The current economic implosion has brought with it a severe slowdown in retail sales and massive changes in consumers’ consumption habits, making the job of a retail and consumer goods and services Chief Marketing Officer that much more difficult. With Chief Marketing Officers already dealing with challenges such as achieving brand distinction in a crowded market space, utilizing social media and an increased reliance on multicultural and targeted marketing, they now face even greater pressure on top of performing in a role with a comparatively shortened tenure.

Given the tumultuous environment and the steady decrease in consumer confidence, Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2010 CMO Spotlight Forum: Retail and Consumer Goods & Services, taking place in New York. The event will bring together the marketing leadership from approximately 100-115 public and private large- and mid-cap retail or consumer product and service corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership, as well as select advisors.

Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. This event is by invitation only, and an invitation code is required. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to inquire about attendance, please click here.
