2010 CMO Leadership Forum (San Francisco)
Wednesday, June 2, 2010
San Francisco, CA
The phrase competition breeds innovation is perhaps most relevant to the Chief Marketing Officer. It is through the CMO office that a company transforms from a concept to a brand and it’s through the CMO that the transformation is determined.
Given the state of the current economy, some of the competition has disappeared, reorganized or scaled back spending. Innovative companies however, have seen the economy as an opportunity to increase brand awareness in a diminishing market place by showcasing a greater reliance on social media and web 2.0, focusing on targeted as well as multicultural marketing and an increased reliance upon search engine optimization. This is coupled with other challenges that CMOs face such as the costs and benefits of having brand prominence within the social lexicon, marketing through a crisis and fostering loyalty amongst consumers.
With this in mind, Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2010 CMO Leadership Forum, taking place in San Francisco. The event will bring together the marketing leadership from approximately 100-115 public and private, large and mid cap corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership and select advisors.
Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. Participation by partnership organizations (advisory firms, vendors, etc) is limited to clients of Argyle Executive Forum. Argyle meetings are by invitation only.
