Participation is reserved for Members of Argyle Executive Forum that meet the following criteria:
- VP level or higher Customer Care executives (or equivalent) from companies with at least $1b in annual revenue.
- Heads of Customer Care (or equivalent) from companies with between $100mm and $1b in annual revenue.
