Why You Should Attend!

Health Benefits feel like a black box investment. Business leaders are unable to measure their health benefits strategy’s overall performance, and as a result, benefits is relegated to cost-center status without the same management standards required of finance, sales, or even the rest of HR. Why? Because health benefits are run on old, siloed systems that lag significantly behind the modern tools that power businesses today.

From the administration of the health plan to the employee experience of navigating and paying for care––benefits leaders are stuck trying to connect a historically disconnected system. The result? A confusing and expensive benefits program that often leads to frustrated employees and out of control costs.

What if things didn’t have to be this way? What if employers and their people could actually connect all of the pieces and change every part of their health benefits experience?

Argyle Executive Forum, in partnership with Collective Health, is bringing together leading HR executives from a variety of industry verticals to discuss these topics and more at our 2017 Human Capital Lunch: Running Health Benefits Differently. This interactive lunch will also explore:

• Creating a dramatically better HR Benefits experience
