Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson is the VP of Human Resources for HP’s Enterprise Group Storage Group. With this role she is responsible for managing organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, recruiting, talent management, and leadership development. Most recently Katie was Director of Workforce Strategy, Planning & Operations and was responsible for managing strategic workforce transformation. Prior to that she lead Human Resources for HP’s Technical Services Americas Group and Enterprise Business Americas Group.
Prior to joining HP in 2009, Katie was the Senior HR Business Partner with Avaya’s global product development team where she was responsible for leading the strategic development and deployment of human capital initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy. Katie has previously held senior HR leadership roles at Cambridge Technology Partners, Logica and Siemens Corporation.
Katie holds a degree in Business Administration from Castle College.

Louis Cimini

Lou Cimini is a human resources executive experienced in leading mid-size and large service and manufacturing organizations through growth and change. He is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for The Americas for Samsonite Corporation.
Prior to joining Samsonite Mr. Cimini was the SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Performance for The Holmes Group where he also served as “Head Coach” of a global SAP implementation that was completed in record time and led a process re-design that initiated inventory and working capital reduction exceeding target goals by 40% . He managed union and non-union organizational elements of the move of US manufacturing to China.
Prior to that, Mr. Cimini spent nine years with Cendant Mobility, joining the organization when it was PHH as a Director of Human Resources. As Senior Vice President of Human Resource and Quality Development he initiated and implemented the redesign of North American performance management, linking strategic business goals to individual performance, which was awarded “Gold Medal, Connecticut Innovation Prize.” Mr. Cimini began his career at Owens Corning Fiberglas where he held numerous professional and management positions in human resources at facilities across the country and at corporate headquarters.
Mr. Cimini has received numerous awards for his volunteer work including the development of a job search-training program for the Boston Veterans Homeless Shelter. He has been honored for his success as the Executive Director of residences in organizing the housing and support of Katrina evacuees at Otis Air National Guard Base on Cape Cod, MA.
A native of North Providence, RI, Mr. Cimini earned a BS in Business Management from Providence College. In addition he earned a Certificate in Advanced Labor Management Relations from the University of Michigan and holds the Green Belt certification from Six Sigma, and a Process Master certificate from Hammer & Company.
Mike Dallas

Mike Dallas has worldwide responsibility for HP's strategic human resources practices and operations supporting over 300,000 employees in more than 170 countries. He is a member of HP’s Executive HR team and part of several senior advisory committees impacting the HP employee experience.
With over 1200 HR professionals in his organization, Dallas leads Geographic operations for region and country HR including country level business partnership, generalist activities, benefits administration, staffing and recruiting, and labor relations.
Dallas leads the Worldwide center of expertise for HR processes and systems including Manager Self Service, Contact HR help desk and management of the partnership with the Global Business Services internal service provider organization. His organization is responsible for compliance, employee and labor relations.
Dallas, a 15-year HP Veteran has extensive experience in Mergers, Acquisitions and Outsourcing deal support and has held several diverse leadership positions, including lead Business HR Partner for HP’s Enterprise Business Group, Global Total Rewards, Sales Compensation and Sales Operations.
Prior to joining HP, Dallas was in technology sales with AT&T/NCR and in retail management with J.C. Penney Corporation.
Dallas earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.

During her time as a human resources leader, Kathleen has concentrated on aligning employee performance objectives with company strategies and goals. Before joining The Network in 2008, Kathleen served as vice president for human resources at several large organizations; most recently, as senior vice president for sales and human resources at World Travel Holdings. Her blended learning program design has focused on skills to lead global, virtual teams. Liz has worked with leaders at IBM, Maersk, The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Columbia Executive Education, Harvard Executive Education, New York University Stern School of Business, Chubb, Citigroup, Ernst & Young, Chevron and the Central Intelligence Agency. She has personally coached emerging leaders as well as leaders in the C-suite from Fortune 100 companies in financial services, management consulting, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. Liz has helped to develop leaders or leadership programs in Asia, Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Liz is an award-winning international speaker and author. She has led workshops and presentations for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), International Coach Federation, and the International Association of Business Communicators. She presented at the International Conference on Knowledge, Culture and Change in Organizations at Cambridge University in August 2008. Her paper, on the use of video in collaborative learning, is published in the same journal. Her work in virtual communication has been called “cutting edge.” Her most recent article on the “chunking” of learning appears in the UK’s Training Journal.
Liz served as adjunct faculty at New York University in the department of Leadership and Human Capital Management where she taught executive coaching, teambuilding and leadership at the graduate level.
Liz holds a B.A. in Cultural Studies with a concentration in Communication Training for Adults from the State University of New York and a M.A. in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University. She is certified in Stakeholder Centered Coaching from the Global Leadership Development Center at Alliant International University and is a certified practitioner of the Meyer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and 360° Assessments from the Center for Creative Leadership.

