Chris Bergstrom serves as the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at WellDoc, prioritizing resources to best meet the needs of our customers, as well as, leading sales, marketing, partnerships and acquisition activity. Chris has held progressive positions at leading healthcare companies, such as, P&G Healthcare and Roche Diagnostics, where he launched two leading blood glucose systems. Later he led marketing for an innovative diabetes start-up, successfully raising venture capital and developing the company’s first product. Immediately prior to joining WellDoc, Chris served in Strategic Marketing and led the Business Development initiatives for Becton Dickinson, Diabetes Care. At BD he grew the business substantially through several industry partnerships by both turning around a declining business and adding new revenue sources. Furthermore, he spent significant time with customers, inventors, and key opinion leaders to understand emerging healthcare business trends, clinical practices, and advanced technologies, which enabled Chris to play an instrumental role in crafting BD's future growth strategy. Chris also served as an adviser to the CEO of Tapestry Medical (now Alere Home Monitoring) as they pioneered a remote home patient monitoring service model, which has become widely used for patients taking blood thinning medication. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and earned his MBA from Columbia University.
Veronique Cardon
US Group Marketing Director, New Products

Veronique is currently Group Marketing Leader at Eisai Inc, responsible for preparing new products to launch. She previously worked at Pfizer as a Sr. Director - Group US Marketing Leader. There she launched Chantix, a new smoking cessation drug which won many awards including Best Launch 2008 by Pharmaceutical Executive. She also led the entire Managed Care Marketing team, the Anti-infectives and HIV/Women’s Health portfolio and the Cox 2 franchise where she launched Bextra, a new Cox 2 inhibitor.
Prior to Pfizer, Veronique worked in Global Marketing at Johnson& Johnson where she focused more on pre-launch development in partnership with R&D.
She came to the US in 1995 to build and lead the marketing team of the newly created UCB Pharma Inc in Atlanta GA. There she launched Zyrtec, a new anti-histamine with Pfizer. She previously had been in UCB Pharma based in Europe leading as a General Manager with P&L responsibilities for multiple regions and countries including Eastern Europe, Northern Europe and Latin America.
Veronique is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the Solvay Business School at the University of Brussels where she received a degree in Commercial Engineering. She also attended special programs at INSEAD in France and Harvard in the US. She is French and American and has a passion for nutrition.
Molly Harper
Director, Global Marketing, Cardiovascular

Molly Harper is a Director, Global Marketing at Genzyme. She has been with Genzyme since 2009, when she joined the Cardiovascular Franchise with a focus on market development and product launch preparation. Molly joined Genzyme from Merck, where she held roles in marketing, market research, and field sales in the atherosclerosis and acute cardiac care franchises. Prior to Merck, Molly worked in life sciences equity research at UBS Warburg and strategy consulting at The Wilkerson Group/IBM. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Scott T. Kramer

Scott Kramer is Vice President of Market Development of the Spine Division for Synthes Inc., a $3.7 billion global developer, manufacturer and distributor of implants, instruments and biomaterials for the surgical treatment of trauma, craniomaxillofacial and spinal musculoskeletar disorders.
Scott is 20+ year veteran in the medical device industry, serving the last 18 years with Synthes in the areas of Product Development, Biomaterials, Engineering Operations, and Market Development. Scott has worked closely with thought-leading surgeons around the globe on hundreds of innovative new products and surgical techniques, built two world-class product development groups (Trauma and Spine), led integration teams for a number of acquisitions, and currently leads an industry-leading Market Development group that supports the U.S. Spine Division.
Scott holds a BA in Psychology with a Pre-Medicine tract from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Penn State University.
Keeshia Muhammad
Executive Director, Marketing

