The current recession has affected all executive functions and the corporate counsel’s office has not been spared. A new assortment of challenges has joined the existing set of matters that compete for the in-house counsel’s attention.

It’s against this backdrop that Argyle Executive Forum presents our 2010 Chief Legal Officer Leadership Forum. The event will convene the legal leadership of approximately 100-115 public and private, large and mid cap corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership and select advisors. The forum will address a number of themes including, but not limited to: controlling frivolous lawsuits, rebuilding from a scandal, preventing and responding to corporate misconduct, the intersection between the environment and corporate responsibility and creating a viable legal culture.

Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. This event is by invitation only, and an invitation code is required. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to inquire about attendance, please click here.
