Todd Kahn

Todd Kahn was appointed Senior Vice President, General Council and Security Secretary for Coach, Inc. in January 2008. In this role, Mr. Kahn is responsible for the Coach, Inc. legal organization worldwide and oversees all legal operations including strategic planning, corporate compliance and governance, licensing contracts and other contractual matters, and legal counsel to business units and management. Mr. Kahn is also responsible for launching anti-counterfeiting efforts in the US and abroad, working with local law enforcement, federal agencies, and the private sector.

Throughout Mr. Kahn's 21 year legal career, he has largely focused on Intellectual Property issues and with growing and protecting luxury apparel and accessories brands. Prior to joining Coach, from July to September 2007, Mr. Kahn served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Calypso Christian Celle. From January 2004 until July 2007, Mr. Kahn was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sean John, a private lifestyle apparel company.

Before his three-and-a-half-year stint at Sean John, Mr. Kahn worked for three years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Accessory Network Group, a private accessories company. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Salant Corporation, which he joined in 1993 as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Kahn began his legal career in 1988 with the firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson in New York as a corporate attorney.

Mr. Kahn received a B.S. magna cum laude from Touro College in 1985 and a J.D. cum laude from Boston University Law School in 1988. Mr. Kahn serves on the Board of Directors of the Coach Foundation and Fashion Delivers.
