Karim is Associate General Counsel at Insight Enterprises, Inc., a publicly traded global technology solution provider. His areas of responsibility include international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and marketing. Karim also advises the business on the review and implementation of business transformation strategies. Prior to joining Insight, he gained international private-practice experience with leading law firms in the U.S., Canada and Asia, with a practice focusing on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and intellectual property matters. In his spare time, Karim oversees the entertainment, growth and development of his ten year old son. He also sits on the advisory board of SeedSpot, a national non-profit social impact incubator recognized for educating, accelerating and investing in entrepreneurs who are creating sustainable solutions to social problems.

Sarah Bradley serves as General Counsel for Gruppo Campari’s North America Business Unit, and is responsible for overseeing legal matters and public affairs for Campari affiliates in North America. Campari has offices and production facilities in Canada, Jamaica, Mexico, and the United States.
Ms. Bradley joined the company in 2007 as the first attorney for Campari America (formerly known as Skyy Spirits). Prior to joining Gruppo Campari, Bradley was a co-founder of the web development company Laszlo Systems, Inc., where she assisted in raising multiple rounds of venture funding in addition to managing the finance, legal, and human resources functions. Before that, she worked for Covad Communications, a broadband services company, covering regulatory affairs, antitrust litigation, and employment matters. Ms. Bradley began her career as a litigation associate at the New York law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Ms. Bradley graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and received her law degree from Yale Law School.

Scott D. Chaplin is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Vista Outdoor Inc. Vista Outdoor is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer in the growing outdoor sports and recreation markets. The company operates in two segments, Outdoor Products and Shooting Sports, and has more than 45 well-recognized brands that provide consumers with a range of performance-driven, high-quality and innovative products.
Prior to his role at Vista Outdoor, Scott served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2012-2015 for ATK, an aerospace, defense, and outdoor sports and recreation company. In this role, he had overall responsibility for the corporate legal function, including government contract oversight, regulatory compliance, ATK’s global sales team support, and oversight for product and intellectual property management.
Scott has expertise in developing, leading and advising on compliance and governance, acquisitions and investments, ethics, contracts, and pricing and procurements for defense and aerospace companies such as Stanley, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He worked for BAE Systems Information Technology, as Vice President and General Counsel. Scott also worked as an adjunct professor of law at American University, Washington College of Law and as an associate attorney for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Reed Smith LLP, both in Washington, D.C.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law. He is a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and California bar associations and an arbitrator for the D.C. Bar Arbitration Board.

As General Counsel for StubHub, Tod Cohen is responsible for all legal and government relations functions. He provides expert and strategic advice to StubHub management and balances internal business goals with relevant legal considerations on the national and global scale.
Prior to his current role, Tod was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Global Government Relations, Asset Protection, Regulatory and Competition Law for eBay. At eBay, Tod managed global public policy, regulatory legal work, law enforcement affairs, and global investigations teams. Before joining eBay, Tod served as Vice President and Counsel of New Media for the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), as well as European Vice President and Legal Counsel for the Business Software Alliance in London. Tod received his J.D. with Highest Honors from the George Washington University Law School, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.

Steve Jackman is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel – Commercial Transactions at Flex, Ltd. (NASDAQ: FLEX). Flextronics is a $25B, industry-leading, Fortune Global 500 sketch-to-scale company with a global workforce of 200,000 and operations in over 30 countries. In his role, Steve counsels the organization in several areas of law, including contracts, compliance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and human resources, and manages other attorneys and outside counsel.
Previously, Steve was the Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Sanmina Corporation and the Assistant General Counsel at Benchmark Electronics.
Steve also served as an associate in the Atlanta offices of Kilpatrick Stockton, Booth, Wade & Campbell, and Holland & Knight, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Stafford, Jr., chief judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, cum laude, and is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Steve is married with two children, ages 18 and 15. He likes traveling, hiking and biking.

Linsey Krolik, Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, heads the PayPal Core Product Legal team at PayPal. She has been at PayPal for five years and has enjoyed seeing the company and legal team grow and change. Co-sponsoring the Legal Fellowship Program at PayPal, Linsey gives attorneys from France, India, Argentina, Russia, Brazil and China who have come to the U.S. to study law an in-house work experience. Prior to her current role, Linsey led the PayPal separation from eBay on the legal front, leading a team to put in place over 100 transitional, commercial and operating agreements between the two newly separated companies in just 9 months and saving the companies millions of dollars.
Linsey has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, running her own solo law practice providing outsourced general counsel services to small, medium and large companies for nine years prior to joining PayPal. She earned a JD/MBA from Santa Clara University in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Linsey spends her free time going to soccer and basketball games for her three tweens/teens, a set of 13-year-old twins and an 11-year-old. She is a big outdoors person, hiking, camping, running, practicing yoga and just enjoying the mountains and fresh air.

David Le is Managing Counsel, Corporate & Commercial at Lyft, the pioneering peer-to-peer ridesharing startup. At Lyft, David oversees all corporate legal matters, including fundraising rounds, corporate governance, M&A, investor relations and equity & corporate structuring, while also spearheading a number of strategic transactions and commercial partnerships. In his career at Lyft, David has led three rounds of funding, raising over $2.7 billion in new capital from investors including KKR, Icahn Enterprises, AllianceBernstein, Alibaba, Rakuten, Prince Alwaleed of Saudi Arabia, Janus, Fortress, Baillie Gifford and a $500 million investment from General Motors, while also launching strategic partnerships with Hertz, Jaguar Land Rover and Alphabet’s Waymo. Lyft’s legal department was recently recognized as The Recorder’s 2017 Legal In-House Departments of the Year (Emerging Company).
Before joining Lyft, David led mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions worldwide for Electronic Arts, the leading videogame producer, including its $1.3 billion acquisition of PopCap Games along with various international acquisitions and commercial transactions. Prior to EA, David started his career at Pillsbury Winthrop, focused on guiding emerging growth companies through formation, venture fundraising, mergers & acquisitions and initial public offerings.