Michael has over 14 years experience in human resources, in both consulting and corporate capacities. Accomplishments include:
- Lead consultant for developing HRIS change management strategy and plan for multiple clients implementing new SaaS HRIS solutions
- Lead consultant for multiple HRIS/Payroll vendor selection projects for organizations across industries including not-for-profit, financial services, retail and healthcare organizations
- Led transformation of benefits administration service delivery model for national healthcare organization, with a focus on increasing customer experience
- Supported financial services and global media clients with the optimization of their HRIS/Payroll system vis-à-vis implementation of employee and manager self-service; identified deployment and change management plans to ensure a successful roll-out of new functionality

Rick Martino

Rick joined the Bose Corporation in 2009 as the Vice President, Global Human Resources where he has responsibility of all human resources initiatives and services globally.
The majority of Rick’s experience in human resources comes from his 18 years with IBM Corporation. Over the course of his career there, Rick served in a diverse set of HR leadership positions including director of Human Resources for the IBM Research Division, director of Human Resources Programs for IBM Asia Pacific in Tokyo, vice president of Human Resources for the IBM Server Group, vice president of US HR Operations, and vice president of Talent, where he had global responsibility for workforce planning, staffing, skills and learning, diversity, management development, HR information technology and international assignments.
In 2000 Rick left IBM to join the March of Dimes Foundation in White Plains, NY as the senior vice president, Human Resources and Administration, with responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll and Purchasing. In 2007, he became executive vice president and chief people officer for BearingPoint, Inc., a global management and technology consulting company with 15,000 employees serving over 2000 clients in 60 countries.

Matt McCusker is the New England Regional Sales Director for Workday. In this capacity, Matt has responsibility for Workday’s cloud-based Human Resources, Payroll, and Spend Management applications in the region. Prior to joining Workday, Matt spent 14 years at Oracle in various roles including running PeopleSoft’s Mid-Market territory in California, Oracle’s Retail Applications team in the Northeast, and most recently serving as the Regional Vice President of Applications for Oracle's Communications Vertical for the Eastern half of the US.
Matt is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross from which he received a degree in Economics. Matt also holds an MBA from The Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
John McMahon

John P. McMahon is the Senior Vice President, HR and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cumberland Gulf Group of Companies in Framingham Massachusetts. He is responsible for development and implementation of the HR strategy for the Company. As a member of the Cumberland Gulf Executive Committee, he ensures that this strategy is fully aligned with the overall goals of the organization. He is responsible for providing functional leadership for the HR organization which provides support for our 7,000 employees, 600 stores and 3,500 branded and private label outlets.
Before joining Cumberland Gulf, John P. McMahon served as the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, Arrow Electronics, Inc. As SVP, HR, John’s responsibility for Arrow's global human resources function, included talent management/succession, executive compensation, benefits, professional development and human resources policy for the company's nearly 12,000 employees worldwide.
Prior to joining Arrow in March 2007, McMahon served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at UMass Memorial Health Care System, the largest health care system in Central and Western Massachusetts. He held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, at Fisher Scientific, a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific that provides laboratory equipment, chemicals, supplies and services, and at Terra Lycos, S.A., a provider of telecommunications and Internet services worldwide. Earlier in his career, McMahon held leadership roles in human resources at companies that included ITT Corporation, a world leader in engineering and manufacturing, and Raytheon Corporation, an industry leader in defense and aerospace systems.
McMahon holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Upsala College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College.
Alan Momeyer

