Every brick and mortar retail business is faced with the threat of digital, whether that is the trend of consumers using the Internet for discovery and purchase or, as in GameStop's case, the migration of their products to digital form and delivery. Over the past couple of years as GameStop has begun executing its digital strategy, it has learned why brick and mortar stores continue to have a critical role in its future. In this session, Freeman will share some of those learnings and how its stores are driving digital growth now and will still be a big part of a future where games are increasingly delivered and experienced in digital formats.
