The current downturned economy has affected all executive functions and the corporate counsel’s office has not been spared. A new assortment of challenges has joined the existing set of matters that compete for the in-house counsel’s attention.
It is against this backdrop that Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2008 Corporate Counsel Leadership Forum, which will take place in Chicago, bringing together the legal leadership of approximately 100-125 public and private large cap and mid cap corporations, as well as complementary areas of executive leadership (CEOs, CFOs & COOs) in addition to select members of the advisory community. The forum will address a number of topics including, but not limited to: creating a viable legal culture, preparing for the demands of a globally sustainable planet, controlling the discovery process and best practices in class action litigations.
Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. This event is by invitation only, and an invitation code is required. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to inquire about attendance, please click here
