  • In 2010, Baird & Warner’s website earned the prestigious “Website Quality Certification” designation — and, in an independently judged competition, was honored as “Best Overall Website” and “Best Property Search” from among 600 real estate firms worldwide.
  • In 2003 and 2004, Jim was honored by the Newspaper Association of America with its prestigious ATHENA — (the Award to Honor Excellence in Newspaper Advertising) — for his pioneering design work.  (No other Chicagoland real estate firm has ever won this highly coveted award, and no other firm in the nation has ever won it twice.)
  • His work has also been repeatedly recognized by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Network with prestigious international awards for “Best Property Advertising,” “Best Website Promotion,” “Best Company Promotional Materials.”  In addition, Baird & Warner is the only five time consecutive winner of the Crain’s Chicago Business “Best of Issue” Award voted on by the readers of the magazine.
  • Jim is a frequent speaker on marketing and branding related topics at major national industry gatherings — including the Realty Alliance’s annual Marketing Directors Conference, the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s Annual Convention, and RIS Media’s Annual Leadership Conference.  He has also been invited by the Newspaper Association of America to address several of their national symposiums.
  • In early 2003, Jim was awarded the Baird & Warner Good Will Award — the company’s highest non-sales accolade — in recognition of his commitment and passion to helping people living with HIV/AIDS.
