Summary:

Hosted by Argyle Executive Forum and Capital IQ, the 2009 Investor Leadership Forum will convene 125 founders, senior portfolio managers, chief risk officers, as well as chief operating officers from the world’s leading investment management firms. Few would disagree that the period from September 2008 to December 2009 will go down as one of the most historic times for the investor as well as for the overall global economy. As the world begins to turn its attention to 2010, Argyle Executive Forum and Capital IQ are providing the opportunity for leading investment managers to participate in a full day of candid discussions focused on the state of the global economy, the upcoming opportunities and challenges for the investor, as well as a review and critique of this most recent financial crisis the world experienced.

Themes for the event include but are not limited to:

  • Systematic changes to both the equity and credit markets
  • The future of active investment management
  • Innovations in risk management
  • Interesting new signals for quantitative strategies
  • Navigating an ever changing and evolving regulatory system
