Ms. Arthur spent nearly 7 years at Oracle where as a Vice President of Marketing, she managed the market entry and growth for Oracle CRM as well drove market and demand initiatives for all of Oracle’s services including its E-Business Suite On-Demand. Allison Cerra brings more than 15 years of telecommunications industry experience within service and equipment provider organizations to her position as Chief Marketing Officer for the Americas region at Alcatel-Lucent. In this role, Ms. Cerra is responsible for regional marketing activities to support service providers in the areas of strategic and customer marketing, operations, intelligence, and communications.
Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Ms. Cerra served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Frontier Communications, responsible for access lines, high-speed Internet, video and wireless products across seven states. She also held senior management positions at GTE Network Services and, after its acquisition, for Verizon Communications, with activity in the areas of DSL, ISDN, IPTV infrastructure, fixed and mobile communications, and entertainment services.
She also served as Vice President of Marketing Communications with Alcatel North America.

Previously, Kevin was Director of Global Web Solutions, where he had responsibility for web marketing, portfolio analysis tools and global product data.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Kevin was the head of retail marketing at Vanguard, where he had responsibility for retail marketing strategy, programs and promotion to 6 million retail and 401(k) clients and prospects. Previous roles at Vanguard included leading the Client Insight function and leading sales and marketing strategy for Vanguard's high net worth business.

Lauren Flaherty oversees the full breadth of the Juniper Network's global marketing activities. Prior to joining Juniper, Ms. Flaherty served as CMO of Nortel Networks from 2006-2008. While at Nortel, she created a fully integrated marketing function that represented all lines of business, and created Nortel's first Global Marketing Board, which enabled the development of marketing investments that were fully aligned to sales and the company's strategic objectives. Ms. Flaherty also led many of Nortel's strategic business initiatives, including the company's first global Enterprise campaign, leadership of the company's green marketing initiatives and its bids for sponsorship of the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic Games. Prior to Nortel, Ms. Flaherty spent 26 years at IBM in a variety of product marketing leadership positions, including software and servers. Porter is a Co-Executive Producer of Fly Girls, a reality docu-series that follows the lives of five in-flight teammates from Virgin America. The series airs on The CW Network. In addition, Porter sits on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau (SFCVB).
Porter is a frequent guest lecturer, panelist and public speaker. She has presented at organizations or events including Harvard Business School, #140 Conference, American Marketing Association, TechCrunch, NFFTY, BizTech, The Economist Forum, The CMO Club, The Argyle Forum and more.

Among other roles at The Economist, Martin has been the newspaper’s European Business Correspondent in Paris, its Finance Editor in London and its New York-based Management Correspondent. He has also worked on the commercial side of The Economist Group, including four years as Executive Vice-President of all of its North American operations.
Martin received an executive MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business, is a member of the Advisory Council of the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London and a trustee of a charity dedicated to helping young people become financial journalists.

Derek Rago is the Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for McKesson Patient Relationship Solutions, a business unit of McKesson Corporation, which is dedicated to improving health outcomes by increasing patient adherence to prescribed medication regimens. He has over 13 years experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing and is currently responsible for managing the company’s core solutions that include alternative sampling programs, fully integrated patient loyalty card programs, patient outreach services and in-pharmacy patient counseling programs. Derek is also responsible for creating and defining the organizations strategic and long-term goals.
Previously, Derek held the position of Director of Marketing in McKesson’s Specialty Care Solutions business unit. Prior to joining McKesson, Derek was a Director of Product Management at NDCHealth (now Wolters Kluwer Health).

Prior to joining Republic, Gary enjoyed a successful 15-year career with Browning Ferris Industries (BFI). He started with BFI in 1985 as a sales representative and soon advanced through the management levels of the company in both Sales and Operations. He also managed areas of BFI's Recycling and Medical Waste business at both local and senior management levels. Gary attended Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville achieving honors recognition.

Todd Townsend, vice president of consumer marketing, joined Qwest in February 2009. Townsend is a proven leader with a solid track record of managing the marketing communications of competitive brands across several industries. Prior to joining Qwest, Townsendworked for Sonic Corp., where he served as the restaurant chain's chief marketing officer. In that role, he led the company's consumer advertising, field marketing and strategic planning efforts. Prior to joining Sonic, Townsend served as Yahoo's vice president of sales and marketing for the online portal operator's hosting and e- commerce services group. In addition, he has held various executive marketing roles for Sprint Corp., and has significant agency experience, having supervised key accounts for Leo Burnett Worldwide, including Miller Brewing Company and The Pillsbury Company.

Ron Zaragoza is responsible for developing the wireless carrier channel globally for LOC-AID's location enablement services. At LOC-AID, Ron also works with executives at large retail and CPG brands, mobile agencies, financial institutions and software providers to location-enable their mobile applications. Ron has over 20 years of business development experience with carriers in the U.S., Europe and Latin America. Prior to LOC-AID, Ron was Head of Business Mobility at NOKIA, leading national account team for AT&T and Verizon Wireless for smartphone devices, mobile email, device management, application synchronization and fixed mobile convergence solutions, resulting in over $65 million in sales. Prior to Nokia, Ron was Director of Sales at Intellisync where he grew mobile software sales from zero to over $20 million in annual revenues from the wireless carrier channel. Before Intellisync, Ron led sales for venture-backed and high growth companies in the telecommunications industry including Advanced Fibre Communications (acquired by Tellabs) and Stratus (acquired by Lucent); accelerating valuations with success in opening carrier and country markets. Ron holds a B.S. in Business from Western Illinois University.
