Billy Austin is the Chief Security Officer of SAINT Corporation, the developer of the SAINT Exploit penetration testing tool and industry award winning SAINT Vulnerability Scanner. Mr. Austin is a frequent speaker on vulnerabilities and attacks and was a contributing author to the original SANS/FBI Top 10 Vulnerabilities and has also published the paper “Session Hijacking and Active Sniffing.” Prior to entering the commercial sector, he performed security assessments and vulnerability intelligence for government organizations.
Saad Ayub

Saad Ayub is the Chief Information Officer for Scholastic Incorporated. He is responsible for providing IT vision for Scholastic, partnering with business leaders to deliver business enabling capabilities, and enhancing his organizational effectiveness.
Prior to Scholastic, Saad worked at The Hartford and Aetna where he led various IT organizations. Key technical areas that he was responsible for included: call center automation, internet technologies, content management, data warehouse, and customer service systems (web, IVR, and call center). Saad joined Aetna from McKinsey and Company, where he worked with various financial and insurance companies on numerous projects including business and IT strategy, application portfolios, infrastructure management, and project implementations. Before McKinsey, Saad was with GTE Labs in Waltham, MA, where he was involved in the development of business support systems, refinement of business processes, and various application development efforts.
He holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He also earned an MS degree in Computer Science, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
Joe Beery

Joe Beery is Chief Information Officer for Life Technologies and served the same role at Invitrogen since September 2008. Prior to Invitrogen, Mr. Beery held the executive position of Chief Information Officer at US Airways and America West Airlines. Previously, Mr. Beery spent ten years at Motorola Semiconductor, holding various positions in the computer integrated manufacturing group. Mr. Beery also served as a manufacturing and software engineer at NV Phillips in Albuquerque, N.M. Mr. Beery holds a B.S. in business administration and business computer systems from the University of New Mexico.
Amanda Clardy

Amanda Clardy is the Chief Marketing Officer for Life Technologies where she oversees the company’s global brand strategies, customer relationship management, marketing communications and e-commerce. As CMO, she is instrumental in leading the company’s strategic initiative to transform worldwide customer experience with the Life Technologies brand, and the e-commerce programs driving annual online sales to more than $1 billion. With more than 18 years experience, she leads a global team of 150 people, spearheading multi-national campaigns launching more than 1,000 life science products each year.
Ms. Clardy joined Life Technologies (formerly Invitrogen) in April 2004 as Senior Director, Global Pricing where she established the company’s first global pricing and contracts organization. The innovative strategies she implemented enabled the sales force to better negotiate price and prioritize customer price reviews and price increases worldwide. Subsequently, she was named Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications in April 2006.
Prior to joining Life Technologies, she held a variety of strategy, finance and management positions at Gateway, Inc., where she also led the pricing and marketing promotions team, and at industrial technology leader ABB, Inc. Ms. Clardy earned her MBA at Purdue University and B.S. degree in Finance from Fairfield University.
Ms. Clardy’s professional affiliations include board memberships on CONNECT and the Carlsbad Education Foundation, n National Association of Professional Women; ATHENA, and the Downtown Women’s Club. In addition, she is the founder of iWIN, Life Technologies International Women's Influential Network, an organization sponsored by women, designed to support, mentor and inspire employees through personal and professional development opportunities.

Tom Etheridge is the Senior Director of Global Professional Services for HP’s Enterprise Security business. His team today supports the sales, adoption, and implementation of HPs portfolio of Security products such as ArcSight, Tipping Point and Fortify to drive solutions for Advanced Persistent Threat, Insider Threat, Perimeter Security, and Data Privacy for global customers across all industry verticals. A 20+ year veteran of consulting for IT Security, Tom started his career at KPMG leading service delivery and IT transformation projects for Federal Government and DoD customers in the mdi 1990s. Early in 2000 he assumed a leadership role running the global services organization for Netegrity a leader in the single-sign-on and access control space and after the acquisition of Netegrity by CA Tom’s talents were applied to running a high-performing Solutions Engineering team focused on building leading edge security, identity management, and risk management solutions for CA customers. Additionally, Tom has held leadership roles at Aveksa, Inc. a player in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and as an independent consultant advising small technology start-up companies on development of services go-to-market strategies, talent recruiting, and building high-performing services organizations.
Edward Hanapole

Edward L. Hanapole is Chief Information Officer for Kaplan, Inc., a subsidiary of The Washington Post Company (NYSE: WPO) and a leading global provider of educational services offering post-secondary education, test preparation, professional training and K12 programs.
Hanapole is responsible for the company’s corporate technology applications and sets best practices and standards for the company’s individual businesses. Together with the CTOs at each business unit, Hanapole helps shape Kaplan’s content development and delivery strategy to best suit the needs of the company’s more than 1 million annual students worldwide.
He most recently served as Chief Information Officer for Star TV based in Hong Kong, one of the largest broadcast media companies in Asia and part of News Corporation. He worked earlier for the company in its New York headquarters in 2006 as Vice President of Global Technology. Prior to Star TV, Hanapole served in a variety of executive positions at IBM from 1999 to 2006, where he was involved on a range of projects involving customers in broadcasting, publishing, telecommunications, digital media and sports. Hanapole has also worked as Chief Information Officer for the New York Times Digital group and held positions with Simon & Schuster and the Standard & Poor’s division of the McGraw Hill Companies.
Hanapole earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management at Syracuse University.

