Sharon Daniels

Sharon Daniels, President and Chief Executive Officer, has overall responsibility for managing AchieveGlobal. Ms. Daniels returns to AchieveGlobal after a four year absence in which she served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer of two other training companies in the industry. She originally joined Kaset International in 1991, and served in the roles of Consultant, VP of Operations and General Manager of Field Operations. In 1997 and 1998 she held a leadership role involved in the integration of the three companies: Learning International, Kaset International and Zenger Miller.
Prior to returning to AchieveGlobal, Ms. Daniels served as President and CEO of Communispond, a corporate communications company headquartered in New York. She was introduced to Communispond through her work with Frontline Group, a roll up of eight inpidual performance improvement companies.
Ms. Daniels career prior to her work in the training industry was in the field of banking. She joined Southeast Bank, headquartered in Miami, Florida, after college and held numerous roles in operations, the mergers and acquisitions team, branch management, and training and consulting. She was with Southeast Bank for fifteen years.
She holds a bachelor of education degree from the University of Florida, and a masters in Training and Organizational Development from the University of South Florida, and has over twenty-five years of experience in general management and sales leadership roles.
On the personal front, Ms. Daniels is an active member of the Instructional Systems Association and American Society of Training and Development. She is married and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in her community as well as hiking.
Deanna Fidler
Head of Talent Management

Deanna Fidler is the Head of Talent Management for Aetna Inc. In this role she leads Aetna’s talent strategy, focused on developing, retaining and attracting employees with skills and experience vital to Aetna’s success. Her organizational responsibilities include talent acquisition workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, organization design and development, and enterprise workforce development.
Kevin Oliver
Executive Vice President Human Resources
Hanesbrands, Inc.
Kevin Oliver oversees human resources for Hanesbrands Inc. Americas/Asia, with responsibility for all worldwide functions, including HR generalists, executive compensation and benefits, internal communications, human resources information management (HRIM), talent acquisition/management, persity and inclusion, and global learning. He joined Sara Lee Branded Apparel in 2005 from Sara Lee Food & Beverage. Prior to Sara Lee, Oliver was vice president of human resources for Earthgrains Company and held senior HR positions over a 10-year career at Frito-Lay Company.
Oliver earned his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and his J.D. from the University of Akron.
Wendy Witterschein
Director, Global Learning / BD University
BD
Wendy joined BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) in September 2004 as a member of the BD University Leadership Team. Prior to that, Wendy held leadership positions at AT&T in sales, sales leadership, branch management, product marketing, sales effectiveness, education & training, and organizational effectiveness. She has worked extensively in leadership development, talent, change leadership, executive coaching, and process consultation, and in addition has been adjunct psychology faculty at several institutions. Wendy holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an MA in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and is a candidate for a PhD in Educational Psychology from Columbia University where she does original research in mental models, a key component of business transformation and cultural change for inpiduals, teams and organizations.
At BD she now co-leads BD University, and leads its professional and business skills portfolio with focus on strategic marketing, global product development, negotiations, working globally, finance and innovation. She also facilitates BD’s global flagship leadership programs and travels extensively working with BD teams in Asia/Pacific, Japan, Europe, Brazil, California, Baltimore and Franklin Lakes, NJ, USA.
Lance Wright
Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Administration
USEC Inc.
W. Lance Wright is senior vice president of human resources and administration at USEC Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of USEC’s human resource management plans and programs, information technology, and security.
Immediately prior to joining USEC, Mr. Wright was a vice president and principal at a prominent executive search firm. Previously, he was director of human resources at Mobil Oil (now ExxonMobil Corporation), based in London and Brussels. While at Mobil, he was responsible for HR operations involving employees in 30 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and he played an instrumental role in developing the HR policies and procedures for the merger of Mobil and Exxon internationally.
Before joining Mobil, Mr. Wright held several HR positions of increasing responsibility at the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands. Early in his career, he was a pension and employee benefit plan specialist with TIAA-CREF, and an employee benefits consultant with Johnson & Higgins.
Mr. Wright earned his bachelor of science degree in political science from Eastern Michigan University and his master of science degree in industrial relations and personnel management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
