Erik W. Charles is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in Marketing, Consulting, and Product Evangelization. Erik focuses on helping companies drive expansion and team growth by better aligning positions, responsibilities, and incentives. He brings a multitude of skills ranging from multinational enterprise firms to small startups, allowing him to design and apply different models depending on the market, people, and corporate goals.
Currently, Charles is the Vice President, Product Marketing, at Xactly Corporation where he is responsible for driving the product strategy, defining the product vision, and developing a strong team of product owners and designers.
Prior to joining Xactly Corporation, Erik was the Vice President, Marketing, at CAKE by Accelerize. There he was accountable for driving sales enablement; lead generation, product positioning and strategy, as well as new product launch initiatives. He has also held positions at Canon, Sun Microsystems, and Apple. In addition, Erik has an extensive consulting and research background, his areas of specialty include: key measures for Sales and Marketing roles, identification of focal points for improvement in customer acquisition, and retention, as well as design and communication of improved incentive plans with strong line-of-sight metrics.
Erik has a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. At Merage he serves as a mentor for students, an occasional guest lecturer, and is a charter member of the Dean's Leadership Circle. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and two sons.

Hayes Drumwright is co-founder and CEO of POPin, a SaaS mobile and web solution that empowers organizations to leverage crowdsourcing to source pain, build trust, and create buy-in for initiatives in order to scale the business. Drumwright has been a serially successful entrepreneur for over 20 years. His innate ability to grow companies organically was proven at Trace3 where he took the company from an idea and $100 of his own money to revenues in excess of $450M. He is a founding partner in InstantScale, an investment firm focused on early stage startups from Silicon Valley. He is also a founder of one of the top cult Cabernet brands in Napa Valley, Memento Mori Winery. In 2010, Hayes was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Orange County and the Desert Regions, California. Drumwright currently serves on the board of Trace3 as Chairman, Memento Mori as a director and founder, and Project Hope as chairman. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.

Mr. Goldman is chief financial officer of Yahoo!, Inc responsible for Yahoo!’s global finance functions including financial planning and analysis, controllership, tax, treasury and investor relations since October 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Goldman served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial officer of Fortinet, Inc, a provider of unified threat management solutions, from September 2007 to September 2012. From November 2006 to August 2007, Mr. Goldman served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Dexterra, Inc. From August 2000 until March 2006, Mr. Goldman served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. And prior to that, he was CFO of several public and private companies. During his professional career now spanning over forty years. Mr. Goldman also serves on the board of directors of NXP Semiconductor, Yahoo! Japan, Trinet, GoPro, Inc. and other non-profit boards such as Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Foundation Board.
Mr. Goldman was a member of board of trustees of Cornell University from 2005 to 2013 and was designated as Emeritus Trustee. From December 1999 to December 2003, Mr. Goldman served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC). He was a member of the Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession over the years 2007-2008, a public committee that made recommendations to encourage a more sustainable auditing profession. Mr. Goldman was appointed in January 2015 to a three-year term to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB’s) Standing Advisory Group (SAG), an organization that provides advice on the need to formulate new accounting standards or change existing standards. Mr. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Alan Keith currently serves as Vice-President, Finance and Operations for Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank, California. Alan initially joined The Walt Disney Company in 2008 as Vice-President, Finance for ImageMovers Digital located in the San Francisco Bay Area and joined the Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2011. Alan brings with him over 25 years of experience spanning business operations, finance, and administration.
After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University, he began his career as a Staff Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Atlanta. He earned his CPA and eventually moved client-side, working for Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. It was through his work experience at Turner that Alan first worked in the field of animation following the acquisition of Hanna-Barbera Cartoons. Through his exposure to Hanna-Barbera, Alan was mentored in the areas of animation production and business operations across their locations in Los Angeles, Manila, and Taipei.
Prior to Walt Disney Animation Studios, Alan held leadership positions at LAIKA Studios, Genentech, Inc., and Lucasfilm Ltd.

Dave Kellogg has more than 20 years of leadership experience at high-growth companies.
His experience includes being CEO of MarkLogic, CMO of Business Objects, and member of the Aster Data Board of Directors. Dave also served in advisory roles to MongoDB developer 10gen, Hadapt, and Tableau Software.
Prior to joining Host Analytics as CEO, Dave served as senior vice president and general manager for Service Cloud at salesforce.com, overseeing one of the company’s fastest growing businesses. Previously, he spent six years as CEO at MarkLogic, growing the company from zero in revenues to an $80M run-rate. Before that, Dave led Marketing at Business Objects for nearly a decade as the company grew from 250 to over 4,500 people and from $30M to over $1B in annual revenues.

Ravi Mallela is the Senior Vice President in Finance at First Republic Bank. His responsibilities entail Corporate Treasury Function, cash management, investment operations, regulatory reporting, and operations in the investment committee. He actively serves in Financial Planning including balance sheet and income forecasting, strategic planning, non-interest income, expense planning and forecasting, with inclusion to market share analysis.
Ravi has broad experience in ALM/IRR for the enterprise, including the implementation of new systems and processes, ALCO governance, interest rate risk analysis, EVE, deposit migration and attrition analysis, sensitivity analysis, and addressing and responding to regulatory feedback including capital and liquidity stress testing. In addition, he oversees Credit risk modeling, governance, challenge and review processes, and the overall capital stress testing documentation, as well as the board communication of DFAST results.
Ravi is responsible for building a world class team to support the expanding finance team at First Republic Bank, while addressing expectations of a growing financial institution, greater that 50B in assets.

