Meeting Overview

Although the bear economy has kept recent deal activity at a stand still, an increase in merger and acquisition activity is expected to coincide with the up tick in the economy. The dealscape of even one year ago is radically different from today’s, necessitating discussion as to where new opportunities will be found and how best to capitalize on them.

On January 26th, Argyle Executive Forum will host its 2010 Leadership in Corporate Divestitures and Acquisitions Forum, which will take place in Manhattan. The event brings together approximately 100 - 115 top M&A decision makers from corporate America, leading private equity executives and other investment professionals as well as complementary areas of executive leadership (CEOs, CFOs & COOs) and select advisors.

Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. Participation by partnership organizations (advisory firms, vendors, etc) is limited to clients of Argyle Executive Forum. Argyle meetings are by invitation only. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to inquire about attendance, please click here.
