Larry Biagini recently retired as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of GE. While at GE, Larry’s focus was on contemporizing infrastructure, employee services and deploying cloud technology enabling secure usage of those services by GE’s employees, customers and partners. At Zscaler, Larry will focus on helping customers and partners better plan and execute their inevitable move towards expanding their use of cloud services.
In his 26 years at GE, Larry held various positions in Information Technology including Vice President, IT Risk having responsibility for all aspects of risk, governance and security; Vice President & CIO, GE Capital; Chief Technology Officer, CIO & Services Delivery for GE company and Chief Technology Officer for GE Aviation. During his tenure at GE, Larry was instrumental in driving successful technology integrations of global mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In 2012 Larry was named a GE Company Officer.
Prior to GE, Larry led International Applications for Emery Air Freight and was Director of Financial Applications for Olin Chemical. Larry’s career has spanned 35 years in technology covering manufacturing, logistics and financial systems. Industrial verticals include healthcare, media, aviation and energy. Larry is a recognized global leader in creating environments enabling businesses to take advantage of new technologies in a reliable and secure manner. Larry holds a B.S. in accounting for Fairfield University.

Amine Chigani is the Chief Architect at Current by GE leading the development of an IoT platform and solutions for Intelligent Environments—smart buildings and smart cities. Before his current role, Amine worked for the CTO offices of GE Transportation, GE Aviation, and GE Global Research building Industrial Internet solutions for various GE businesses. He is a founder of the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) and an original contributor to IIC Reference Architecture.
Prior to GE, Amine was a Consulting Software Architect at the CMU Software Engineering Institute supporting FEMA and DHS contracts. He led the development of the integration strategy for the adoption of the Commercial Mobile Alert System (CMAS) by emergency alert originators nationwide—the backbone of AMBER and Weather alerts we received on mobile devices today.
Prior, Amine worked as a faculty at Virginia Tech while leading research in architectures for emergency response, situational awareness, and resilience on open campus environments. He earned a M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and the Software Architecture Professional Certificate from the CMU Software Engineering Institute.
Amine started his career as a developer and continues to be an advocate for relevant STEM education to the job market. He holds a 3-year seat in the ABET Industry Advisory Council.

Keri Dawson leads Global Customer Solutions Delivery for GE Oil and Gas Digital. In this role, she is responsible for driving the digital transformation agenda of our customers through the successful deployment of Predix and APM-powered technology solutions.
Prior to joining GE in early 2017, Keri served as a Strategic Industry Advisor at Workday, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise business applications. She was responsible for leading the global Go-to-Market function for the Professional and Business Services industry verticals. With more than 20 years of professional services and technology experience, Keri also served as Vice President of Industry Solutions and Advisory Services at MetricStream, where she drove strategic sales and client management, launched the organization’s partners and alliances programs, and led the learning and development function.
Prior to MetricStream, Keri was a Director in KPMG LLP’s Advisory Services practice, where she worked with finance, operations and information technology executives at leading global organizations to analyze, design and improve business processes, internal controls, program management, IT application management, IT security and IT operations. She also served as KPMG’s national Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice lead, with responsibility for developing service offerings, strategic and operational practice models, revenue projections, resource requirements, marketing objectives and alliance objectives with Oracle and other key vendors.
Keri holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Edward Hsu is Vice President of Product Marketing at Mesosphere, where he plays a key role in shaping the strategic product roadmap and is responsible for product pricing,licensing, and overall go-to-market. Edward led engineering at Oracle’s CRM division where he invented and led implementation of patented technologies. At McKinsey, Edward was an Engagement Manager serving senior executives at Fortune 500 companies to dramatically improve the performance of technology and service operations organizations.
Most recently Edward was Sr. Director of Product Marketing at VMware, where he was responsible for pricing and packaging for the majority of VMware products by sales. Edward led the first launch of groundbreaking products including storage virtualization (VSA), private cloud software (vCloud Suite), and hyperconverged integrated systems (Cloud Foundation). Edward has Masters and Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Ratnakar Lavu, Kohl’s chief technology officer, is responsible for overseeing Kohl’s technology team. Lavu leads the transformation of Kohl's omnichannel customer experience, creating a best-in-class experience in retail across mobile, social, kiosk, web and in-store point of sale. He helped expand Kohl’s presence in Silicon Valley, with the opening of Kohl’s Digital Center in Milpitas. Lavu previously served as executive vice president, digital technology.

Paul is the Chief Technology Officer in Hitachi for the Americas responsible for the leading technology trend mastery and evangelism, client executive advocacy, and external delivery of the Hitachi vision and strategy especially related to Digital Transformation and Social Innovation. Additionally, Paul contributes to field enablement of Data Intelligence and Analytics, interprets and translates complex technology trends including Cloud, Mobility, Governance, and Information Management; and represents Americas in the Global Technology Office, the Hitachi LTD R&D division. In his role of trusted advisor to the CIO community, Paul’s explicit goal is to ensure clients’ problems are solved and opportunities realized.
Prior to joining Hitachi, and for the past 20 years as a client, Paul has focused on technology R&D and innovation, IT/business strategic plans and governance, security and risk management, software and infrastructure architecture as the CTO and Senior Executive Technologist of several financial services organizations from start-ups to large business services providers. Paul is a frequent speaker at technology and industry events as well as a reoccurring lecturer at various higher educational institutions on topics ranging from IT leadership to Business Analytics/Internet of Things. Nat Natarajan has served as Executive Vice President of Product and Technology at Ancestry, the global leader in family history and consumer genomics, since February 2017. Prior to Ancestry, Nat held executive positions in technology and product development at Intuit and PayPal. He was also one of the early members on the team that founded Travelocity.com, totaling more than 20 years of experience building highly innovative products and successful teams. At PayPal, Nat managed and led significant growth during his tenure. He was a key executive in PayPal’s merchant services business that was about 60 percent of PayPal’s revenues in 2014. He led global engineering, operations and platforms teams at PayPal. As Chief Technology Officer and senior vice president of product management and engineering for Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group, Natarajan helped to shape their product and technology roadmap, accelerate the pace of innovation and build a world-class product leadership team. He speaks regularly at technology forums and has served on multiple panels related to product innovation, agile technologies and leading transformations. Natarajan has a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University in India.
