Why You Should Attend!

Are you hiring the best talent "fit" for your organization today? Your future talent has significantly more options to choose from in considering how they work. In fact, research shows that many talented people now decide where to work based on how closely a company's values align with their own. Argyle, in partnership with Oracle, is bringing together senior human capital leaders for our "2017 Human Capital Virtual Event: The Talent Alignment Lifecycle," in which we’ll explore how best to set the stage to find, engage and retain talent that fits your organization. Spoiler alert, we will not simply focus on differences between Baby Boomers, Gen-X, Millennials, etc. – our goal is to examine trends, survey data and current initiatives being undertaken by top organizations to see what drives results. Join our esteemed group of speakers as we review and discuss the importance of alignment.
