"The Uneven Economic Recovery From the Great Recession"

John will provide perspective on how the economy is recovering from the recent recession.  The presentation will first discuss how the boom and bust in housing markets and finance affected the economy, and then turn to how some of these effects are lifting and what factors are altering the pace of recovery.  As a Fed official, John cannot comment on the future course of interest rates, exchange rates, or financial asset price.
