Julie is the Vice President of Brand at Virgin USA overseeing branding strategy for new Virgin companies in North America as well as providing strategic brand support for the established Virgin businesses.

Prior to joining Virgin USA, Julie served as Executive Director of Consumer Branding at Interbrand, a leading global branding consultancy. She has 20 years of experience in strategic development and implementation across a wide range of innovative brands such as Orbitz, Stolichnaya Elit, TD AMERITRADE, Heinz EZ Squirt, Sierra Wireless, SBC U-Verse, Vitamin Water, Time Inc. New Ventures, and Subaru Tribeca. She is the creator of Interbrand’s proprietary Brand Tango® Innovation process which leverages out of category best practices to break through in competitive markets.
Fluent in French, Julie spent three years at Grey Paris as an International Account Director during her ten year tenure at Grey Worldwide. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Annenberg School of Communications. She lives in Westchester County with her husband and two children

Jeff Culver

Prior to founding Modulor Associates, Jeff served as Vice-President of Brand & Design at Washington Mutual where he led the development and implementation of the WaMu brand identity across the enterprise.
Jeff joined the Brand team from WaMu’s Home Equity group where he served as a Product Manager. Before Wamu, Jeff worked in Getty Images’ Product Marketing group where he developed brand and merchandising strategies, as well as a new information architecture for the company’s e-commerce platform.
Jeff’s design background includes several years at The Leonhardt Group (now Fitch Seattle), a leading brand strategy and design firm, where his clients included Microsoft, Nintendo, The American Institute of Architects, Safeco, N2H2, Bechtel, and Swatch. Following this, he was Design Director for Exem Company, a software development firm. His work has appeared in numerous design publications as well as MSNBC, The Baltimore Sun, The Boston Globe, and NPR.
Jeff holds a MBA in Marketing & Innovation from the University of Washington and a BFA with a concentration in design.

Richard joined Landor in 1984 to lead the British Airways project in the London office, which helped build the office into a full-service consulting and design studio. As creative director of the London office, he was responsible for spearheading some of Landor's most successful global and European branding programs, including Adtranz, Alfred Dunhill, Cathay Pacific Airways, Delta Air Lines, Fortis and France Télécom, Kodak Image Magic, Philips Lighting, Reuters, Shell, UBS, and Zurich insurance.
Richard moved to the New York office in 1998 after serving as executive creative director for three years in London where he was responsible for the creative product of Landor's offices in London, Paris, and Hamburg.
His involvement in projects based in the Hong Kong and Tokyo offices of Landor has helped Richard develop extensive international understanding and studio network experience.
As an expert on corporate and consumer brands, with particular emphasis on aviation branding, Richard has been quoted in Air Transport World, Brandweek, the Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, and Design Week, and has appeared on the television program Frontline.
Richard began his career in interior design and later studied architecture. He is a licensed architect in the United Kingdom.

Anne Saunders is Chief Marketing Officer at Knowledge Learning Corporation, the nation's leading private provider of early childhood and school-age education and care, serving more than 300,000 children in the United States.
In her current role, Saunders leads marketing for the company’s extensive network of community based childcare centers, school partnerships for supplemental education and employer-sponsored care.
Prior to Knowledge Learning Corp., Saunders served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at both Bank of America and Starbucks, as well as a Director for Blue Nile. She began her career at Young and Rubicam and then AT&T Wireless, where she became Vice President. Saunders holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern.

Carla Stratfold comes to OnRequest Images with over 20 years of experience building and growing businesses based on scalable software platforms used by Global 2000 companies. Most recently, Stratfold was an officer and Senior Vice President at RealNetworks where she drove sales, providing leading media companies with the technology platform to broadcast audio and video over the Internet. Prior to RealNetworks, Stratfold was Vice President of Business Development at Backweb and served as Oracle Corporation's Vice President of Product Sales and Marketing for North America and South America. During her ten years at Oracle, Stratfold held various sales and technical management positions. Stratfold holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University.
