Ms. Arthur spent nearly 7 years at Oracle where as a Vice President of Marketing, she managed the market entry and growth for Oracle CRM as well drove market and demand initiatives for all of Oracle’s services including its E-Business Suite On-Demand. Most recently, as the founder for Cinterim, Ms. Arthur applied her market-centric processes and insight to provide strategic counsel for Silicon Valley start-ups and Fortune 50 technology companies. Ms. Arthur is a seasoned keynote speaker addressing diverse topics at Web 2.0, Office 2.0, American Marketing Association (AMA) Strategy Confer¬ence, Stanford University and MIT Sloan CMO Summit. She has also appeared on Asia’s Wall Street Journal broadcast and published papers with AMA. Lucille DeHart

Lucille DeHart has spent over 20 years in the advertising/marketing field and has a background in wholesale, retail and direct to consumer marketing. She joined Maidenform Inc, (an 88 yr old publically traded American brand sold in over 60 countries) in November 2009 as Chief Marketing Officer where she is responsible for all aspects of global marketing for the Maidenform brand portfolio including: Donna Karan Intimates, DKNY Intimates, Maidenform, Flexees, Lilyette, Sweet Nothings and Self Expressions. Ms. DeHart oversees the creative, advertising, public relations, social media, and brand management functions within the organization. Since 2009, Maidenform has advanced from 20 to number 11 on the top fifty apparel’s brand list. 

Prior to holding her current position, Lucille was the Vice President of Global Marketing for TUMI, overseeing teams in the United States, Europe and Asia. She was Vice President of Marketing at Polo Ralph Lauren for 8 years where she managed the database communications of over 14 million names, drove annual tracked revenue of 26% of sales and helped launch the RUGBY specialty store business for the retail division. Ms. DeHart also held positions at Liz Claiborne within the accessories division, serving as their on-air QVC spokesperson, and Westfield International, an Australian based real estate and shopping center developer.

Lucille is a published poet/writer. She enjoys reading, fitness, supporting animal rescue charities and spending time on Nantucket. A native Long Islander, Lucille currently resides in Scotch Plains, NJ with her husband, David, and household of spoiled pets.

 

Josh Glantz

Josh Glantz joined Publishers Clearing House in 2009 as the company’s vice president and general manager of PCH Online. Josh’s team is responsible for all online ad sales, content, partnerships and business development programs for a network of entertainment and content properties that include casual games, search, offers and deals.  PCH Online is the leading destination for consumers who like to play and win great prizes every day. 

Josh comes to PCH from ideeli, a high-end, members-only online shopping community where he served as general manager of advertising and integrated sponsorships. At ideeli, he built a team focused on email and integrated advertising solutions that contributed to the company’s growth by developing new lifestyle-driven e-commerce categories, channels and media partnerships. He also helped the company raise more than $20 million in venture capital. 

Before ideeli, Josh spent seven years as senior vice president and managing director at ePrize, the leading supplier of interactive promotions and online loyalty programs, where he developed and ran the company’s New York Office and managed a team of 17 sales and strategy professionals. During Josh’s tenure, ePrize grew from $2MM in revenue to more than $50MM.]

Josh is a graduate of Princeton University and Brooklyn Law School. He was a founder and former Executive Director of Swim Across America, a national not-for-profit that has raised more than $20 million for cancer research, treatment and prevention.  In his spare time he instills in his children a life-long love for the NY Yankees.

 

Megan Goett

Megan Goett is a Vice President at Citigroup within the CMO Internet and Mobile team. She is responsible for innovation, strategy and technology implementation for Citi's consumer lines of business. Megan has worked at Citi since early 2006 in a variety of Marketing Program Management roles of increasing scope, scale and responsibility. Her primary focus is to ensure Citi is a leader in the online consumer experience through optimization of existing technology and by establishing and executing new technologies and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Prior to joining the team, she worked in Investment Banking before a career shift into the digital marketing space in 2003 with companies such as Marsh and McLennan and J. Walter Thompson.

She earned her Masters Degree from New York University with a focus in interactive and online Marketing.  She was awarded a Dean’s Graduate Fellowship along with scholarship awards from companies such as Ogilvy One and Harte-Hanks. She continues to serve as guest lecturer at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern Graduate School of Business.

