Why You Should Attend!

In today’s technology-driven business environment, there is a mandate for a new breed of CIO who can help organizations develop a clear vision, successfully guide the organization through transformation, and institutionalize change through technology quickly. This new breed of leader goes beyond operations and maintaining existing systems, bringing fundamental change to the organization’s business approach.

Successful transformation starts with a targeted strategy. Many transformation initiatives fail because there is little guidance and few best practices available on how to successfully manage an IT-enabled business transformation. Argyle Executive Forum, in partnership with Nutanix, will bring together leading executives to discuss the right strategy to meet the promise of business transformation through a holistic approach that includes four key success factors: vision, technology, transformation, and optimization.

Session topics include, but are not limited to:

    • The role of the CIO has shifted. With the rise of new digital technologies the CIO is now chartered with driving innovation, delivering superior customer experiences, and setting the business strategy. How have you embraced this change?
    • What digital technologies have you embraced and instilled use in your organization (e.g. Mobility, IoT, Social Media, Big Data Analytics, Cloud)?
    • Business Transformation is the new buzz: How does the CEO and others in the C-Suite anticipate this coming from the CIO? And how are your driving that in your business?
    • Shifting the CIO’s reporting lines directly to the CEO rather than through the CFO, COO or other functions. Is this your situation? If so, how is that working? If not, how are you introducing new digital technologies to the C-suite?
