Mike’s work at Oracle includes developing the HCM Value Consulting content, value analysis tools and management of a National Value Consulting practice before joining the business transformation team. Mike also worked at SAP for 7 years in their HCM Center of Excellence. Mike has been formally trained and certified in a number of disciplines including Human Capital Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Value Engineering and Business Process Transformation.
Prior to joining SAP in 2001, Mike served in several corporate roles including; CIO, Staff Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, HCM/Payroll Project Manager and MIS Director working in the Education, Services and Distribution industries. Mike's areas of expertise includes: HCM Strategy, Analytics, Talent Development & Education, Shared Services, HRMS/Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Planning and Budgeting.
Mike is active in local hometown service as a School Board Commissioner and City Administrative Review Board Member. He resides in Eau Claire, WI with his wife Robin. They have two children.

Dave Daines is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Nu Skin, a $2.2 billion, multi-national enterprise with more than 4.000 employees worldwide. Dave is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource including HRIS, Executive Compensation, Business Planning processes, leadership development, and organizational alignment to key corporate imperatives.
Prior to joining Nu Skin, Dave worked for Intel where his responsibilities included process reengineering in the Finance Department. Dave began his career at First Interstate Bank in Portland, Oregon where he was responsible for designing and implement employee engagement programs and coaching cross-functional process improvement teams across the North West Region.

Ann Hackett has over 20 years experience in the Talent Management field in both consulting and non-consulting roles.
Ann joined H&R Block in May 2007. During her tenure, Ann has led the Talent Management function including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness and the Learning Organization including Tax Pro hiring and training. She is currently responsible for Leadership Development and Talent Management functions including leader and associate development, talent and succession planning, performance management, engagement, culture transformation, competency management, assessments, and programs for high potential associates.
Before joining H&R Block, Ann was with Accenture’s Human Performance practice for over ten years where she consulted with Fortune 500 companies to build and improve their talent management practices.
Ann has a Ph.D. and master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Central Michigan University.

InaMarie Johnson joined UTi Worldwide in October 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting directly to UTi’s Chief Executive Officer. InaMarie has more than two decades of global human resources leadership experience.
Her wide-ranging responsibilities at UTi include HR strategic and financial planning, program management, organization development and effectiveness, and global workforce management. She is establishing change management and knowledge-sharing practices for the human resources function across organizational boundaries, serving as the champion of the UTi People transformation process and translating desired end-goals into specific initiatives. Key stakeholders include the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Board (peers) and other key UTi Leaders.
Prior to UTi, InaMarie served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Corinthian Colleges, Inc., a leading post-secondary education company. Additionally, she spent a decade with Honeywell International, where she provided human resources leadership for the transportation systems and specialty materials divisions, including organizational design, talent management, compensation, employee and labor relations, staffing, learning and diversity. Prior to Honeywell, she served for six years in human resources leadership positions with The Clorox Company.
InaMarie holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from John F. Kennedy University. InaMarie resides with her husband David and her two college-age children, Ashlee and Aaron, in Palos Verdes Estates.
InaMarie actively serves on the boards of Harbor Interfaith Services, a non-profit organization serving the homeless and working poor based in San Pedro and the Palos Verdes Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, a national service and charitable organization.

Deanna L. Jones is Vice President of Human Resources. She joined Newfield in August 2010. Since 2008, Deanna served as Vice President of Human Resources, Reservoir Production Group, Schlumberger, in Houston. From 2006-08, she served as Vice President, North America, Schlumberger Information Solutions, The Company’s leading software, information and infrastructure organization. From 2003-06, she served as Vice President, Human Resources, Schlumberger Information Solutions, as the senior HR manager for the world-wide workforce from the company’s London, England, office. From 1993-2003, Deanna worked in a variety of assignments for Schlumberger in Canada and the United States. Jones holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary, Canada, and has completed executive business courses in Human Resources at the University of Michigan and in Finance at the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Pat Jones is Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. She joined AgriBank in April, 2010 and is responsible for bank Human Resources, Communications, Meetings and Travel, Facilities Management.
Pat began her career with Terra Industries in Sioux City, IA, in 1983 and held a number of Human Resources related positions until the retail division was sold to Agriliance, LLC. She joined Agriliance, LLC and developed an HR organization for the newly formed joint venture in 2000. In 2007, when Land O’Lakes and CHS dissolved the joint venture, she joined Syngenta where she supported various groups including the Corn & Soy Sales & Marketing groups as well as all NAFTA research and product development functions.
Jones completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA, her MBA from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD and is currently pursuing her PhD. in organization development from the University of MN.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience linking strategy, people, and business results, and has also held human resources management roles at Lockheed, GenRad, and General DataComm Industries.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology. He currently serves on the Altera Foundation and has served as Chair of the Central Texas Technology Executive and Education Council, on the Business Advisory Council of St. Edwards University, the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central Texas, and as a featured industry executive for Invest in Germany, a German government-sponsored agency.

