Investment Banking Division at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Parameswaran was with Goldman Sachs where he was a Vice President and Head of the Integrated Communications Provider Sector in the Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Parameswaran has now been advising clients in the global telecommunications and media sector for over 17 years including mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and public and private equity and debt financings. He has executed over 100 transactions and has played a leading role in selected assignments for AT&T, SBC Communications, Verizon, Global Crossing, Paetec, VSNL (India), Reliance Globalcom, Clearwire, RCN, Cbeyond, NuVox, Grande, McLeodUSA, Vonage, Time Warner Telecom, US LEC, Qwest, KPNQwest, Sabre, and others. In addition, he recently advised John Henry, Tom Werner and Larry Lucchino in their acquisition of the Boston Red Sox. Prior to investment banking, he played a season of professional ice hockey in Europe.
Mr. Parameswaran received a B.A. from Columbia University and an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School. Mr. Parameswaran has recently established the Prem Parameswaran Family Scholarship at Columbia Business School. He resides in Purchase, NY with his wonderful wife, Charity and their two beautiful daughters, Trinity and Kayla.
Joshua Steiner

Joshua L. Steiner is a Managing Principal of Quadrangle Group LLC focused on the firm’s $2.9 billion media and communications private equity business. Quadrangle Group manages more than $6 billion investing in media and communications companies through separate private and public investment strategies and across all asset classes through its asset management business.
Prior to forming Quadrangle Group in March 2000, Mr. Steiner was a Managing Director at Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, where he was a member of the firm’s Media and Communications Group.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Steiner was the Chief of Staff for the United States Department of the Treasury, where he was responsible for managing the Secretary of Treasury’s staff and served as his adviser on domestic and international policy as well as management and communications issues.
Mr. Steiner is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the New York Public Library and serves on the boards of Phillips Academy (Andover), and the Enterprise Foundation of New York, an organization that helps develop and maintain affordable housing. Mr. Steiner is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations where he is on the Board of Advisors of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Steiner received a M.St. in Modern History from Oxford University. He received a B.A. in History from Yale University.
