Livingstone Johnson is Counsel, Bottler and Retail Sales for the North American operations of The Coca-Cola Company where he provides primary support for the Company’s North American retail relationships including marketing and promotional matters with key partners such as Wal-Mart, Target, SuperValu, Safeway, Kroger and Publix. Mr. Johnson assumed this role effective July 1, 2008. Prior to this assignment, he served for three years as Counsel, International Operations for Coca-Cola where he provided oversight for the negotiation and execution of all of the Company’s Bottler’s Agreements outside of the U.S., and management of the Company’s international bottling system. Prior to that he served for two years as Counsel in the Company’s Retail Licensing Department, primarily responsible for Coca-Cola’s merchandise licensing programs in North America and Asia, and its dual licensing programs with the Walt Disney Company, NASCAR and the Andy Warhol Foundation, among others. Mr. Johnson joined Coca-Cola in January 2003 after five years with Merck & Co., Inc. At Merck, Mr. Johnson provided worldwide intellectual property support to the Merck Research Laboratories and Corporate Licensing Departments for the negotiation of the Company’s various research collaborations and JV Agreements. His practice also extended to broad support of the Company’s business operations in Latin America and Asia, including co-marketing, co-promotion, licensing arrangements and the Company’s compliance with global anti-boycott and trade sanctions regulations (focusing on OFAC regulations, the Arab League boycott of Israel, and the U.S. Patriot Act. Prior to joining Merck, Mr. Johnson spent approximately five years in private law firm practice in Philadelphia with Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley; and Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers. Mr. Johnson has experience in the areas of international business and intellectual property licensing (patents, trademarks and know-how) in both the pharmaceutical and retail merchandise industries, and in markets all over the world. He received an A.B. degree from Princeton University in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993; and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
Michael McMahon

Mr. McMahon is a Founding Member of Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC. He is responsible for managing the firm’s energy investing activities. Mr. McMahon’s energy investing and advising experience spans more than 33 years, including founding RockPort Capital Partners where he was a Co-Founder and Partner since June 1998. Mr. McMahon has 27 years of energy experience and nine years of private equity experience. He was employed at the R.I. Economic Development Corporation since 2003. From July 1997 to June 1998, Mr. McMahon was a Managing Director at Chase Securities Inc. and from October 1994 to July 1997, he was a Managing Director and Head of the Global Energy Investment Banking Practices at Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers. Prior to that, Mr. McMahon was a Partner at Aeneas Group Inc. since January 1993. He also worked at Harvard Management Company, where McMahon was responsible for energy-related private equity investments, and Amgo Funds. He has collaborated with Pine Brook Road Partner’s President and Chief Executive Officer for over 20 years on a number of energy investments. Mr. McMahon also introduced him to the management teams of five companies in which Warburg Pincus subsequently invested Newfield Exploration Company, Spinnaker Exploration Inc., ElectroMagnetic GeoServices AS, Fairfield Energy Ltd. and Kosmos Energy Holdings, LLC. Mr. McMahon was a Founder of Spinnaker Exploration. He has been a Director at Triton Energy Ltd. since 1993, Transocean Inc., and Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. Mr. McMahon has been a Director at Spinnaker Exploration Co. since 1999 and is also the Chairman of Audit Committee. Previously, he was on the Board of Directors of Triton Energy. Mr. McMahon was a Director at Cairn Energy USA Inc. since October 10, 1994, Numar, Marine Drilling, and TPC Corporation (now EnergyUSA-TPC Corporation) since 1993. He was primarily responsible for the endowment fund of Harvard University, its energy, and commodities investments. Mr. McMahon is an Executive Counsel to the Governor of the State of Rhode Island where he was a Member of the Governor’s cabinet with primary responsibility for economic and infrastructure development and Providence Plantations on Economic and Community Development. Mr. McMahon received a B.A. and A.B. in American Civilization from Brown University and was a Member of the Program for Management Development (PMD33) Spring 1977 class from Harvard Business School.

Dana Telsey is the CEO and Chief Research Officer of TAG. Ms. Telsey has followed over 70 companies during her 24-year career and was the only U.S. based analyst to provide complete analysis of the European luxury goods sector. From 1994 to 2006, Ms. Telsey was at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. covering the retail sector, most recently as a Senior Managing Director. Prior to working at Bear Stearns, Ms. Telsey was the Retail Analyst at C.J. Lawrence and Vice President of the Baron Asset Fund at Baron Capital, Inc.
Ms. Telsey is a thirteen-year member of Institutional Investor magazine’s “All-America Research Team” where she was ranked the Number One Specialty Stores analyst for 7 consecutive years through 2005.
She has appeared as a special guest on such programs as Wall Street Week, ABC News, The NBC Evening News and The Today Show and is a regular guest analyst on both CNN and CNBC. Ms. Telsey is a regular contributor to Luxury Briefing, the leading luxury goods industry publication, and WGSN (Worth Global Style Network), an online research, trend analysis and news service for the fashion and style industries.
Ms. Telsey graduated from Hobart-William Smith Colleges with a B.A. degree in History and Spanish and received her M.B.A from Fordham University. She holds the Series 7, 24, 63, 66 86, and 87 Licenses.
