Jon Bergersen is the Vice President of Infrastructure, Operations, and Shared Services at Rexnord Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturing company comprised of two key platforms of Process & Motion Controls and Water Management. Jon has responsibility for the overall strategy and service delivery of all hosting, network, client, helpdesk, site support, and cyber security for the global enterprise.
Prior to Rexnord, Jon spent fourteen years at General Electric in multiple technology leadership roles spanning from leading the Global Technology and Infrastructure for the Healthcare division to being a key business leader driving the centralization of infrastructure services across all GE divisions. He has also held Engineering and quality leadership roles in the commercial printing industry, program management leadership roles in the wireless industry, and has served on multiple public and private technology advisory boards.
With over 28 years of IT experience, Jon has championed multiple new technology introductions, deployed large globally dispersed networks and security architectures, negotiated and delivered complex IaaS and PaaS hosting services, drove over 20 successful large and mid-tier IT acquisition integrations and divestitures, and program managed the PCS infrastructure build out for Verizon’s first Wireless Market launches.

Kevin B. Boyd is the Chief Information Officer at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has responsibility for the information technology at Chicago Booth’s campuses in Chicago, London and Hong Kong, and he manages a staff of 50 in operations, application development, project management, and service management.
Prior to coming to Booth, he was the Vice President of Product Management for Tribune Company. Boyd previously served first as a PMO Director and then as Director of Quality Assurance and Testing for CNA Financial in Chicago. At CNA, he helped develop a Project Management Office responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects worth more than $10 million. Boyd previously worked for United Airlines as Director of Ecommerce Systems and led teams that grew United’s ecommerce revenue from $100 million a year to more than $1 billion annually.
He was also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University for nine years, teaching classes in ecommerce and working with students on entrepreneurship related independent study projects.
Boyd holds a master’s degree in Communication Systems, Strategy and Management from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and bachelor’s degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.

Graham Draughon’s career in Information Technology spans over 30 years across all aspects of the field. Prior to joining OneMain (formerly Springleaf), he spent 20 years with Computer Sciences Corporation as Assistant Vice President responsible for major system architecture, development, and professional services for Property & Casualty and Life Insurance systems. After joining OneMain in 2002 as the Chief Technology Officer, he has steered the company through numerous major technology shifts: big data, mobility and BYOD (“Bring your own device”), cloud computing and social media all while keeping a strong focus on protecting the information assets of OneMain and the privacy of its customers. Today, Graham’s primary focus is on ensuring OneMain’s cybersecurity program and defenses are second to none and maintains pace with technology and the increasingly challenging world of cyber threats.

His strengths include engaging in business & technology discussions, including leading organizational & technological change to deliver differentiated business value. He has enabled the Fortune 250 corporations he has worked with to transform and manage enterprise services across the technology infrastructure landscape, including cloud and “as a Service” models. His keen insights into how to harness the talents of global teams, deploy technology and leverage assets to deliver optimal impact are used for improving his firm’s ability to drive innovation, enhance their fiscal top and bottom line and increase their operating efficiency.
Munu has led global organizations at Aon, Xerox Business Services, GE, McDonald’s and Accenture, including Infrastructure Services, Application Development, Application Integration, Security & DR and PMO & Architecture. He is committed to his firm’s and client’s success and has a demonstrated record of delivering results that matter. He has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

James P. MacLennan (Jim) is the Chief Information Officer at IDEX Corporation, an applied solutions business that sells highly engineered products to customers in a variety of markets worldwide. Jim has responsibility all aspects of the Corporate Information Technology service offerings for the portfolio business units.
Prior to IDEX, Jim had a dual role as CIO for Pactiv LLC, a packaging manufacturer and distribution company serving the foodservice and food processing industry, and Vice President of IT for Reynolds Services Inc., providing ERP, Supply Chain, and Data Warehousing services for Reynolds Consumer Products. Prior to Pactiv, Jim moved through increasing responsibilities at Culligan International, Searle Pharmaceuticals (Monsanto), and other diverse organizations.
Jim’ has over 25 years experience in a progression of roles, translating the strategic drivers of a variety of business models and markets into tactical plans and tangible results. His career spans multiple industries, including real estate / property management, building construction and maintenance services, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables, industrial manufacturing, and consumer package goods. Jim started his career at a software development and consulting firm, which gives him a unique insight to vendor relationships and the role of IT in driving business value.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. He also maintains a web site and blog (www.cazh1.com), where he writes on his experience and insights on the intersection of business and technology.

Aman Raheja is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for BMO Harris Bank, based in Chicago. He was the Deputy CISO at Express Scripts, a Fortune 25 company, for three years and has led Information Security for multiple businesses at CitiGroup. He has experience orchestrating and executing enterprise information risk management strategy. He has led transformations across multiple security domains that ensure compliance, employ prudent risk management and maintain business focus.

Tom Schenk is a researcher, author, and an expert in a number of fields, including open government, data visualization, business and research and policy in education. He is currently the Chief Data Officer at the City of Chicago, which includes overseeing Chicago’s open data portal, advanced analytics team, and the City’s data and business intelligence team. He leads the strategic use of data to improve the efficiency of city operations and improve the quality of life for residents. Tom has lead the expansion of Chicago’s leading open data portal, deployed predictive analytics in the City to improve data services, and has streamlined the City’s data operations.
Tom wrote Circos Data Visualization How-To, an introductory book on using the biology data visualization libraries for use in the social sciences. He has previously served as a consultant for Institutional Effectiveness and Accountability at the Iowa Departments of Education, where he led efforts to use student-level longitudinal data to evaluation education programs, including an evaluation of Project Lead The Way and calculating rates of return for community college graduates. He also led science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) policy in Iowa and a coauthor of Iowa’s STEM roadmap. Tom was a visiting scholar with Iowa State University’s Office of Community College Research and Policy where he studied graduate-student unionization. He was also a lecturer at Grand View University where he taught statistics and economics. He earned a Master’s degree in economics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s from Drake University.

Dennis Waldron is a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Data Architect at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Prior to his career with Northern Trust, Dennis was the Global Lead Architect for the Oracle Practice at Accenture, Director of Enterprise Architecture for ACNielsen, Data Management executive for Discover Financial Services, and an Information Management Solution Architect at IBM. Most recently, he served as Chief Solution Architect & Big Data Champion at Teradata. Dennis has been a board member for TDWI (The Data Warehouse Institute) Chicago chapter since 2009 and is the founder of the Business Intelligence User Group of Chicago.

Join Tom Schenk, Chief Digital Officer of the City of Chicago, in an interactive session exploring how innovation in technology and data science can improve decision making.
Schenk is responsible for redesigning the cities open data portal making over 1,000 raw data sets available to the general public. This allows researchers, technologists and average citizens to access some of the cities big data in order to conduct any analysis of their choosing. Prior to occupying the Chief Data Officer position Tom was the Director of Analytics and Performance Management for the City of Chicago and prior to that he was a Research Analyst at Northwestern University.
