Never before has the prevalence of private equity been so recognizable. Current conditions are forcing PE firms to rethink exit strategies while several of their holdings are being taken under the protection of Chapter 11. Meanwhile, the recent announcement of the un-IPO IPO of KKR further reflects challenging market conditions.

It is against this backdrop that Argyle Executive Forum presents its 2008 Leadership in the Private Capital Markets Forum, which will take place in Manhattan, bringing together approximately 135-150 investment professionals from leading private equity firms, CEOs & Board members of public and private large and mid cap corporations, complementary areas of executive leadership, investment officers from the endowment, foundation, and family office community, select advisory firms, and select founders / senior managing partners of investment firms.  The forum will address a number of topics including, but not limited to: trends in mergers and acquisitions, a cost/benefit analysis of sovereign wealth funds, private equity opportunities in emerging markets and post-merger integration challenges.

Please note that the limited seating for members of the advisory community is offered first to those that are supporting the event as sponsors. This event is by invitation only, and an invitation code is required. If you did not receive an invitation but would like to inquire about attendance, please click here
