Summary:

Chief Financial Officers are currently challenged to drive company growth, manage healthy balance sheets, and reliably forecast performance in the midst of an uncertain economic recovery, characterized by slow growth and stagnation. Additionally, the last twelve months have seen new legislative and regulatory developments that will have sweeping implications for the world of finance and accounting for years to come. Against this backdrop of challenges, the role of the Chief Financial Officer has continued to increase in complexity and importance.

These are among the trends and topics that will be discussed at Argyle Executive Forum’s 2010 CFO Leadership Breakfast. Other areas of discussion will include CFO perspectives on M&A, expense management trends, the changing internal role of the CFO, and an update on regulatory and legislative issues. The event brings together approximately 60 CFOs and direct reports from public and private, large and mid cap corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership (CEOs, EVPs & COOs), as well as representatives from the event's underwriters.

Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. Participation by partnership organizations (advisory firms, vendors, etc) is limited to clients of Argyle Executive Forum. Argyle meetings are by invitation only.
