As VP of Enterprise Strategy, Russ is responsible for working with enterprise customers, partners and field personnel to ensure that NETSCOUT’s products and solutions are meeting the needs of our customers and the market. Russ has over 15 years working at NETSCOUT where he has held many technical and marketing roles. Prior to joining NETSCOUT, Russ had worked in IT managing networks for Fidelity Investments and Digital Equipment Corporation where he installed some of the first production Ethernet networks.

Joe has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and has a demonstrated expertise in building B2B / B2C software. He has a solid track record in building and managing engineering teams and he has successfully delivered on a number of large engineering projects.
Joe is currently the CTO, CISO of Gradifi, Inc. Gradifi is the leading platform for enabling companies to contribute directly to their employees’ student debt—Gradifi was acquired by First Republic Bank (FRC) in December of 2016. Prior to Gradifi, Joe was a technical manager at Cimpress (CMPR) where he led a complete rebuild of Vistaprint’s product customization editor. Prior to Cimpress, Joe was the CTO of Karmaloop—an online fashion retailer located in New York and Boston. Joe received an M.S. in Software Engineering from Brandeis University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. In addition to his software experience Joe has lived and worked in Italy as an economics teacher. He currently lives in Someville, MA with his lovely wife, his incorrigible five year old daughter, and an emotionally withholding three legged German Shepherd named Sochi.

Arthur W. Harvey III, MS, CPHIMS has 30 years of experience in the healthcare informatics field with a particular focus on building high performing HIT teams at provider organizations. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Boston Medical Center and as Program Chair for the Health and Medical Informatics Graduate Program at Brandeis University. Arthur holds a BA from Boston College in Economics and Computer Science as well as an MS in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems and serves as chair of the HIMSS Professional Development Committee.

Rick Kamal has a track record of successful delivery of large, complex, and innovative programs across the education, financial, and high-tech industries. Currently, Rick serves as Chief Technology Officer for Harvard Business School’s online education initiative, HBX. The initiative has successfully developed an innovative course platform that delivers impactful online courses from the faculty of Harvard Business to thousands of students worldwide. In addition, the initiative has developed a breakthrough virtual classroom, HBX Live, which reproduces the intimacy and synchronous interaction of Harvard Business School’s famed case study method in a digital environment.
Prior to joining Harvard Business School Rick founded EduNova, an education product development company that has partnered with the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Education, UNESCO and the World Bank, to develop blended curriculum for K-20. EduNova’s products and curriculum have been adopted as standards for national education systems around the globe. While at EduNova, Rick authored and co-authored seven award-winning, best selling books.
Rick formerly served as a senior executive at Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for the technology development of the nation’s largest private retirement and benefits outsourcing system, NetBenefits.
He has also served in senior technology positions and consulted for numerous companies and institutions including EMC, Dell, Dun and Bradstreet, and Harvard Medical School.
Rick attended Boston University, Sloan School of Management and Stanford University.

Stan Kreydin serves as Senior Vice President & Global Chief Technology Officer for Wyndham Worldwide. As one of the world's largest hospitality companies, Wyndham’s portfolio provides more travel choices than anyone else -ranging from a family resort in Orlando to an upscale hotel in Shanghai or a private villa in Tuscany.
In his role, Mr. Kreydin is responsible for a wide range of strategic technology and infrastructure shared services pillars. In addition, he drives technology evangelism, thought leadership and IT services, which span the global enterprise. Mr. Kreydin is also responsible for the Company’s corporate data center operations and related processes, cloud design and execution, as well as voice and data services.
Mr. Kreydin has been with Wyndham Worldwide and its various business units for more than 16 years, where he has held a number of regional and global IT-related staff and management positions. Coupled with these assignments, he worked on various facets of the acquisition integration and eventual divestiture from Cendant Corporation in 2006, which created Wyndham Worldwide.
Prior to joining Wyndham, he held various roles focusing on infrastructure design, deployment and support.
Kreydin holds a B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Rutgers University and is a former enlisted member of the United States Marine Corps. He is an active supporter of the Wounded Warrior Foundation as well as a member of the NJ Chapter Society for Information Management.

Victoria Livschitz founded Grid Dynamics in 2006 in order to bring big, new ideas — open source, clouds, and big data — to large enterprises. Under her leadership, Grid Dynamics became a successful, fast-growing engineering IT services company known for transformative, mission-critical cloud solutions for retail, finance and technology sectors. In 2015, Victoria transitioned to the role of Chief Technology Officer while remaining a Chairman of the Board.
Prior to founding Grid Dynamics, Victoria spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems in a variety of technical leadership positions including Principal Architect of SunGrid, the world's first public cloud; Senior Scientist at Sun Labs; and Chief Architect of Financial and Automotive Services; and Chief Architect of General Motors. Victoria started her career as HPC engineer for Ford Motor Company. Victoria received numerous awards for engineering excellence, including Sun Systems Engineer of the Year and the Ford Chairman’s Award. Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University and attended graduate programs at Purdue University and Stanford University.

Vinit Nijhawan is Managing Director in the University Patent Monetization program at UnitedLex and its subsidiary iRunway.
Prior Vinit was Managing Director, Office of Technology Development at Boston University where he launched 8 venture-backed spinoffs and successfully executed a patent monetization program. Vinit teaches MBA courses on Entrepreneurship at BU Questrom School of Business, over 450 students have taken his courses. Vinit has over 30 years experience building five startups: as CEO of three, five were acquired. Vinit was Venture Partner at Key Venture Partners and his one investment was acquired for $430M. Vinit is an advisor and board member to several technology startups and was a Mass High Tech All-Star in 2005. Vinit has participated in over 240 panel discussions and paper presentations, and was a Board Member of Mass Ventures, an early stage, quasi-public Massachusetts venture capital firm, a co-founder of EdTech Accelerator/Incubator LearnLaunch, President of Massachusetts Association of Technology Transfer Offices. Vinit is also on the non-profit boards of the National Academy of Inventors and VentureCafe. Vinit earned a B.A.Sc in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Srini Purohit is the Head of Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure Services for Fidelity Investment’s Corporate Technology Group. In his current role, Mr. Purohit provides technology leadership, architecture & IT strategy and database engineering services. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries.
Previously with Fidelity, Mr. Purohit was Vice President of Architecture Management with Fidelity’s Institutional Business. In this role, he was instrumental in advancing technology for their brokerage platform and modernizing their customer facing applications.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Purohit worked for Femcon Associates and Stratus Computers, where he built brokerage automation systems and fault tolerant solutions. Before that, he worked at Computer Library Systems (CLSI) building library automation software.
Mr. Purohit received his bachelor of engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Mysore University in India and M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University. He earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Babson College.
