A 25-year marketing veteran, she has served as CMO for Internet leader Akamai Technologies and B2B2C application provider Mindjet. Ms. Arthur spent nearly 7 years at Oracle where as a Vice President of Marketing, she managed the market entry and growth for Oracle CRM as well drove market and demand initiatives for all of Oracle’s services including its E-Business Suite On-Demand. Most recently, as the founder for Cinterim, Ms. Arthur applied her market-centric processes and insight to provide strategic counsel for Silicon Valley start-ups and Fortune 50 technology companies. Ms. Arthur is a seasoned keynote speaker addressing diverse topics at Web 2.0, Office 2.0, American Marketing Association (AMA) Strategy Confer¬ence, Stanford University and MIT Sloan CMO Summit. Prior to joining McKesson in 2006, Mr. Burtis was Senior Director of Marketing Communications for Siebel Systems. Allison Cerra has more than 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry, working in both the service provider and equipment vendor categories. Aseem Chandra

As vice president of marketing for the Omniture Business Unit at Adobe, Aseem is responsible for articulating and evangelizing the value of Adobe’s Digital Marketing solutions to customers. Aseem and his team are responsible for messaging and positioning, sales enablement and training, pricing and influencing the strategy for digital marketing products and services based on feedback from current and prospective customers.
Aseem brings 20 years of general management, marketing, partnering and M&A experience to Adobe. Prior to his current position, he led product strategy, marketing and partner enablement for the Application Integration Architecture group at Oracle. Prior to that, he was responsible for merger assessment and integration of Siebel, Peoplesoft and Agile software at Oracle. He has also held business analyst and operational roles at Eaton Corporation’s Semiconductor Division, 3M Corporation and Behlen Manufacturing.
In addition to his responsibilities at Adobe, Aseem is on the board of Gaja Capital, a private equity fund based out of Mumbai, India. He also serves on the board of the Hydrocephalus Association, a non-profit organization that advocates and directs research initiatives to eliminate the challenges associated with this condition.
Aseem is a frequent speaker at prominent industry conferences such as AdTech, CES, eMetrics, IAB, MediaPost and OMMA Global.
Aseem holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a Master’s degree in manufacturing systems from the University of Texas.

David Fortin joined the Original House of Blues team in Cambridge, MA after graduating from Boston College. In 2001 he relocated to LA and was tasked with becoming the first multi-venue marketer in the history of the company when he took a role as Marketing Manager for both the flagship Sunset Strip club and the recently opened Downtown Disney Anaheim location. By late 2008 he was overseeing all corporate and field marketing for House of Blues and planned the Grand Opening strategies and ceremonies for new venues in Houston and Boston. Shortly after he was rewarded with a promotion to VP Marketing for House of Blues Entertainment, a division of Live Nation, where he currently oversees marketing efforts for 34 venues focusing on maximizing revenue through programs that drive traffic to each venue’s business centers; restaurant, retail, live music, special events and VIP services such as the membership program for Foundation Room.

Anna Griffin is an award-winning marketer who, for over 14 years, has helped build and promote visionary campaigns for global brands such as Apple, Sony, Nortel, Saturn, Land's End, Bank of America, The San Francisco Opera and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. In 2009, Anna joined Juniper Networks as the VP of Global Brand and Campaigns, working with CMO Lauren Flaherty to holistically rebrand and define Juniper on every level and was recently named BtoB magazines Best Integrated Marketing Campaign of the year. He has been with Oracle since 2000 in various online and field marketing positions, initially responsible for Oracle US Public Sector. Charles Harris

As the recently appointed vice president of marketing for Luxe Hotels, including its global membership hotels branded under Luxe Worldwide, Charles Harris applies his diverse marketing and brand positioning expertise to the company’s strategic partnerships and the leadership of all corporate marketing engagement campaigns. He is also responsible for the brand’s digital campaigns, having focused heavily on SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing throughout his career. In this role, Charles also oversees all public and media relations activities.
In joining the Luxe Hotels team, Charles brings an extensive background in business marketing with the likes of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Walt Disney Company and Anaheim’s Mighty Ducks, and past executive positions directing corporate publicity and creating lucrative partnerships for widespread marketing campaigns. As president and founder of Israel-based Coast 2 Coast Communications, his leadership grew the company’s profit margin exponentially in five years. Charles also served as Vice President of strategic marketing for the Internet business unit at Experian Consumer Direct, where his work earned a finalist position for a Silver Anvil award.
Charles’ previous success in securing and retaining corporate alliances and sponsorships, and representing distinctly individual brands and companies aligns perfectly with the multi-faceted position at Luxe Hotels. A graduate of University of California, Irvine, Charles is also an adjunct professor in the sport management graduate program at California State University, Long Beach.
Christine Heckart

Christine Heckart is the chief marketing officer (CMO) at NetApp. She is responsible for all aspects of NetApp’s global corporate marketing organization.
Throughout her career of over 20 years, Christine has played an integral role in the marketing and growth strategies of successful technology companies. Before joining NetApp, she was general manager of marketing for the TV, Video, and Music Business at Microsoft Corporation. Previously, she was vice president and CMO of Worldwide Marketing for Juniper Networks, responsible for all aspects of worldwide marketing.
Christine is the author of The Guide to Frame Relay Networking and co-author of ATM for Dummies. An acknowledged industry thought leader, she was named one of Network World’s Top 10 Power Thinkers and 50 Most Powerful People in the Industry. She has an economics degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Amy Hoopes

In 2007, Amy Hoopes joined Wente Family Estates as Vice President of Marketing. In 2008, she was promoted to VP/Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all brand marketing for the wine portfolio, as well as managing all four retail tasting rooms, and marketing operations for the lifestyle business at Wente Vineyards. Earlier this year, Amy was again promoted and given the additional responsibility of leading the Global Sales team at Wente Family Estates. She currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing.
Previously, Amy was a Director of Marketing at E. & J. Gallo Winery. In this capacity, she oversaw marketing for several wine brands, as well as new product development and innovation for wines and spirits.