Josh Kamenecka is a VP of Sales Consulting for North American Applications at Oracle Corporation. He leads a team of Sales Consultant experts who specialize in selling to the Office of the CFO. This includes Human Capital Management, Enterprise Performance Management, Core ERP Financials and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Josh has more than 21 years of experience in the Software and Manufacturing industry helping Global 1000 companies worldwide overcome significant challenges in their respective businesses. Josh started his career in the late eighties working for Xerox, the Document Company, where he held a number of leadership positions in various lines of business. In early 2000, Josh joined Hyperion Solutions where he was responsible for leading a number of technical field teams. In 2007, Oracle acquired Hyperion Solutions where Josh is currently a VP of Sales Consulting.
He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business.
Josh resides in Rochester, NY with his wife Katherine and two kids.

Stuart Kippelman is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Covanta Energy Corporation. In this role, Stuart establishes and executes global technology strategies, leveraging information technology to achieve business objectives creating a competitive advantage. Prior to joining Covanta, Stuart served at Johnson & Johnson as Vice President for global infrastructure technology engineering and development, and also Corporate Director of IT marketplace innovation where he created multiple revenue generating business opportunities, and led strategies to leverage the power of technology into emerging global markets. During Stuart’s tenure at J&J, he lead many aspects of enterprise infrastructure as well as the creation of multiple new departments and capabilities including informatics, business intelligence, scientific computing, advanced networking research, and radio frequency identification. Stuart has been a member of numerous industry groups including the Internet2 Governance and Nominations Committee and External Relations Advisory Councils.

Sahal is responsible for establishing and implementing technology enabled business strategies and solutions for the Collective Brands Performance + Lifestyle Group (PLG). PLG is a leading provider of iconic performance and lifestyle brands including Saucony®, Sperry Top-Sider®, Keds®, and Stride Rite®. With an expanding global presence in more than 80 countries, the brands within the Collective Brands Performance + Lifestyle Group sell products predominantly through wholesalers in a wide variety of retail formats, including premier department stores, independent shoe stores and specialty and boutique retailers. Stride Rite also sells its children’s products through more than 350 wholly-owned Stride Rite stores that are located in malls and select factory outlet centers throughout the United States.
Sahal works closely with the Collective Brands executive leadership team in delivering an IT strategy that supports PLG’s growth by integrating the global supply chain across brands and geographies.
John F. Martin

As Chief Operating Officer of IQNavigator, John F. Martin leads all operations for the company’s software-enabled solutions, including company strategy, marketing, product definition and development, technology operations, implementation services and customer support. Martin’s product ownership over eight years has led to IQNavigator’s market leadership with its Software-as-a-Services offering.
Prior to joining IQNavigator, Martin held multiple Vice President positions at Saba Software as it grew twenty-fold from a 20-person pre-revenue startup to a public company and the largest provider in its segment, including Vice President Product Management where he led the definition and delivery of Saba’s entire product portfolio, and Vice President Internet Services where he led the definition and delivery of Saba’s first multi-tenant hosted application. Martin was also Vice President of Convergence Technologies for CSG Systems as that company went public and grew to over $200M in sales.
As a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., Inc., for four years in Atlanta, Amsterdam, and London, Martin led engagements to solve major strategic issues and increase value for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to McKinsey, Martin was one of the first employees in Oracle Corporation’s consulting division, managing the largest accounts and client projects in his region as Oracle grew from its IPO to a billion-dollar firm.
Martin holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class, and B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Before Yammer, Adam served as Software Architect at Geni - the company in which Yammer was originally created. Prior to Geni, Adam was Director of Web Engineering at Shopzilla, playing a pivotal role in systems architecture and product development. Adam also co-founded and served as CTO of Cnation, a web development consultancy with clients including CBS MarketWatch, BizRate.com, Fox Interactive, Nissan of Japan, and Honda. Cnation's work for Honda earned them the 1997 Clio award for interactive design.

Randy Spratt

Randall N. (Randy) Spratt is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for McKesson Corporation. As CTO, Spratt guides the overall technology direction for the company’s healthcare technology products, and provide support and guidance for application development processes companywide. As CIO, Spratt is responsible for all technology initiatives within the Corporation. Spratt has been with McKesson for more than 18 years, most recently as chief process officer for McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT), the company's medical software and services division based in Alpharetta, Georgia. He also managed MPT's Business Development, Information Technology, and Strategic Planning offices, as well as MPT's Technology Services business.
Prior to joining McKesson, Spratt held executive positions of increasing responsibility at the start-up Advanced Laboratory Systems (ALS), culminating with the role of Chief Operations Officer. ALS was acquired by HBOC in 1996, which in turn was acquired by McKesson in 1999, and Spratt took on responsibility for HBOC's laboratory systems business shortly thereafter. Following the acquisition of HBOC by McKesson in 1999, Spratt relocated to Georgia to become part of the reconstructed management team.
Spratt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with a minor in computer science, from the University of Utah.
