Les is an advisor to TL Ventures, a leading venture capital group in the Mid-Atlantic. Les is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sarr Group, LLC (“SARR”). SARR is an investment holding company for Les’ personal investments, principally automotive dealership assets, including real estate and investments in the print media arena, including The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Philadelphia Daily News.
Les is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Les also serves on the board of directors of Merck & Co., Inc. (NYSE “MRK”), Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE “BR”), and Philadelphia Media Holdings, LLC (The Holding Company for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News.
Prior to SARR, Les founded and was Chairman Emeritus of Hamilton Lane, focusing on the firm's strategic initiatives and direction, as well as its investment decision-making through his participation on the firm's Investment Committee. Hamilton Lane is the world’s leading Private Equity advisory and management firm with over 40 Billion US in assets under advisement and management. In 2003, a controlling interest in the firm was purchased by Cascade, LLC, the personal investment company of Bill Gates and a group of former Morgan Stanley executives. Les was also a member of the board of directors of the Richcourt Group, a Hamilton Lane company specializing in hedge fund of funds management.
Les has nearly 30 years of investment banking, commercial banking and financial advisory experience. Prior to founding Hamilton Lane, he was a Managing Director and cofounder of the investment banking group of Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia, Vice President in the Corporate Finance Division of E.F. Hutton & Co. in New York, and Vice President of Lloyds International Corporation. Les began his career with Chemical Bank in Seoul, South Korea, where he was Assistant Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He is fluent in both French and Korean.
Les received a B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus, and he is a Trustee of the University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc. Les is also a Trustee of The Episcopal Academy in Merion, PA. In addition, Les is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and was Chairman of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s S.B.I.C. Advisory Council, and a member of the Committee for the Reinvention of the S.B.A.
Jamie Ebersole

Jamie is a Senior Investment Director at SL Capital Partners having joined the firm in August of 2008. He is responsible for leading the US investment activities including the selection and disposition of private equity investments. Prior to joining SL Capital Partners, he spent eight years at Allianz Private Equity Partners where he was most recently the Head of the New York office and a member of the global investment committee. He holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin, an MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and a joint BA/MA from Tufts University. Jamie is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the NYSSA.
Jason Gull

As Global Head of Secondary Investments, Jason is responsible for Adams Street Partners’ global secondary investment strategy. He actively participates in all fund investment decisions at Adams Street.
Prior to joining Adams Street in January of 2004, Jason was a Vice President at Landmark Partners, where he was responsible for the origination, valuation and negotiation of private equity secondary investments. He was also involved in the investment process supporting Landmark's co-investment and fund of funds programs.
Prior to working with Landmark as a summer associate in 1997, Jason worked with the Salt Lake Olympic Committee from 1993 to 1996 in developing strategic and logistical plans for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Jason speaks conversant French and has working knowledge of Hebrew.
Jason is the Secretary of the Adams Street Partners Secondary Partnership Sub-Committee and a member of the Adams Street Partners Portfolio Construction and Primary Partnership Sub-Committees. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and a chartered member of the CFA Society of Chicago. He sits on advisory boards for two private equity firms within the Adams Street Partners portfolio.
Andrew Kwee

Mr. Andrew Kwee is currently a Principal at LGT Capital Partners (USA) Inc. He is based in the firm's New York office and leads its US private equity office. Previously, Mr. Kwee worked at GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd. as a Senior Vice President. He spent ten years at the firm and was responsible for establishing and managing its New York office. Before joining GIC, he worked in project management for Tishman Realty and Construction Corporsation. Mr. Kwee holds an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
Bob Long

Conversus Asset Management
Bob Long is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Conversus Asset Management, the manager of Conversus Capital. Mr. Long is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Conversus and is a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Managers of Conversus Asset Management.
Prior to founding Conversus in June 2007, Mr. Long was the head of Banc of America Strategic Capital, a division of Bank of America managing approximately $7 billion in private equity funds and direct investments. Mr. Long was involved in private equity throughout his 14-year career at Bank of America, including as founder of the Strategic Investments Group and co-founder of the Real Estate Mezzanine Group. Mr. Long began his career at Bank of America in the legal department where he was responsible for private equity, mergers and acquisitions advisory and other capital markets businesses. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Long was a corporate and securities lawyer in private practice. Mr. Long earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
Linda Lynch

Ms. Lynch is a co-founder and Managing Director of Fisher Lynch Capital, an independent private equity firm specializing in venture capital and buyout investing. The firm invests on behalf of numerous endowments and foundations, as well as other institutional investors.
Prior to founding Fisher Lynch Capital, Linda was Director of Private Equity and Vice President of Lucent Asset Management, which was created to manage and invest the non-operating assets of Lucent Technologies, Inc. Linda established and led the private equity program, and helped lead the asset management organization. Linda designed and executed a new investment program in private equity, venture capital, special situations and post-venture investments. She built an investment and operations team, held numerous advisory board positions, and oversaw the monitoring of a direct investment program.
Before joining Lucent, Linda was a Managing Director of Cambridge Associates, an investment consulting and research firm. Linda’s clients included a wide range of institutional investors, for whom she provided alternative assets consulting, as well as broader advisory services. She also held various leadership responsibilities at the firm.
Linda’s prior experience included finance and economic development posts for the City of New York.
Linda earned her M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her B.A. in English at Yale University.
She currently serves on advisory boards for the Inner City Scholarship Fund, the Catholic Schools Foundation, Stand For Children, the Charles Snowden Program for Excellence in Journalism, and Noble and Greenough School.
Charles Merritt

Mr. Merritt is one of the three founding partners of Parish Capital Advisors, LLP. His experience stems from three professional roles: (i) limited partner in private equity funds, (ii) direct private equity investor and (iii) merger & acquisition advisor to private equity groups.
Prior to founding Parish Capital, Mr. Merritt served as Director of Private Investments for The Duke Endowment (TDE), where he was responsible for its private equity strategy, including sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining TDE, Mr. Merritt was Director of Private Investments for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Investment Office, where he built the private equity portfolio to approximately $350 million in commitments. He acquired his direct investment experience during his tenure at Bank of America’s private equity group and his investment banking experience at Bowles Hollowell Connor & Co.
Mr. Merritt received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar, and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
Doug Wurth

JP Morgan
Doug Wurth is a managing director of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Global Head of JPMorgan Private Bank’s Alternative Investments Group, which supervises over $35 billion in alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity and real estate. Additionally, Doug serves as a member of Highbridge Capital Management’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Wurth has been with JPMorgan since 1997, when he joined the Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. Since 1999, Mr. Wurth has helped lead the Private Bank’s global Alternative Investments business while based in San Francisco, London and New York.
Prior to joining JPMorgan, Mr. Wurth practiced law at the New York firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and served as General Counsel to former Senator Robert Dole’s 1996 presidential campaign. Mr. Wurth holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