Prior to joining CRDM, Jim was the Vice President of Human Resources for Medtronic's Spinal & Biologics Division, located in Memphis. While in these roles, Jim managed the integration of Sofamor Danek & Avecor into Medtronic, developed unique training and leadership programs and assisted in ensuring Medtronic won the city award as the Best Employer in Memphis for 2006. He also sat on the two boards; the Leadership Academy of Memphis, and Community Health Charities of Tennessee. Rick Merritt joined Power-One in April 2011 as Global Vice Present of Human Resources for Power-One (PWER), one of the world’s largest providers of power conversion and power management solutions. He is responsible for leading all human resources functions worldwide to attract, retain, and engage 3300 employees located in 12 countries.
Prior to joining International Rectifier, Mr. Merritt held the position of Global Vice President for International Rectifier (IR), a pioneer and world leader in advance power management technology from analog and mix signal ICs to advanced circuit devices, power systems, and components. Mr. Merritt has also held senior level position in global human resources roles for organizations such Sybase and Applied Materials.
Mr. Merritt received his Masters of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and Organizational Behavior from California State University, Hayward and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Sports Science from Indiana University.

Laurie Monfiletto is Vice President for Human Resources at PNM Resources, the parent company of PNM and TNMP.
Laurie oversees human resource strategy for the organization through employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, and development.
Laurie joined PNM Resources in 2007 and has served as a Human Resources director for the utility as well as for strategic workforce planning and staffing. In those positions, her responsibilities have included formulating policy and providing strategic advice and solutions on workforce planning and development initiatives, leading human resources strategy for the utility, and advising on employee/labor relations matters.

He is currently managing a team within Workday's Southwest Region whom work with businesses that have less than 3k employees.

Haylen van Koppen is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), a $3 billion diversified global entertainment company that produces and distributes films like THE HUNGER GAMES and TWILIGHT SAGA young adult franchises and TV series like the multiple Emmy Award winning MAD MEN. She oversees a staff of more than 550 headquarters employees as well as hundreds of other employees and contractors from companies within the Lionsgate family. She has already played a key role in launching several new management development, training and corporate social responsibility initiatives at Lionsgate.
Ms. Van Koppen became head of Human Resources at Lionsgate shortly after its January 2012 acquisition of Summit Entertainment, a worldwide motion picture studio, where she served as EVP of Human Resources from April 2007 through March 2012. She also headed the transition team spearheading the integration of Lionsgate and Summit.
Ms. van Koppen joined Summit in May 2007, and the company grew from 54 to 180 employees during the next four and a half years with offices in Santa Monica, CA, New York and London. Ms. van Koppen was responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, internal communications, compliance, administration and facilities.
Prior to joining the entertainment industry, Ms. van Koppen was Senior Consultant in the HR Transformation group at Deloitte.
She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Angels in Waiting, a California 501c3 non-profit. She also served as President on the Board of Directors for Namasté, a non-profit in Long Beach from 2008 - 2011.
Ms. van Koppen has a Masters in HR Management from Chapman University and a B.S. degree in Business Management from University of Redlands. She has earned SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.

As Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Branding, Womack directs the development of strategic marketing for the corporate marketing team and focuses on the recruitment needs of employers of all sizes. This includes overseeing business-to-business strategy including communications, advertising, promotions, events, research, e-commerce and customer experience.
