Aris Chicles
Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
ITT Corporation
Aris Chicles was appointed VP, Director Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development for ITT Industries in June 2006. In his role Aris is responsible for leading ITT's strategic and portfolio planning, and oversees the activities surrounding corporate development and acquisitions. He reports to Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Office, Steve Loranger.
Aris joins ITT from American Standard, Inc.where he was Vice President, Corporate Business Development, identifying, evaluating and executing corporate acquisitions and divestitures, and overseeing real estate assets for the corporation. Prior to that, he had a 17-year career with Owens Corning in a series of progressively responsible positions, rising to Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy.
Aris holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

Mark Copman

Mark Copman joined 3M Company in 2003 and is currently the Vice President for Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. He previously was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking area of Piper Jaffray, where he worked from 1990 to 2003. Mr. Copman served as an officer in the US Navy from 1981 to 1988. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Political Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Kevin Mayer
EVP, Corporate Strategy, Business Development & Technology

Kevin Mayer was appointed executive vice president of the new Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Technology Group in June 2005. Mayer leads the smaller, tightly-focused group as it targets emerging businesses new to Disney's existing portfolio, manages cross-divisional issues and opportunities, and evaluates new technology and business models. The group is responsible for aiding in the evaluation and execution of potential acquisition transactions as well.
Mayer rejoined Disney from L.E.K. Consulting LLC, where he was a partner and head of the Global Media and Entertainment practice. In that position his responsibilities included global oversight of all media-related due diligence efforts for mergers and acquisitions, development of business strategies for new technology ventures such as portable music devices, online music services, video on demand and broadband ISP services, and the creation of comprehensive anti-piracy strategies for motion picture studios and trade associations. He also devised plans for companies to offer electronic sell-through for movies, cable television networks, television programming and music.
Prior to L.E.K., Mayer held leading positions at interactive and Internet businesses. As chairman and CEO of Clear Channel Interactive he managed all aspects of new media business, including content, sales, business and technology development, and distribution. While at Clear Channel, Mayer successfully launched local subscription ticketing services. He also served as president and CEO of Playboy.com, Inc. where he established the overall strategy and financial plans for the interactive business.
While at Disney, Mayer worked in both strategic planning and at Walt Disney Internet Group. At the Internet group, he served as executive vice president and as such was responsible for the operations, business plans, creative direction and distribution of Disney's popular Web sites, including ESPN.com and ABCNews.com. Mayer first joined Disney in 1993 as manager, Strategic Planning where he spearheaded strategy and business development for all of Disney's interactive/Internet and television businesses worldwide.
Mayer received his M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1990, and holds a M.S.E.E. from San Diego State University and a B.S.M.E. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jason L. Rapp
SVP, Mergers and Acquisitions

Jason L. Rapp is the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for IAC. In this role, he is responsible for identifying, recommending and executing all corporate mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestitures.
Previously, Mr. Rapp worked for seven years at The New York Times Company, as Vice President for Online Development and Associate General Manager of NYTimes.com, and in various roles in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure at The Times Company, Mr. Rapp executed over a dozen corporate development initiatives, including the acquisition of About.com and the investment in New England Sports Ventures, owners of The Boston Red Sox.
Prior to joining The New York Times Company, Mr. Rapp was a vice president at Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, a communications strategy firm in New York, where he specialized in crisis management, investor relations, media affairs and speechwriting for a variety of corporate clients in the media, entertainment and fashion industries. Prior to that, Mr. Rapp was a political aide in the Clinton White House and for the Democratic National Committee.
Mr. Rapp received an M.B.A. degree with distinction from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University. He is a volunteer fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and lives in New York City with his wife, Eva.

David Senior
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

David Senior serves as SVP Strategy and Corporate Development for AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a pharmaceutical distribution and services company with more than $60 billion in annual revenues. Mr. Senior joined the company in 2000 and has served in his current role since that time. During his tenure, through organic growth and acquisition, AmerisourceBergen has grown more than six fold in annualized revenues and has diversified into a range of pharmaceutical services businesses.
He has played an instrumental role in executing a number of acquisitions and divestitures, including the merger of equals of AmeriSource Health and Bergen Brunswig in 2001. More recently, Mr. Senior was a leader of a team which architected the first ever merger-of-equals dual reverse morris trust.
Mr. Senior has a wide range of experience working with businesses that span the healthcare marketplace. Prior to his current position, Mr. Senior served as a strategy consultant in the healthcare industry for eight years, most recently as at The Wilkerson Group, a Health Care Management Consulting Firm acquired by IBM, and prior to that with Ernst & Young's National Health Care Strategy Consulting Practice.
Mr. Senior received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University and his Master's in Public Health degree from Yale University.