Alan Momeyer is Vice President of Human Resources for Loews Corporation. He is responsible for overall strategy and management of the human resource function for the New York-based diversified corporation consisting of Loews Hotels, CNA Insurance, Diamond Offshore Corporation, Boardwalk Pipelines and HighMount Exploration and Production. Alan has been with Loews since 1980.
Alan holds a Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelors Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is the author of numerous articles on personnel management.
Alan is President of Inside Broadway, the Broadway Educational Program, a non-profit organization to promote theatre arts in New York City public schools. Alan is former President of the Board of Directors of Community Access, a non-profit agency which provides housing and rehabilitation for over 1000 homeless mentally disabled citizens of New York. He is also former President and Board member of Just One Break, Inc. (JOB), an agency to employ disabled citizens, founded in 1947 by Eleanor Roosevelt and Bernard Baruch. Alan is a member of the Board of Trustees of his graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh.
He is married to Janet Markoff and they have a daughter Lily, 22 and a son Jack, 19. He lives in Greenwich Village, New York City, and he always will.
Joseph Petrowski

Joseph Petrowski is the CEO of the combined Cumberland Farms-Gulf Oil Group. The company is a $10 billion annual revenue enterprise employing over 8,000 people in 27 states. The Cumberland Farms Gulf Oil Group is the 34th largest private company on the Forbes 500 list. Cumberland Farms is the nation’s 8th largest convenience retailer with almost 600 stores in the northeast region and Florida, and Gulf Oil delivers petroleum products to over 3,500 stations in 27 States. The company also owns and operates bulk oil terminals. Petrowski is a member of the Board of South Jersey Industries, a publically traded natural gas utility and national energy merchant (NYSE ticker symbol: SJI) and a member of the Audit, Governance and Compensation Committee. He is also the past Chairman of New England Power Pool Board of Review. Petrowski was a former President of Consolidated Natural Gas as well as Louis Dreyfus Energy. He is active in many non-profit and industry trade associations and a past member of the Chicago Board of Trade Rules Committee. He has written numerous articles on energy, trade and public policy, regulation and market development and is a frequent guest on MSNBC, CNBC, Fox Business News and Bloomberg radio. He has been a contributing editor to the Wall Street Journal and has testified before Congress and several regulatory agencies on energy and international trade issues. Petrowski graduated with honors from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and Government.
Kyle Polischuk

Kyle Polischuk joined Talbots in June 2008 as Senior Director of Human Resources, based in Hingham, MA. In January of 2010, she relocated to Talbots New York Creative Studio and was promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. In this role she served as strategic business partner to Talbots’ executives and was responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Human Resources business partner organizations at all locations. In October of 2011 she was appointed Interim Head of Human Resources and, in addition to leading the Human Resources business partner functions, assumed the added scope of overseeing enterprise-wide delivery of all human resources including Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Retirement Services and Corporate Communications. Sean Woodroffe

Sean Woodroffe is Vice President of Human Resources for Sun Life Financial’s U.S. Operations. He was named to this position in September 2009.
In this role, Mr. Woodroffe is responsible for directing Human Resource’s operations within the U.S., ensuring that all services and strategies are relevant to business needs. He is also responsible for leveraging and implementing enterprise HR programs and tools while providing leadership and strategic insight to effectively leverage talent.
Prior to joining Sun Life, Mr. Woodroffe served as Division Head of Human Capital Management Business Partnership Group for United Bank for Africa, PLC in Nigeria, where he oversaw the delivery of various HR disciplines to a client group of over 17,000 employees. Before joining United Bank for Africa, he served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Administration for Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. Prior to FGIC, Mr. Woodroffe spent 18 years at Merrill Lynch & Co. in a variety of Human Resources roles. His last role at Merrill Lynch was as the Head of International Human Resources based in London.
Mr. Woodroffe is a graduate of Shaw University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and of Harvard Business School where he completed the Strategic Leadership Program. He serves on the boards of the Greater New York City YMCA Compensation Committee and the Chapin School. He is also an adjunct Lecturer at New York University’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies.
Lisa Zankman

Lisa Zankman has been the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital located in Boston, Massachusetts, since 2003. She is responsible for all Human Resources and Organizational Development activities for the Medical Center. Her accomplishments include the introduction of nationally recognized workforce development programs and innovative talent management and leadership development programs.
Lisa has over twenty-five years of Human Resource experience in the health care, retail, financial, public and academic sectors. Prior to BIDMC, she held senior HR jobs at Star Markets, Fidelity Investments, and Aramark as well as in the public sector at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Lisa holds an MBA with high honors from Boston University and a BA from Simmons College.