 

Perry Hardt

Perry Hardt is Vice President of North America Marketing at Oracle Corporation responsible for all demand generation programs.  He oversees a team of 60+ marketers with a responsibility that spans Oracle's offerings across business applications, technology infrastructure and hardware for all customers in all industries in North America, representing 40% of Oracle's worldwide business.  He has been with Oracle since 2000 in various online and field marketing positions, initially responsible for Oracle US Public Sector.  He holds a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from University of Maryland.  Perry is originally from Israel and currently resides in the Washington DC area with his wife and 1 year old son.

 

Mike Harrison

Mike Harrison has been Timberland’s Chief Brand Officer since July 2009, responsible for the design, development and marketing of Timberland footwear, apparel and accessories worldwide.  In this position, he reports to Timberland President and CEO, Jeffrey Swartz. 

Mike joined Timberland in 2003 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Timberland’s international business and his role was subsequently expanded in 2005 to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.  In 2006, Mike became President of Timberland’s CasualGear division, responsible for men’s, women’s and kids’ casual footwear & apparel, and in 2007 was appointed Co-President of the Timberland brand, with worldwide responsibility for the all the brand’s product and marketing. 

Prior to joining Timberland, Mike was a consultant at Telos Partners Ltd., a business consultancy specializing in sustainable strategic and organizational development.  Prior to Telos, he worked for 16 years at Procter & Gamble in a variety of marketing, operations and general management roles in Europe, Asia and the U.S., including as President of Max Factor KK (Japan) and Vice President of Western Europe Cosmetics & Skin Care products. 

Mike is a graduate of Cambridge University and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. 

 

Craig Hayman

Craig Hayman is general manager of Industry Solutions, IBM Software. Mr. Hayman leads IBM's Smarter Commerce strategy – a transformative approach to helping companies turn insight into action and enabling new business processes that help companies buy, market, sell and service their products and services in the age of the empowered customer.

Previously, Mr. Hayman was general manager of Application & Integration Middleware, IBM Software. In this role, he was responsible for IBM's WebSphere portfolio and other strategic middleware technologies, including web application servers, transaction and messaging systems, business integration technology, and e-commerce servers.  He has also held leadership positions in Strategy, Development, and Customer Support across IBM Software.

Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Hayman co-founded an enterprise tools vendor and held IT positions at British Telecom and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of London.

 

Kheri Holland Tillman
Vice President, Trade Marketing and Sales Strategy

Kheri Holland Tillman was appointed Vice President of Trade Marketing and Sales Strategy at Heineken USA in July 2010.  In this newly created position, Tillman oversees Trade Marketing Activation, Marketing Services, Regional Marketing, Sales Strategy and Planning, and On Premise & Draught Strategy.

Tillman joined Heineken USA in 2007, as the Vice President of Marketing, responsible for Dos Equis and Amstel Light. When Heineken acquired Scottish and Newcastle, Tillman assumed responsibility for Newcastle Brown Ale.  Tillman was responsible for leading the brand strategy, strategic planning and advertising executions for these brands.

Tillman was instrumental in evolving the Most Interesting Man in the World campaign into a complete, through-the-line brand execution that reached consumers at key focus points.  Under her watch, Dos Equis became the fastest growing import in the US.  The brand won multiple industry awards including an Effie, a One Show Pencil, a Titanium Cannes Lion, and a Reggie Award.  Dos Equis also greatly increased its social media presence, becoming the top fanned beer brand on Facebook.

Prior to Heineken USA, Tillman spent eight years with Kraft Foods, Inc.  During her tenure, Tillman served as Brand Director for new beverage products and also as a Brand Manager for multi-million dollar products, such as Grape Nuts, Raisin Bran, Cool Whip and Jell-O.

Tillman also served as Director of Business Development and Client Services at Translation Consultation + Brand Imaging, a youth and urban marketing consultancy for companies such as Samsung, Chevrolet and Verizon.  Tillman began her career as a Product Development Analyst for Dow Jones & Company.

Tillman is a graduate of Spelman College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.  She received a Master of Business Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.  She currently resides in Westchester County, N.Y. with her husband and their three children.

 

Greg Jacobi

John Jacobs

John Jacobs is Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc., the world’s largest exchange company.  As Chief Marketing Officer, Jacobs plays a key role in the strategic development and implementation of the company's branding and messaging. His group is responsible for the full spectrum of NASDAQ OMX’s brand marketing including advertising, marketing communications, market research, public relations and media relations targeting NASDAQ OMX customers and audiences in the U.S. and abroad.