Notably, Amy led the growth of Gallo’s flagship import brand, Ecco Domani, from a mid-level player, to the #1 selling Pinot Grigio by-the-glass in restaurants. She also held positions of National Manager of On-Premise Marketing, Director of Marketing & New Product Development and Innovation for the Value BU during her Gallo tenure.
She resides in Pleasanton, CA with her husband and two young daughters.

Robin Matlock

Ms Matlock is currently Vice President, Corporate Marketing for VMware, the industry leader in virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions. At VMware, Ms. Matlock leads several teams responsible for branding, advertising, web, social media, marketing communications, corporate events and localization. She has successfully led go-to-market teams for both large public and small, fast growing private companies including: McAfee, Symantec, Entercept and Imperva. Her previous roles include Senior Vice President, Global Field Marketing for McAfee, Executive Vice President and General Manager for Imperva, and Vice President, Product Management and Marketing for Symantec. Ms. Matlock has a B.A. in Economics and Music from Rice University. She lives with her husband and two sons in Los Gatos, California. John McHugh

John McHugh brings more than 30 years of ICT industry leadership experience to his current role as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Brocade Communications. In this position, Mr. McHugh is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s global marketing strategy, including product marketing, corporate marketing, and strategic alliances.
Previously, Mr. McHugh spent 26 years in executive management positions at HP, including as Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of HP ProCurve Networking. During his tenure, he was responsible for global operations, strategic, and tactical planning and business development. As a consequence of his activity with HP, in 2005 he was named by the editors at Network World as one of its “Top 50 Most Powerful People,” noting his accomplishments in the areas of “well-rounded enterprise strategy, which encompasses convergence, wireless LANs, WAN access and more.”
Mr. McHugh has also served as Vice President and General Manager of Nortel Networks' Enterprise Network Solutions business unit and as a senior manager with SilverLake Partners, where he worked on M&A activity, and technology and company evaluations.
John McHugh holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science and electrical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana.
Susan Orbuch

Andrew Rosen

Rosen came to Bank of the West with more than 20 years’ financial services and marketing experience. Prior to joining the bank, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Central Pacific Bank in Hawaii. Anna-Lisa Silvestre, vice president for online services at Kaiser Permanente, has developed and overseen the strategy for the organization’s web presence since 1995. This includes My Health Manager on kp.org, Kaiser Permanente’s award-winning patient portal, which enables more than 3.3 million members to access their personal health record, e-mail their doctor, and participate in health behavior change programs.
Silvestre received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. She served on Google’s Health Advisory Council, the CCHIT standards committee, and the California Governor’s Task Force on PHRs. She is an invited presenter at conferences worldwide, including World Health Care Congress, National Science Foundation, IHI and AMIA, specializing in online health care for consumers. She is a contributing author for the book Connected for Health (Jossey Bass, 2010) and lead author of “If you build it, will they come?” (Health Affairs, Vol. 28, 2009).
Her commitment to constantly improving the Kaiser Permanente online member experience goes well beyond her professional life. As a member, she manages the health of her family through kp.org, and understands the value of putting the member at the center of care.

Don Simons

Don is responsible for the overall management of the GfK Customer Loyalty Practice Area in North America. Don rejoined the GfK Custom Research North America team in 2006 after managing GfK’s business in Asia Pacific for several years. Don has been with GfK since 1995, joining the company after completing his MBA from Hofstra University.
Don has experience in managing large scale customer satisfaction, loyalty and mystery shopping programs and has been responsible for managing some of GfK’s largest client engagements. Don has worked across many industries, including grocery, petroleum, retail, automotive, package delivery, energy, wireless communications, convenience and foodservice.
Jan Soderstrom

Jan Soderstrom serves as SunPower’s vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO) and is responsible for driving the company’s overall global brand and marketing strategies. She joins SunPower with more than 25 years of marketing experience, and most recently owned her own consulting business. Previously, Soderstrom held the position of senior vice president of global marketing and brand management for 3Com Corporation, where she drove all advertising, promotion, customer relationship marketing, and all brand identity programs. While at 3Com, Soderstrom developed a new master brand strategy that helped to unify the company. Prior to that, she was executive vice president of marketing for Visa International and also served as senior vice president of marketing for Gap Stores. Soderstrom holds a bachelor’s of science and a master’s of science degree from Arizona State University.

Steele has extensive experience leading global marketing at technology companies. Prior to joining Yahoo!, she was senior vice president of corporate marketing at NetApp, where she led the company's brand strategy and execution programs, communications, corporate relations, and integrated marketing functions on a global basis. Before NetApp, Steele led Sun's integrated marketing and merchandising organization, where she was responsible for global go-to-market initiatives, campaign execution, events, online marketing, and installed base marketing. Sheila Tan

Sheila Tan is Chief Marketing Officer at Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign™. She leads the company’s product innovation strategies and oversees all aspects of marketing including consumer and channel marketing (B2B), professional education, new product development, and global brand integration for Invisalign™.
In 2010, Tan was named one of the Top 10 CMOs for in the nation by the CMO Institute (www.chiefmarketingofficer.com). Recently, she authored a chapter in Leveraging Marketing Metrics: Leading CMOs on Driving Accountability, Supporting Business Objectives, and Interpreting Results (Inside the Minds).
Tan is an executive with expertise in consumer and business-to-business marketing. Tan serves as a marketing advisor for Globalgiving, Give Light Foundation, and the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation. She holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
