Ailene earned her MPH from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and BS in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Cara Capretta, Vice President – HCM Transformation Practice for Oracle, has nearly twenty-five years of internal and external experience in Human Resources. She is a recognized speaker and thought leader in the field of talent management. She is regularly featured at Argyle, Evanta, Conference Board and HR Tech Conference, as well as Oracle’s HCM World and Open World. Cara leads a team of former HR executives who are evangelists for HR transformation and share HR best practices with Oracle clients in North America.
Cara is the former President and COO of Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry Company. Lominger is a global provider of competency-based leadership development tools. During her tenure at Lominger, she co-authored several books and product lines including FYI™ for Teams, FYI™ for Talent and The Interview Architect®.
Lominger was sold in 2006, at which time Cara became the VP of Strategy and Intellectual Property for Korn/Ferry International, the largest executive search firm in the world.
Prior to working in the consulting and the commercial product arena, Cara was a Human Resources executive at Nationwide Insurance for 13 years, where she was responsible for enterprise-wide assessment, leadership development, talent review and succession planning efforts for more than 25,000 employees. She also has experience as a Human Resources generalist.

Harry Feuerstein is an accomplished corporate executive, professional sports team owner and operator, and former U.S. Army officer. Currently, Feuerstein is the President and head of services for Merryck & Co Americas. He is also a member of the firm’s board of directors. His current work includes mentoring Fortune 250 executives in the technology, financial, and manufacturing/distribution industries. He also co-leads the team practice where he works with many senior teams and cohorts in multiple industries.
In addition to his work at Merryck & Co, Feuerstein continues to advise companies in the venture capital, renewable energy, technology and sports industries. Feuerstein spent 11 years with Siemens where he was a CEO and CFO with four different operating groups and sat on several internal Boards. Prior to Siemens, Feuerstein was the CEO and board member of a subsidiary of Canadian-based TrizecHahn, and was a partner at National Capital Companies, a Washington, DC-based merchant banking group.
Feuerstein has also been an owner and CEO of two minor league professional sports franchises in hockey and arena football, and served as the Vice Chairman for two different professional leagues’ Board of Governors.

Additionally, Mindy has worked for major national and international companies throughout her career, such as Amazon.com, Philips Medical Systems, Ingersoll-Rand, and Pillsbury. Kris Hamner is a versatile and strategic HR leader with proven global experience enabling business and employee success, leading company transformation, and innovating in HR.
Kris is the Head of HR at Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT); an industry leader in consumer, enterprise, and commercial interconnect technologies with $3 billion in revenue that had its IPO in July 2017.
Prior to FIT, Kris held various roles as a global HR executive at HP, including a significant role in separating Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and leading HR for its Enterprise Storage business. Additionally, he has held HR leadership positions at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies (now Western Digital), Avago Technologies (now Broadcom), as well as other non-tech companies.

Ann Marie Johnston is the Digital Learning Transformation Leader (CLO) for GE Digital. She is the Executive learning business partner responsible for the development, planning and execution of multi-year technical and leadership learning strategies for the ~30K Digital employees across the nine GE businesses, Digital Technology Hubs, Customer Foundries, and Corporate entities. Ann and her team contribute to GE’s cultural transformation to become a digital-industrial company through the design, curation, and delivery of experimental immersive, classroom, and collaborative learning experiences hosted globally across multiple technology platforms and delivery modalities.
Prior to her role at GE Digital, Ann was the Global Business Learning Leader at GE Aviation responsible for the leadership learning and organizational development strategies for the $24B/year Aviation business—including over 90 global Supply Chain sites and 45K people—ensuring that development goals were aligned with global business needs. Ann partnered with business, functional, and HR leaders on the implementation of key cultural enablement initiatives, organizational change and transformation efforts, as well as Senior Executive development processes for the business.
Ann joined GE six years ago from Optimal Development Partners where she was the Founder and President of that organization development firm. Ann provided impactful learning approaches that leveraged over 15 years of subject-matter expertise in leadership, organization change and transformation, group and team dynamics, and organization development. Her client consultation experiences included work across a range of industries including aerospace, information technology, finance, legal and professional services, consumer product, automotive, and healthcare.
Ann holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University and two Masters degrees—one in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and the other in Religious Leadership from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities. She achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and earned her executive coaching credential from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is the co-author of several books on the topic of mentoring. Now a widely recognized Human Resource thought leader, Amy Leschke-Kahle began her career as a chemical engineer. While her science background and people-focused work may seem like polar opposites, both focus on her strength: solving really hard problems that you can’t see.
As Vice President of Performance Acceleration at the Marcus Buckingham Company, Amy collaborates with clients to transform performance and leadership development across the globe. Amy uses her first- hand experience to customize her approach to the unique culture of each company. She then utilizes proven techniques for measuring engagement and performance and works with clients to design integrated, ,sustainable solutions.
Before coming to TMBC, Amy led learning and development, HR technology and HR analytics for several Fortune 500 companies. She most recently served as Vice President of HR Services Solution Center
for Kohl’s Department Stores. While at Kohl’s, she led several of HR technology initiatives, including optimizing the workforce technology systems and processes and building a best-in-class learning management system. Carl Luckenbill has worked in the learning & development field for over twenty three years. He started his career in the United States Navy where he developed his passion for facilitating others learning. He then spent several years at Hewlett Packard and at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and is now the Chief Learning Officer for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). He has an undergraduate degree in Workforce Development from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a Master’s degree in Adult Learning from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University.
Carl’s personal mission statement is “to facilitate human development to its fullest potential.” He uses this simple statement to guide him in his work and the career choices he makes.

Jo is the Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor for Human Resources at UC Berkeley. She brings over two decades of experience with many aspects of the Human Resource Officer portfolio ranging from compensation and performance management where Jo began her career, to strategic planning and operations in more recent positions.
Prior to her central campus role, Jo served at the Haas School of Business as the school’s Chief Strategy & Operating Officer and Senior Assistant Dean, and previously as Executive Director of its Center for Responsible Business. In addition to teaching in three Haas degree programs, Jo executed on key Haas initiatives including creating a Center for Teaching Excellence and developing Haas’ Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategy.
Before joining UC Berkeley, Jo was the Corporate Responsibility Integration Leader at Ernst & Young, where she worked to embed social and environmental responsibility into core firm activities.

Ling leads sales to large employers on the West Coast. In this role, Ling is responsible for working with senior leaders to diagnose and provide innovative and efficient healthcare solutions. Ling is also accountable for developing and expanding Optum’s relationships with brokers and consultants in her region.
Ling was most recently the SVP of Strategic Solutions for American Well, a leading telehealth company which provides telehealth IT infrastructure and clinical services for the nation’s most prominent hospitals, health plans and large employers.
