WHAT WE DO

Argyle's core product is invitation-only events that typically convene 20-150 business executives and sponsors for networking, collaboration, and idea sharing. Producing an Argyle event requires immense planning and collaboration among several departments and functions, and each play an important role in creating a seamless and unforgettable experience for attendees. Key functions with career opportunities:

Our sales team works with current and prospective clients to determine how our products and services can increase and accelerate their success.

Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) are responsible for researching the market and identifying companies of all shapes and sizes that would benefit from working with Argyle. They initiate contact with those companies and introduce them to all that Argyle has to offer.

The customer success team serves as the "hub" for the client experience. Customer Success Managers guide and support clients to ensure results are not only achieved but exceeded.

Through multiple channels, our marketing team drives awareness and interest in our products and services within our target markets.

Meeting Managers are responsible for all pre-event and event day operations. They work with vendors, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure our events unfold flawlessly.

The Content & Programming team is responsible for driving content development for a portfolio of Argyle's annual events. Acting as project manager for each event, this role requires individuals to recruit, support and nurture speakers and to ensure a successful event experience for sponsors, speakers and attendees.

The membership team researches and identifies business executives who qualify to attend our invitation-only events. Membership drives engagement marketing activity, and is responsible for achieving event registration and attendance targets.

Support teams including technology operations, finance and human resources ensure all of Argyle's backend operations are working as needed.

Argyle's B2B marketing services help clients to simplify and speed up their sales cycles. Our clients' products and services are targeted toward a specific audience. They need to find those select buyers and make sure that they know about the company, recommend it, and buy the clients' product or service. This is what we help our clients to do.

Most of our departments play a specific role in producing a successful event for our clients and members. Review our department descriptions in the About Argyle section for more information.

Each of our positions has their own unique set of qualifications which can be found in the specific job posting.

Yes, we offer student internships of 10 weeks that typically run from June to August. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside our amazing talent in the industry and get some fantastic, hands-on experience. We begin accepting applications for summer internships in January.

Argyle uses a digital, on-demand interview program that allows candidates to complete an interview using a webcam-enabled computer, tablet or smartphone. Candidates who meet the basic qualifications of a posted position will receive an email invitation to complete a short online video prescreen with the possibility of advancing to a second video interview. Some of our positions require candidates to complete a short research assignment or technical assessment. Final candidates for a position will be invited to our office for an interview before a job offer decision is made.
