Ujjwal is obsessed with influencing and devising the optimal customer journey. Having successfully grown eCommerce companies many-fold & managed marketing budgets over $10 million, he strives to keep building fast-growing marketing driven organizations.
He is currently VP Marketing at Charming Charlie, where he oversees the overall marketing strategy including the Acquisition, CRM, Customer Insight and PR functions. Ujjwal’s focus is finding new avenues for growth, and optimizing and extending the customer lifetime value. From when a customer first experiences Charming Charlie to getting more lapsed customers back, he loves to emphasize behavioral change at every step of the customer lifecycle.
He was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at FSAstore.com, a hyper growth healthcare eCommerce start-up, where he joined with diverse experience in direct & digital marketing, eCommerce, business development & analytics. He was responsible for the overall growth strategy, customer acquisition & retention, analytics development & website optimization. Prior to FSAstore.com, he was VP of Marketing at 20x200, an online retailer for limited edition art, where he oversaw all aspects of marketing.
Ujjwal was also VP of Marketing at PetCareRx.com, a fast-growing multi-channel retailer for pet medications where he managed the entire direct and digital marketing portfolio, along with business development and analytics function. He also successfully led the A/B and multivariate testing program to double eCommerce conversion to over 10%.

Pash is a designer, author, and educator with over 25 years of experience in the field of design. He is currently Vice President of Brand & Design at ABC. Before joining the network in 2010, his work spanned a wide variety of clients and industries. He designed the official logo for Miles Davis, brand extensions for Playboy, products for John Varvatos, retail product strategy for Motown Records, and advertising for Perrier.
From 2002 to 2004 Pash served as President of the Los Angeles chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Pash has taught in UCLA Extension's Design Communication Arts program since 2001 and frequently lectures to students and creative professionals around the country.
Pash’s book, Inspirability, was published in 2005 and features personal interviews with 40 of the world’s most prominent and interesting graphic designers.
Pash lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Jessica and his daughters, Mirabelle and Juliette.

Kim Salzer has driven substantial growth, sales and profit in companies both large and small. She has successfully led geographically dispersed teams to achieve operational excellence, process improvements, cost efficiency and profit. Kim’s experience includes brand-building leadership roles in video games, e-commerce and consumer packaged goods, building some of the most well-respected international IP. In addition she has extensive consulting and advising experience in early-stage technology companies, specializing in content, branding and commerce.
Currently, Kim is the Chief Marketing Officer of Hyperloop One, helping to tell the story of Hyperloop around the world, driving awareness and excitement for the autonomous mobility solution of the future. The successful open air propulsion test event in May 2016 made Hyperloop One a household brand name, and it is just the beginning of making Hyperloop a reality.
Previously, Kim served as the CEO of Gifts.com, a comprehensive gift-giving website, running day-to-day business operations and re-imagining a consumer-driven, curated, e-commerce model for the future, while rebuilding the team and technology infrastructure.
Prior to Gifts.com, Kim spent over ten years in the videogame industry, including Activision, Electronic Arts and Linden Lab. While at Activision, Kim was accountable for the P&L for multiple AAA games, managing all marketing and business functions, and led hundreds of employees worldwide launching industry-leading titles. In her various roles, Kim was responsible for the worldwide success of Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, and numerous licensed IPs. Prior to that, she headed up multiple offline and online gaming initiatives for EA GAMES, EA SPORTS and Pogo.
Prior to EA, Kim was a brand marketing executive at The Clorox Company where she managed the day-to-day operations and built long-term brand expansion plans for some of the most iconic brands in consumer goods, including Clorox Liquid Bleach and Fresh Step Litter.
Kim holds a BA in Communication Studies from UCLA and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.

Aaron has been successfully leading digital projects and internet marketing campaigns since he graduated from Emerson College in 1998. Over the past 15 years, Aaron has worked on both the agency and client side, always using his keen sense of diplomacy and business acumen to get the job done. Aaron began his career working at an internet start-up focused on the entertainment industry, from there he worked directly for the studios, MGM and Sony Pictures marketing their films to a worldwide audience. After a successful run on the studio side, the Agency world came knocking, he then went on to work for Organic where he managed the Fox Studios account.
Aaron’s love of the Arts once again led him back to the entertainment industry where he led the digital division for an Arts cable network Ovation TV. There he founded a thriving arts community and created several digital initiatives that continue to pay dividends for the network. After several years at Ovation, his prior work at BLITZ and his strong relationship with Adobe led him back to the agency side where he was responsible for the Adobe and Cisco accounts.
For the past three years he has been the Vice President, International Digital Marketing where he continues to push the international agenda for 60+ markets.
