Argyle Executive Forum will bring together members of our Life Science Strategy Community for breakfast and informal round-table conversations. We use our member breakfasts to help determine and drive the topics / trends the membership will address through our meetings and publications over the coming months. Topics may include areas of interest like:
- Investment trends in pharmaceuticals & biotechnology
- Important developments in 2011 and their impact on the industry as a whole
- Alliances and joint ventures as part of your overall business development strategy
- The interplay between business marketing strategy and overall business strategy- the importance of developing your marketing strategy early on
- Responding to changes in the market
- Flexibility and risk taking
- Strategic partnering to improve R&D productivity
- A look into the future: What will the pharma/biotech space look like in 5 years? 10 years?
The breakfast is by invitation only and will convene approximately 15 Life Science Strategy Executives.