Jacobs is also head of The NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group. In this postion, Jacobs is responsible for all aspects of its business development including the creation and licensing of strategy indexes in the U.S. and abroad.

Under his direction, NASDAQ launched the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (QQQQ), one of the most successful financial products in stock market history. To date, The NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group has launched over 400 products based on NASDAQ indices in more than 25 countries around the world. 

Among his former responsibilities at NASDAQ, Jacobs launched and led NASDAQ's first listed-company sales force, then went on to lead the company's customer service teams.

Also included in his broad range of experience is management of NASDAQ's listings and compliance group, which reviews and processes all SEC documents and financial filings. Additionally, Jacobs was part of the team that garnered a "yes" vote from more than 5,000 NASD member firms to spin off NASDAQ. Since then, he was part of the core group that successfully orchestrated the first two rounds of NASDAQ's private placements, paving the way for NASDAQ to become a publicly traded company.

Jacobs earned his BS in accounting from the University of Maryland, is a certified public accountant (CPA), and holds an MBA from Loyola. He has taught Investment Banking and other graduate courses in the MBA programs at both Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University. For the past 10 years, he has served as a judge for both the Washington, DC and New York City regional Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award Programs. Jacobs has also presided as a judge for the MBA competition at the University of Maryland. In addition to serving on the Boards of NASDAQ Global Funds, Inc., NASDAQ Financial Products Services Ireland Limited, and the NASDAQ Insurance Agency LLC, he serves on the Board of Advisors of CourtExpress, Inc. and the Editorial Board of the Journal of Indexes.

 

Flo Lugli
Executive Vice President, Marketing
Wyndham Hotel Group

Flo Lugli is the executive vice president of marketing for Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with 13 brands and more than 7,000 hotels.  She is responsible for overseeing distribution, ecommerce, loyalty, revenue management and research initiatives and leading the global strategic direction for customer engagement and market positioning for the company.

A nationally recognized expert with a proven track record of driving revenue, she joined the company in July 2009 after serving more than 20 years with Travelport Limited, one of the world’s largest global distribution system providers and a leader in Web-based e-commerce solutions.

Most recently, Lugli served Travelport as senior vice president of commercial in its Global Distribution Services Division and, prior to that, as acting chief marketing officer. During that time she was responsible for leading the company’s GDS business in the Americas and overseeing Travelport’s Global Operations and Global Land and Sea businesses, including the development and execution of its hotel, car rental and leisure strategies.

Lugli also spent six years leading the company’s Airline Solutions business unit, holding titles including senior vice president of Airline Solutions and president and managing director, Airline Solutions. In those roles, she was responsible for the development and delivery of business and technology solutions for the company’s airline suppliers, with a specific focus on reservations hosting, faring and data solutions.

Prior to 2002, Lugli held executive level business development and operations positions with Wizcom International and then Galileo International, which was acquired by Travelport’s predecessor, the former Cendant Corporation, in 2001. She joined Cendant in 1987 as a part of its Hospitality Division, serving in several sales and marketing roles, including vice president of worldwide sales and vice president of worldwide sales and marketing.

Lugli has been voted one of the Most Powerful Women in Travel seven times by Travel Agent Magazine and has been named a top 10 technology expert and a top 75 hotel executive by Lodging Magazine. She has served two terms as president of the Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association (HEDNA), an international organization promoting electronic distribution of the hotel product, and is currently a member of the America’s Board of Directors for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.  Lugli also serves on the board of directors for Joe's House, a nonprofit organization providing a nationwide online service that helps cancer patients and their families find lodging near treatment centers.

She is based in Wyndham Hotel Group’s Parsippany, N.J. offices.

 

Gary S. MacDonald

Gary is a Managing Director at State Street Global Advisors, Global Head of ETF Marketing and a member of SSgA's Senior Management Group. He is responsible for all global strategic and tactical marketing associated with SPDR's Exchange Traded Funds and other State Street-affiliated ETFs and mutual funds. Major responsibilities include: branding & advertising, communications, content creation & educational marketing, direct marketing, website marketing, public relations, event strategy, and data mining. He joined SSgA in December 2001.

Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Gary was Executive Vice President of Funds Distributor, Inc., FDI Finance and Financial Research Corporation (all subsidiaries of Boston Institutional Group) responsible for marketing, product development, international expansion and investment product distribution strategies. He was a member of the senior management team responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term goal setting of the organization. Prior to this role, Gary held senior positions in the client service and new business development departments.

