Barbara Camozzi has over 20 years of experience in Marketing with the past eight years dedicated to online marketing. Barbara has worked at companies including Hewlett Packard, Adobe Systems, Palm, and Sony. During her history with these technology companies, Barbara has developed effective demand generation and promotional campaigns through advertising, direct marketing, web, search and other integrated tools. Barbara is currently a Director of interactive marketing at Hewlett Packard focusing on the promotion of technology computing products and solutions. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, hiking, reading, cooking, and being outdoors.
Chris Cook

Chris Cook is in his 4th season, with the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers, as Director of Database Marketing. In this role, he oversees all business aspects of the team’s CRM efforts. Moreover, he is responsible for managing the various direct marketing and reporting initiatives involving the Trail Blazers along with the non-Trail Blazer shows that utilize the Rose Garden Arena. Prior to joining the Trail Blazers, Chris spent five years as a project manager for CRM implementation and administration with Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare plans in New Mexico and Oregon. Chris is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and now resides in a suburb of Portland with his wife and four children.
Douglas Diamond

Douglas Diamond is currently Chief Marketing Officer of Emigrant Bank and its online bank, Emigrant Direct. His role as an advisor to the bank also includes the private equity, high net worth, and lending divisions.
Prior to joining Emigrant, Douglas was founder and CEO of an advertising and marketing firm, The Diamond Marketing Group. The Group specialized in direct marketing, promotional marketing, event marketing in addition to general advertising and graphic design. The Diamond Group served a diverse range of clients, which included American Express, Mercedes-Benz, Pepsico, Nestle, Allied Domecq, Heineken, and Philip Morris. After 25 year in the business, it was acquired by IPG, an international advertising conglomerate.
He currently serves on the board of internet publisher Directory M, and the social networking/video game company YooStar.com.
Anna Griffin

Anna currently serves as VP of Global Brand and Campaign Management of Juniper Networks. In her six month tenure she has lead the repositioning and branding of Juniper as well as designed global campaigns to take this new strategy to market. She is responsible for designing a new agency model and marcom team to maximize creative strategy and impactful communications.
Prior to Juniper, her career spans over 14 years as an advertising and marketing specialist dedicated to building and promoting worldwide brands. She has expertise in brand positioning and creating insightful, impactful media and creative strategies that result in strong, positive customer action.
Anna joined Juniper from Nortel where, since 2006, she served as director of Global Branding, Advertising and Events. Responsibilities included developing and managing all global marketing programs, events, sponsorships and advertising campaigns with clear goals for increasing brand awareness and achieving revenue targets. Her , “the Cisco Energy Tax” campaign for the data portfolio was recently named a 2008 Gold Effie award winner, the highest recognition given for marketing effectiveness in the industry.
Prior to her experience with Nortel, Anna held numerous other executive-level brand management positions in agencies in San Francisco and Raleigh, NC, executing strategies for a wide array of clients including: Sony, Land’s End, Apple, Bank of America, Toysrus.com, Saturn, the San Francisco Opera and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Anna’s background also includes two years of running her own marketing and brand communication consulting firm.
Chad Hamblin

Chad Hamblin has over 13 years of experience in IT and the vast majority of those years were related to CRM. Over the years, Chad has worked at companies including Telephony, Encompass Globalization, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Onyx Software and Microsoft. At those companies, Chad has marketed and sold CRM, database marketing, marketing automation and business process management solutions. In his IT career, Chad has held positions in sales, marketing, business development, partner management and product management. Chad is currently a senior product marketing manager at Microsoft focused on the marketing automation and SFA capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Chad holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington and is fluent in Japanese. In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, enjoying ethnic foods and working on DIY house projects.
Emilio Pardo

Emilio is a senior executive with over 17 years of development and management experience with non-profit, corporate and governmental organizations. As Chief Brand Officer, he is currently responsible for all creating, coordinating and integrating brand–related plans from across the enterprise.
Prior to his new appointment, he was the Senior Vice President, Business Development at AARP Services. At AARP Services, he was responsible for all product development, product licensing, new market channel development, and joint ventures for AARP Services, Inc. He also managed all strategic alliances and corporate partnerships efforts for AARP, which included working with organizations like The Home Depot, United Health Care, The Hartford Group, Proctor & Gamble and Travelocity.
Most recently, he served as one of the senior executives for Discovery Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for special projects and development spanning of all 14 broadcast networks, including Discovery Health Channel, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, Animal Planet, TLC, and FitTV.
Melanie Wells

Melanie Wells is an Executive Editor at Forbes in New York, where she edits marketing and media stories for the magazine and Forbes.com. This year Melanie created the popular CMO Network on Forbes.com, a site with original content and video created for high-level marketing, media and advertising professionals. As part of that, Melanie hosts a video interview series with CEOs and chief marketing executives.
Melanie joined Forbes magazine as a senior editor in 1999 and since then she has authored or edited more than 10 major cover stories, including the first piece on “neuromarketing,” a story that inspired a book out now called “Buyology.” She also wrote a popular piece that examined the strange power of so-called cult brands. In 2007 she was promoted to Assistant Managing Editor of the magazine---one of the youngest editors in the history of the magazine to earn that title.
Before joining Forbes, Ms. Wells spent five years as a business reporter and marketing columnist for the "Money" section at USA Today in New York. Prior to that, she was a writer and columnist at Advertising Age.
Ms. Wells has also contributed articles to The Wall Street Journal, Psychology Today, among other publications. She is frequently invited to discuss business and marketing trends on TV outlets, including CNN, CNBC, Fox News Channel and ABC’s “Good Morning, America.”
Tony Wells

Tony Wells, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for 24 Hour Fitness joined the company in 2007. Areas of responsibility include; advertising, promotions, brand management, public relations and sponsorship marketing for the company which is headquartered in the San Francisco bay area.
Prior to joining 24 Hour Fitness, Wells served as Vice President, Client Services for VISA USA, Inc. In this role he was directly responsible for the global relationship management for HSBC Bank. Wells first joined Visa USA as Vice President, Partnership Marketing where he oversaw daily operations and management of Visa’s sponsorship, event and alliance efforts. Wells also heads to 24 Hour Fitness with previous work experiences with General Motors R*Works, SFX Sports Group, a division of Clear Channel, Mills Corp., and Nissan North America, Inc.
A native of Washington, D.C., and a former Marine officer, Wells received a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy and a management certificate from Johns Hopkins University. He has served on the National board of directors for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Make-A-Wish-Friends Mid-Atlantic, and his alma mater Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
