Meeting Overview

Argyle Executive Forum will bring together members of our Innovation and R&D Communities for breakfast and informal round-table conversations. We use our member breakfasts to help determine and drive the topics / trends the membership will address through our meetings and publications over the coming months. Topics may include areas of interest like:

• Fulfilling an organizational need to be “first mover” in a market or product category
• Application of breakthrough technology and trends
• Managing a product lifecycle
• How those tasked with executing innovation are impacted by the drivers of strategy
• Investigating how the ROI on the strategy will be measured
• Mapping the organization’s capabilities to the overall innovation and corporate strategy to determine realistic and practical results
• Reflections and reviews on various innovation models (open innovation, closed, incorporating a hybrid approach, etc.)
• A two-way communication and network strategy to all key stake holders (employees, customers, suppliers, fellow senior management, etc.)
• Risk assessment/management
• Overcoming internal / external resistance to change

The breakfast is by invitation only and will convene approximately 15 Innovation and R&D Executives.
