The value and vulnerability of organizations’ data has been steadily increasing as business becomes more digital. Bad actors on the outside are more sophisticated, while insider threats – intentional or not – are exacerbated by a more transient workforce. Throw in mobility, the use of employee-owned devices and cloud, and it’s never been more challenging to protect this critical asset. In this session, we will explore the latest approaches to data protection and what IT and security leaders are doing today to identify threats, mitigate risks, and recover from inevitable data incidents.

2:10pm - 2:50pm
Keynote Session Featuring Aon: "Leading Transformation"

Organizational and cultural transformations often fail – we’ve heard the saying that “when strategy meets culture, culture always wins”.  There are many reasons why, and to help drive success it requires the leader to deliver on all the “expected” areas of change:  delivering on their 100-day plan, understanding the customer, SWOT analysis, organizational changes, etc.  AND, it requires that the leader think through a number of other areas to drive the “cultural” change that is required.  This conversation will focus on the “other” areas required to drive the “cultural” change.
