Chris Casazza joined Take-Two in 2007 as the company’s lead employment attorney. In 2009, Casazza also assumed responsibility for the global HR function. In his current role, Casazza is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of HR strategies and solutions to support the global objectives of Take-Two and its subsidiaries, as well as aligning legal department resources to support those objectives.
Casazza holds a B.A. from Washington & Lee University and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

DeRetta Cole is Vice President of Human Resources for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.) She leads wide-ranging human resources strategy for the company’s Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) division, which includes Audience Multiplatform Technologies, Network Operations, Turner Studios, Technology Development and CNN Systems, Technology and Engineering. In this capacity, she is responsible for partnering with the key executives in Technology to create and implement key business initiatives as well as planning and recommending human resources strategies to build individual and organizational capability. She manages a team of HR professionals and together they support 3000 employees. DeRetta is based in Atlanta and reports to Angela Santone, Senior Vice President, Corporate HR.
DeRetta has held various roles in the HR organization at Turner since joining in 2008. She spent two years with Corporate HR where she partnered with Finance and Accounting, Properties and Security and Legal. She then transferred to Technology Support Operations, in 2010 where she assumed responsibility for CNN Best, Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Performance Operations, Strategic Audience Solutions and Digital Media Technology. Before joining Turner, she was the Diversity Director for Ernst & Young. She held previous HR roles in the following organizations; ADP, HomeGrocer.com and YUM Brand.
DeRetta received her undergraduate degree from University of Georgia, her Masters in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and her PhD in Adult Education from University of Georgia. She is a certified facilitator for the Benchmark 360 assessment by the Center for Creative Leadership and is a qualified facilitator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and HOGAN Assessment. She currently serves as an advisory board member to the City Gate Dance Theatre Company, Inc. Prior to that, she has served on the Board of Director’s of Atlanta Ballet (2006 – 2008), Clark Atlanta University School of Business: Dean’s Advisory Board (2005 – 2007), Academy of Human Resource Development, Diversity, Co-Chair (2006 – 2007), The Destiny Fund (2006). She is also a member of Cable Telecommunications HR Association (CTHRA), the International Leadership Academy and the Academy of Management.

Bertrand Dussert serves as HR transformation and technology advisor to Oracle’s executive clients, primarly at large global companies with complex HR service delivery needs. When not working directly with clients, Bertrand serves as HR thought leadership speaker and Oracle representative for targeted events, and partners with product strategy to help inform product design.
In his most recent role prior to joining Oracle, Bertrand served in a dual capacity as the global leader for both HR Shared Services and Recruitment Operations at American Express. Bertrand was responsible for a number of key work streams in the American Express Global Recruitment Transformation, and most recently served as a full member of the Transform HR Project Executive Council.
During his tenure there, Bertrand was awarded the American Express Chairman’s Award for Innovation for 2012. This award went to 0.1% of employees globally, and focused on projects with large positive impact for the business.
Prior to American Express, Bertrand was Executive Director in UBS Investment Bank’s HR function, led a 125 person strong Global Field Operations team in the HR software industry, and served as a partner in an HR consulting firm that is now part of Korn/Ferry International.
Bertrand holds an MA and BA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
When not at work or enjoying time with his family, Bertrand is an avid cyclist, Ironman Triathlete, and all around endurance sports fan.

Lou Franzese began his career with The Hertz Corporation thirteen years ago as Senior Staff Counsel. In January 2005, Lou was made Staff Vice President, Labor Relations & Employment Practices and in April 2007, he was promoted to Vice President, Labor Relations & HR Practices. At Hertz, Lou is responsible for the Human Resources function in the Americas. He is also the Chief Legal Officer for labor and employment matters, the Chief Labor Spokesperson for the Company and oversees North American Recruiting and Global Security. He has lectured on various employment related issues and served as the Corporate Counsel Coordinator on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Prior to joining Hertz, Lou spent eight years in private practice representing management in both employment and traditional labor matters. He served as Chief Labor Spokesperson in numerous collective bargaining sessions and as lead counsel in various employment and labor law matters.
Lou has a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Larry McClure joined The Children's Place as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources in March of 2010. Prior to joining The Children’s Place, Larry served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Liz Claiborne where he helped establish a global human resources presence within a diverse set of brands. Prior to that, he held senior human resources leadership roles with The Dexter Corporation, Aetna, and United Technologies.

He has over 25 years of financial services experience including 401(k), deferred compensation and equity compensation. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Ray spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and its precedent firms, where he served in various capacities, including Client Manager, Regional Sales Director and, for his last five years, Financial Consultant. Nick Perugini is Chief Information Officer for Global Human Resource (HR) Systems at General Electric Company. In this role, he leads a distributed team responsible for delivering enterprise applications and HR technology solutions to support GE’s 300,000-person global workforce.

Debbie Pollock-Berry is senior vice president of human resources for XO Communications. In this position, she oversees corporate communications, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement human resources management systems, training and leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition and total rewards. Mixing her own real-world perspective with the experience of other leading practitioners, she explains HR as the creator of capacity for companies continuously challenged on resources. As Group Officer and SVP of HR at Fast Retailing USA, Melissa and her team are charged with supporting the growth of Fast Retailing brands (Uniqlo, Theory, Helmut Lang, JBrand Jeans, Comptoir de Contoinners, Princess tam-tam, gu, PLST) within the United States and globally. They are implementing an employee/customer focused system through innovation in talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, comp/benefits and succession planning. As Fast Retailing expands into the US market from Japan, Melissa and her team will work to develop leaders that will support growth of retail and wholesale businesses of $1.4B to potentially $10B in the future.
Prior to Fast Retailing USA, Melissa served as Senior Vice President of Talent at Under Armour, Inc. and was responsible for fostering a global human resources department that supported growth of the UA Brand of $400M to $1.2B in five years.

Fast Retailing Inc. (Uniqlo, Theory, JBrand, Comptoir de Cotonniers, g.u., and Princess Tam Tam) entered the US market as the #1 retailer in Asia, with the goal of being the #1 retailer in the world. This led to many exciting new challenges – the biggest one being that Uniqlo, the largest of the Fast Retailing brands, was little known in the US. The challenge became how to recruit top talent when not many people know your brand.
