Why You Should Attend!

It’s no surprise managers rate productive employees as their most valuable. But just how much more valuable are top performers? A recent study found that managers rate their most productive employees as two to three times more valuable than the average employee. This small group of high performers also account for well over half the work done by their teams AND report significantly lower stress levels than less productive peers. The adage holds true: productive people work smarter, not harder.

Argyle Executive Forum, in partnership with VitalSmarts, is bringing together leading HR executives from a variety of industry vertical to discuss these topics and more at the 2017 HR Breakfast: Getting Things Done – How to Build a Productive and Valuable Workplace. Join us to hear insights from VitalSmarts’ latest study into the value of stress-free productivity. You’ll learn:

• The five task behaviors practiced by the most productive employees
• How to improve your own productivity and increase personal performance…all while lowering your stress
• Tips managers can implement to create more valuable teams