Before joining Boston Institutional Group, Gary was a Vice President at BayBanks responsible for investments product management, strategic marketing and business line analysis. Previous to BayBanks, he was an Analyst at Wellington Management Company.

Gary is a graduate of Bowdoin College and holds FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.

 

Abbas Merchant

Mr. Merchant is the Group Vice President of Marketing Segments and Services within the Marketing and Communications Division of M&T Bank. In this capacity, he oversees the Marketing Relationship and Program Management functions as well as the Marketing Services group including Direct Marketing, Online and interactive Marketing, Segment Marketing, and Graphic Design teams.

Prior to joining M&T, he served as the Senior Vice President of Market Analysis and Research Group in the Retail Payment Solutions Division of U.S. Bank for over 4 years. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Consumer Insights and Interactive Marketing at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, a leading consumer products company in the lawn and garden industry. Prior to that he played a similar role at PSEG, a major energy and home services company based in New Jersey, and spent over eight years in management consulting. 

He received an MBA from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA in Quality Sciences and Quantitative Methods, and a BBA in Marketing and Management from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.

 

Tom O'Toole

Thomas F. O’Toole is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mileage Plus Holdings, LLC for United, the world’s leading airline. In this role, O’Toole is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide loyalty programs (Mileage Plus and OnePass), program growth, partner relationships, customer relationship management systems, customer analytics, media business and business development.

Prior to assuming his current position, O’Toole was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for United Airlines, overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s worldwide brand, marketing, distribution, customer experience, ecommerce, merchandising and customer contact strategies.

Before joining United Airlines, O’Toole was Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer for Global Hyatt Corporation, there nearly 14 years.  He was responsible for overseeing brand strategy, marketing, loyalty programs, distribution, ecommerce, reservations, information technology and related functions for Hyatt’s operating companies and brands worldwide. 

O’Toole holds a bachelor’s degree in communications research methodology and a master’s degree in applied communication theory from Cleveland State University.  He and his family live in Chicago’s north suburbs.

O’Toole served as a director of Pegasus Solutions, Inc. from 1998 until 2009.

 

Jennifer Rooney

Jennifer Rooney is editor of CMO Strategy at Advertising Age. In her role, she edits CMO Strategy, a section that delivers content focused on areas critical to executive-level marketers.

Jenny has 16 years of experience at business publications such as Sales & Marketing Management, where she served as editor-in-chief; Business 2.0, where she served as senior writer covering marketing; and Chief Executive, where she served as contributing editor.

A recipient of the Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Award, her areas of focus have included marketing, advertising and sales; leadership and management issues; digital and emerging media; talent development; health care; and legislative and regulatory issues in multiple industries. She serves as a guest speaker at industry events and has provided commentary for various media outlets.

Jenny received a Master of Science degree in magazine journalism from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature/Creative Writing from Miami University in 1992.

 

Michael J. Rosenberg

Michael J. Rosenberg is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Treasury Services business. In his role as the director of Marketing Research, Michael is responsible for market research, ‘voice of the client’ research, internal research and competitive intelligence on a global basis. Michael is also responsible for Marketing Operations and Marketing for the Treasury Services' Client Service organization.

Michael has been with JPMorgan Chase & Co. for more than 20 years. He has held positions in Product Management, Strategic Planning & Development,  Operations Management and Project Management across the Treasury & Securities Services businesses. Prior to his current role, Michael was the Western Hemisphere regional product executive for Investment and Liquidity Management solutions.

Michael is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals, American Marketing Association and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.

Michael earned his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He received his BA degree with honors from Rutgers University with a double major in Political Science and German.

 

John Wittenbraker, Ph.D

John Wittenbraker is Managing Director of GfK Custom Research North America, Brand & Communications Practice, a team of 70 GfK professionals dedicated to brand and communications strategy and tracking, ad testing and other marketing effectiveness assessments.  His areas of expertise include brand and communication research (development, positioning, evaluation and tracking) and market structure (segmentation and targeting) and product design (choice modeling and optimization).

Trained as a social and quantitative psychologist, John has developed advanced models, analytic systems and proprietary methodologies to support marketing and brand management decisions.  He has had broad experience across multiple sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, package goods, retail and consumer services.  He is a member of the Board of GfK Custom Research North America and the GfK Brand and Communications Global Futures Team.  His Ph.D from the University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill.
