The current economy has brought human capital leadership to the forefront in both the marketplace and the public consciousness. With the unemployment rate at an elevated level, there has become an increased focus on human capital leaders and what is being done to assuage fears.

This comes in addition to other obstacles that human capital leaders face such as finding and retaining quality employees, challenges in managing a global workforce, the dangers of a disaggregated HR model, managing a contingent workforce and driving employee engagement through technology. With these barriers in mind, Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2010 Human Capital Leadership Forum, taking place in San Francisco. The event brings together approximately 100-115 human capital leaders from public and private large cap and mid cap corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership (CEOs, CFOs & COOs) and select advisors.
