Scott is a 30-year B2C and B2B marketing veteran who spent the last 15 years dealing with every facet of online marketing.  He currently runs a $70 MM+ eCommerce P/L for The Vitamin Shoppe, a specialty retailer with nearly 500 stores nationwide. He has twice won the American Marketing Association's Effie Award for campaign effectiveness (for Crayola and IBM).  Other brands worked for or with include Tiffany & Company, Museum of Modern Art, Peter Norton, National Semiconductor and NTT/Verio.

 

Frederick Felman

Frederick Felman's career in marketing technology and related services spans 25 years. At MarkMonitor, he is responsible for defining and promoting the company's brand protection product offerings as well as leading Business Development. He and his team created the Brandjacking Index®, an often-cited measure of the trends in online abuse targeting the world's largest brands. As part of the MarkMonitor commitment to securing brands online, Fred also leads advocacy initiatives for brandholders' rights issues that intersect Internet governance. Before joining MarkMonitor Fred and hismarketing team at Zone Labs were early pioneers in creating the “freemium” model of software distribution in 1999.  Ultimately Zone Labs created a community of over 100 million users of their ZoneAlarm product that was acquired by CheckPoint. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

 

Leisa Glispy

Leisa Glispy leads global eCommerce efforts for WWRD including the Waterford, Wedgwood and Royal Doulton brands in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.   She is responsible for the eCommerce operations, Online Marketing, Web Customer Experience.    She has recently migrated the company’s global brand sites to a single multi-branded site with single checkout on the Venda eCommerce Platform.

Leisa is 12-year industry veteran and  frequent speaker on Online Luxury Retailing.  Her experience includes eCommerce and Internet Marketing at Armstrong, Tyco, and Levenger.  Leisa earned her MBA from New York Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Florida. 

 

Andrea Gulli

Andrea Gulli is an E-commerce executive with ten years of online experience.

Andrea is currently Vice-President of E-Commerce at New York & Company ($1 Billion annual sales, 585 stores), where she launched E-commerce in 2006. The e-commerce business at New York & Company is the fastest growing part of the company business.

Andrea is experienced in conceptualizing, launching and growing ecommerce businesses rapidly, proficiently and profitably. Andrea has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, project management, operational and production aspects of online business. Andrea also has significant experience launching and expanding multi-channel private label credit card and loyalty programs from a marketing, customer service and operations perspective, as well as market research experience.

Prior to New York & Company, Andrea was Operating Vice President of E-Commerce at The J. Jill Group (Quincy, MA), where she lauched the e-commerce business in 1999.

Andrea has both an MBA & BA from University of Delaware, her home state.

Robert

Robert Kenney

Robert Kenney, Director, E-Commerce at NARS Cosmetics, has been active in online marketing and website development for seventeen years. In 1993 he worked with the pioneering internet journalist Michael Wolff to create the NetGuide series of Internet guidebooks, and then established the first web presence for Court TV, in conjunction with Time Warner. In 1996 Robert became an initial partner at Promotions.com, a dot-com start up which went public on Nasdaq in 1999 and was acquired by iVillage in 2002.

After seven years managing e-commerce and online marketing for numerous brands held by the Shiseido America Corporation (including ZIRH skincare, John Varvatos Fragrance and fcuk fragrances), Robert was made head of NARS Cosmetics’ new e-commerce team in 2008 - an endeavor to establish the NARS’ first-ever direct sales channel. As the Director of E-Commerce, Robert oversees all site development and online marketing for NARS. Robert graduated from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta, with honors, and later attended Columbia University’s Computer Technologies and Applications program.

A multi-channel retail, mobile and marketing visionary, Andrew “Drew” Koven has been an e-commerce guru for over 15 years, literally since people started buying things on the web.  As president of e-commerce and customer experience for fashion-forward footwear and apparel icon Steve Madden, Koven is the force behind double digit growth for the online business. He has built the ecommerce, mobile, marketing, technology, service and fulfillment foundations that solve the 5 prong go-to-market strategy a multi-channel retailing manufacturer faces and leverages all the hottest new technologies and analytics, including social media, mobile  and viral recommendations and retargeting techniques that engage audiences of all ages throughout the entire enterprise.

Andrew is also co-founder of Geoff and Drew’s, an online food gifting site and previously was head EVP and CMO at Fresh Direct, an online grocer. Koven’s acumen and accomplishments were recently recognized when he was awarded as one of the Top Three Mobile Marketers in the world by Mobile Marketer, and serves as an Advisory Board Member to Apparel Magazine. He was inducted into the Boston business hall of fame in 2008, named entrepreneur of the year by Virgin Atlantic, was a recipient of the 40 under 40 award. Mr. Koven sits on the board of his New York based inner city charitable foundation which mentors children through athletic and academic achievement, The Boricua All Stars.

In a previous position at the company, Seth created Celebrations.com, the leading Internet destination for user-generated and professional content on party ideas, holidays, and other celebrations. 

Seth has long been active in online marketing and strategy development. He began his career at Monitor Group, a leading strategy consulting firm. At Monitor, Seth focused on marketing and digital strategy for Fortune 100 companies.

Seth holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, with honors.

In his current role as Executive Director, Verizon Interactive, Patrick is responsible for interactive marketing and digital strategy for Verizon’s consumer and small business segments. His responsibilities include: e-Commerce & online sales, e-CRM, self service and support, social media and product engagement. 

Prior to his role at Verizon, Patrick spent 7 years with Symaptico – Bell Canada’s Consumer Internet Division and Canada’s largest internet service provider. At Sympatico he led the marketing organization as Vice-President of Marketing. He launched and marketing a number of industry leading digital properties including the Sympatico/MSN partnership (www.sympatico.msn.ca) which became Canada’s most successful online media property.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, he was a pioneer in the early days of the digital media industry having launched and served in senior marketing roles for a number of start up/early stage technology and media companies.  

Patrick currently lives in the New York City area with his wife Kelly and son Michael (3).

Holly is the Vermont Teddy Bear Co.’s Vice President of Ecommerce where she focuses on improving the sales and marketing of the Vermont Teddy Bear portfolio of branded sites including www.pajamagram.com, www.calyxflowers.com and www.vermontteddybear.com through traditional online marketing techniques, social media and emerging media technologies such as handheld devices and online video engagement. 

Holly brings 12 years of Internet marketing, ecommerce sales and technology experience. Holly began her Internet career in 1998 at QVC managing QVC.com. She joined Grey Advertising, first as a member of the division, where she helped launch www.beauty.com and then with Grey Direct where she managed the online creative production teams on the Chase Manhattan Credit Card accounts.

In 2001, Holly joined L’Oreal, where she led the launch of many of their national and international beauty sites including Lancome, Kiehls, Armani Beauty and shu uemura. In 2004, she moved to Seattle to work with Amazon.com’s business development team. Leveraging her broad base of experience in the Ecommerce arena, Holly then joined Barnes & Noble.com where she led their online marketing business.

Prior to joining Vermont Teddy Bear, Holly provided marketing, branding, online product development and technology leadership with a number of brands including Daily Candy, Hawaiian Airlines, e.l.f. Cosmetics and Zappos.
