Argyle Executive Forum will bring together members of our Retail and Consumer Products Community who focus on Customer Experience, Customer Engagement and Customer Strategy for breakfast and informal round-table conversations. We use our member breakfasts to help determine and drive the topics / trends the membership will address through our meetings and publications over the coming months. Topics may include areas of interest like: “Understanding and meeting the demands of the changing consumer,” “The new customer experience- thinking “beginning to end” and understanding what the new consumer needs at every stage,” and “Insights into the latest thinking on customer behavior, engagement and retention- how have your customers changed?.” The breakfast is by invitation only and will convene approximately 15 Senior Customer Experience Executives and direct reports.