Austin O’Flynn is senior in-house legal counsel at the San Francisco headquarters of Dignity Health, a healthcare system consisting of numerous clinics and 39 hospitals and approximately 65,000 caregivers and staff delivering excellent care to diverse communities across 22 states. Mr. O’Flynn, who has evolved his legal practice in anticipation of his clients’ needs over the last 19 years, advises and actively collaborates with the Dignity Health national group of hospitals, clinics and joint ventures, in the areas of Technology Licensing, Data Licensing, IT Outsourcing, Privacy, Data Security, eDiscovery, IoT, and eCommerce, Patient Safety Work Product Privilege, and eHealthcare Law.
Mr. O’Flynn received his Juris Doctorate in 1997 from the University of San Francisco School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year. He was born and raised in Ireland. Prior to arriving in San Francisco, Mr. O’Flynn worked as a computer engineer in Europe and Asia. He has a National Diploma in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a B.B.A in International Management from Pace University, New York. He is a regular speaker at national events and conferences in the areas of law in which he practices.

Alexander Rakosi is a partner in the Vienna, Austria, office of CMS Law.Tax and a member of the corporate transactions team. He advises leading corporations, financial institutions and investment funds in the fields of M&A, private equity and restructuring and has particular experience in the financial services industry, in retail and in the manufacturing industry.
With Vienna as a main hub for the entire Central Eastern European (CEE) and South Eastern European (SEE) region, his transactions typically span across several jurisdictions and prominently feature cross-border elements. Among other things, Alexander is frequently acting for US clients in their activities across Europe. Additionally, Alexander represents leading insurance companies such as AIG in the underwriting of warranty and indemnity insurance policies in the context of M&A transactions.
After studying law at the University of Vienna Law School and at the University of Michigan Law School where he obtained his master of laws (LL.M.) degree, Alexander practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York for several years in the areas of M&A, private equity and corporate finance prior to joining CMS in 2009.
He has been ranked among the leading M&A practitioners by Chambers, featured in the listing of Legal 500 in the field of Corporate and M&A for having a "great understanding of business matters" and has been named a “Rising Star” by the IFLR.

Eve Saltman is the General Counsel at Asana, Inc., a fast-growing B2B cloud company in the collaboration and work-tracking space. Prior to Asana, Eve was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at GoPro, Inc., where she and her team supported a broad range of areas including corporate securities and corporate governance matters, as well as intellectual property, human resources, disputes, product development, and contract manufacturing/new product introduction. In 2015, Eve was awarded The Recorder In-house Impact Award for her legal product counseling leadership at GoPro, and was nominated in 2016 by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as a public company “Rising Star.” Eve previously held in-house positions at Autodesk, Siebel Systems, LiveOps, OnLive, and started her career at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. William R. Sawyers has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Del Monte Foods since March 2014. He previously served in a similar role with Del Monte from 1993 through 2001.
Prior to his return to Del Monte he was a Partner of the Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe law firm in San Francisco and served as Chief Administrative Officer at the Gallo Clinic and Research Center, a neuroscience research institute in Emeryville, California.
Bill is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and has served on several on American Bar Association committees, including the Committee on Negotiated Acquisitions and the Corporate Governance Committee. He was also a member of the Corporations Committee of the State Bar of California. While at Orrick he served on that firm’s Sarbanes-Oxley Attorney Conduct Rules Committee, a resource for securities disclosure and SEC Attorney Conduct compliance.
He has served on the Board of the Embarcadero YMCA in San Francisco, as a member of the Bay Area General Counsel Group and as Chair of the United Way of the Bay Area Law Firm Campaign. He is active in fundraising for the UC Berkeley Law School Alumni Association.

Bill is board president for Planet Bee Foundation an environmental education nonprofit educating youth nationwide. Mr. James D. Vaughn, a Managing Director of iDiscovery Solutions (iDS), is a court-recognized expert who has given testimony in nearly 70 cases involving topics such as evidence preservation, documentation of events, and computer forensic methodologies and procedures. In addition to being an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Mr. Vaughn is certified by the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) as a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE).
Mr. Vaughn has trained hundreds of law enforcement officers, attorneys, and other examiners on computer forensics and high-technology related issues involving best practices and methodologies. He has 16 years’ law enforcement experience, has co-developed computer forensic courses for the California Department of Justice, and has been involved in high profile cases throughout his career.
Mr. Vaughn has extensive experience working on litigation and consulting matters in digital forensics, e-Discovery, and other high technology issues. His experience covers both the Windows and MAC OS platforms. He serves his clients through the litigation or consulting lifecycle by assisting them with important issues like data scoping, preserving, gathering, processing, hosting, review and production, as well as deeper diving issues uncovered through the use of digital forensics.
Mr. Vaughn’s matters have widely varied and span across diverse areas such as misappropriation of trade secrets, intellectual property issues, contract disputes, fraud investigations, alleged hacking, and employment disputes, among others. He has served clients on the plaintiff side, the defendant side, and has served as a third-party neutral on several occasions.