Keeshia Muhammad is the Executive Director, Head of Marketing for Teva Women’s Health. She was just appointed to this position after four years as Executive Director, Marketing for Teva Respiratory, LLC, a division of Teva Pharmaceuticals, headquartered in Horsham, PA. Working for a branded division within the world’s largest manufacturer of generic medicines is a challenging and consuming job, but Keeshia has learned to keep work in perspective so that she can balance her professional obligations with those of her other important roles as wife, mother and community leader.
Keeshia has held the top Marketing post at Teva Respiratory since 2007. As the Commercial Lead for the US Respiratory portfolio, she is responsible for growing and developing the $1B Respiratory franchise by spearheading strategic marketing plans for the in-line branded products (ProAir®HFA and QVAR®) as well as identifying and managing the commercial aspects of the Company’s respiratory pipeline. Her unique combination of finance, strategy and communication skills has landed her senior posts in the Respiratory field for the past ten years, where her responsibilities have been diverse and complex. She has been charged with everything from building teams from the ground up, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, leading co-promotions/co-development agreements and spearheading new business development. Keeshia’s reward for her hard work was her selection in 2008 to Pharmaceutical Executive’s list of Emerging Leaders – Top 45 under 45 and most recently her 2011 nomination to PharmaVoice’s “100 Most Inspiring People.” Her husband, daughter, friends and colleagues would agree! But it’s not all work with Keeshia – she is active in community service through her sorority Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., and is a member of the National Association of University Women, an organization that serves women, youth and the disadvantaged in the community and in developing countries by addressing educational issues, advancing the status of women's issues, and strategically partnering with allied organizations. Prior to joining Teva, Keeshia held positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric, Newell, Schering-Plough and Nycomed. Keeshia graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance.
Jacquelyn Nicholson

Ms. Jacquelyn Nicholson is Vice President, Life Sciences at The Gerson Lehrman Group, working closely and exclusively with Life Sciences executives in Europe, North America and Asia. As a 20 year veteran of the industry, she has had extensive sales and consulting experience with a broad range of Life Sciences clients in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Managed Care, Compliance, Clinical R&D and Corporate Development. Prior to GLG, Ms. Nicholson held various positions at companies including Johnson & Johnson, Cambridge Technology Partners and Oracle. Ms. Nicholson has both Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering, with a Finance minor, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Doug Thiede

John Trott
Global Marketing Leader, HIV

John Trott is the Global Marketing Leader for HIV, leading the team supporting the in-market and developmental HIV brands (PREZISTA, INTELENCE and TMC278) and any new business development opportunities. John started the HIV franchise at J&J with the launch of PREZISTA and the subsequent launch of INTELENCE. TMC278 will launch in 2011. Global sales of the franchise will reach $1.5 billion this year. John was awarded a Global Marketing Award for the launch of PREZISTA and a Standards of Leadership Award for ongoing leadership of the HIV team.
John joined Johnson & Johnson from Abbott laboratories where he worked for 11 years. His most recent position was General Manager, Primary Care Marketing for Abbott International. Prior to this assignment, John led the team responsible for the international marketing of both Norvir and Kaletra, where both enjoyed considerable success in the HIV marketplace.
Other assignments in John’s Abbott career included: 2 years in Abbott Brazil as Commercial Director of the pharmaceutical business; 4 years in Business Development (Nutritional and Pharmaceutical divisions); and International Product Manager for a novel sedative/analgesic. In addition to the positions he held at Abbott, John has also worked at Decision Resources (consulting/market research) and Astra Zeneca (North American planning).
Born in Montreal, Canada, John graduated with honors in Biology from McGill University. He also completed a joint MBA/MA program at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School and School of Arts and Sciences) majoring in Finance and International Studies.
John is married and the father of three sons.
Tim Wright

Tim Wright is an experienced global executive who excels at driving the long term profitable growth of companies, brands and people.
As President of the Future Group at GlaxoSmithKline, Tim leads a group of eight global brand “Future Teams” responsible for global brand strategy, innovation and communications for GSK Consumer Healthcare’s largest brands. Collectively, these global brands generate $4 billion in sales, representing half of GSK Consumer Healthcare’s sales and two-thirds of its growth.
In order to drive “fusion” between commercial and R&D team members, Tim and his R&D counterpart have created an exceptional working culture and environment for the Future Teams. These brand-centric, multi-functional, highly collaborative, open space work environments are core to the industry leading growth experienced by the Future Group today. A firm believer in the “fusion” himself, Tim has relinquished his executive office and now works together with the R&D leadership team at a ‘kitchen table’ in GSK’s Leadership Hub in Parsippany, New Jersey.
An innovative leader, Tim is a member of the GSK Consumer Healthcare Global Leadership Team. Throughout his career, he has delivered in general management and senior marketing roles in Canada, the US and Europe.
Tim earned his BA in Economics from Queen’s University, Canada. He is married with three children. He is an active runner and windsurfing, skiing and white water canoeing enthusiast.