Narayan Menon is a senior finance leader with extensive experience in best-in-class tech companies including Microsoft, Skype, Cisco and Intuit. He is currently VP, Finance, at Intuit, a $5 billion innovation leader known for revolutionizing the way customers manage personal finances, run small businesses and pay employees via such products as QuickBooks, TurboTax and Mint.
Narayan’s track record in financial strategy, planning and execution extends to global, Fortune 50 companies and small start-ups alike. His management expertise spans a broad range of functions and business operations in the SaaS/Cloud space.
He began his career as an engineer in India, and worked in several leading companies and in a start-up RE/construction firm where he served as Chief Engineer.
Narayan holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. He also holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in engineering.
Nrayan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and also pursuing his passion for travel, cricket and movies. Active in his community in the East Bay, Narayan serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano Counties.

Sas led the US business of Intelenet Global Services, a global services company that was a Blackstone Private Equity portfolio company and was sold to Serco Group Plc at 12.5x EBITDA.
In the past Sas has been Divisional CFO and Executive Director of Strategy & Business Excellence for Kaiser Permanente, a $37 B integrated Health Delivery System.
Sas was also the President of niche globalization and business transformation advisory firms with clients such as Accenture, Ariba, and Dow Jones.
Sas has been a Partner/ Managing Director at a big 4 management consulting firm and advised the C-Suite of Fortune 500 companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Charles Schwab, Citibank, Gillette, Intel, Siemens, Walt Disney etc. on business transformation and globalization strategies.
Sas regularly advises institutional investors on industry trends and company valuations. Stephanie Plaines is the VP & Chief Financial Officer within Global eCommerce at Walmart for Samsclub.com where she has financial and business oversight for their eCommerce platform including the development of strategic and long-range plans and partnering closely with the operational teams. Stephanie joined Samsclub in 2016 relocating from Boston to the Bay Area and thankfully swapped out the snow blower for a decent outdoor grill.
Stephanie is a strategic financial leader with 20+ years of diverse Finance expertise, including extensive international experience across multiple industries including CPG, investment banking/ M&A and a deep understanding of digital and physical retail. Prior to Walmart/ Samsclub, she held multiple senior roles for Ahold NV, one of the largest grocery retailer headquartered in the Netherlands, including VP Global Treasury Finance and Controller, VP & Division Chief Financial Officer for Stop & Shop, and VP Corporate FP&A for Ahold USA. In her current role as UC Berkeley’s Associate Vice Chancellor, Finance and Chief Financial Officer (AVC-CFO) Rosemarie Rae has oversight of a $2 billion operating budget and eight units comprised of 700+ staff that, together, tell the complete financial story. She is responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated sustainable funding model that supports Berkeley’s mission and maintains the campus’s preeminence as a top research university. As the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance's direct representative in matters of the campus budget, supply chain management, resource planning, analysis, space and capital planning, institutional data management, and health services, Rosemarie serves as a high-level thought partner to the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, Provost and other vice chancellors in areas of strategy and analytics. She is responsible for all major financial and decision support campus operations including the long-range campus financial model designed to help central campus and unit decision-makers align resources with strategic objectives.
Prior to Berkeley, Rosemarie served as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of The National Trust for Historic Preservation, where she oversaw all fiscal fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, with its annual operating budget of $55 million, a $230 million endowment, and staff of 350. As the Executive Vice President of Strategy at Volunteers of America, Rosemarie was responsible for developing a successful business model for affiliate participation in the organization’s strategic direction. As Executive Vice President of Organizational Services and Chief Financial Officer, also for Volunteers of America, she directed the asset management function for the organization’s nationally-owned real estate assets and oversaw Human Resource functions including organizational development, 37 health insurance programs, and $40 million of investments for endowment and pension funds. As the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Experience Works, Rosemarie provided strategic financial direction and ensured the integrity of all accounting and financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, tax, and treasury functions. She was also responsible for benefit design and administration including health, worker’s compensation, retirement and life insurance programs for over 300 staff and 125,000 program participants.
Rosemarie managed 120 government contracts and grants for Children’s Hospital National Medical Center, a nationally and internationally recognized leader in the development of innovative new treatments for childhood illness and injury. At LORAL Space and Communications, Rosemarie maintained treasury functions including a $20 million investment portfolio, and she managed international accounting staff with regional accounting offices in England, Germany and Singapore. Rosemarie’s financial and administrative management career began by managing Medicare and Medicaid funding strategies and cost reporting for The Golden Living family of companies, who operate more than 300 centers in 22 states that provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy, hospice care, home health services and temporary staffing services. Rosemarie was a principal and founder of Balrae Associates, an Information Technology services firm.
Rosemarie holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Radford University, a master’s degree in public administration from American University, and is a doctoral candidate in organizational design at The George Washington University.

Benjamin Stefancic is currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap Inc. Global Supply Chain. In this role, he leads and oversees all Finance activities for Logistics (Transportation & Distribution Centers) and Product Sourcing functions for all of Gap, Inc.’s brands.
Ben brings over 16 years of Finance experience to Gap, Inc. He has progressed through positions of increasing responsibility from Manager to Vice President. He spent 6 years at Banana Republic North America as a Manager of Finance and Director of FP&A. He spent 5 years in the online division of Gap, Inc (GID) where he was a Senior Director of Finance, responsible for FP&A, Company Planning and Athleta Brand Finance. Ben was appointed CFO for Gap Japan K.K. in January 2012 and moved to Tokyo, Japan with his family. In 2013, he returned to the US as Vice President of Gap Brand Global Finance where he created a Global Finance team for Gap, a $6.5B brand. He was appointed to his current role in 2015. Prior to Gap Inc, he worked for the San Francisco Police Department for 5 years as a Police Officer, Policy Analyst and Academy Instructor.
A graduate of San Francisco State University, Ben earned both a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in both disciplines.
