Pauline Ashworth is SVP, HR Head, for the Commercial Banking organization within TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. She joined the organization in 2014 as HR Lead for Technology.
Pauline started her Human Resources career more than 15 years ago at CIGNA, where she was Director of Training and Development and then Human Resources Director for the Group Operations organization.
Following her time at CIGNA, she had Human Resources leadership roles with ARAMARK and Campbell Soup Company. At Campbell Soup, she was the global HR leader for R&D, Finance and IT. While she has been a Generalist for nearly 10 years, she has extensive experience in Executive Development and Change Management
Pauline received her Bachelor's Degree from Boston College. She and her husband enjoy traveling, cooking, music, and spending time with their dogs. They have one son and live in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Singleton was previously Executive VP, Diversity Strategy and Talent Development at the 4A’s, where she developed and led strategic initiatives to advance the talent leadership and diversity agenda across the advertising, media and communications industry.
While at the 4A’s, Singleton was called upon by top agency executives to provide leadership, partnership, guidance and support in the design and application of best practices in diversity and talent development that increase organizational capacity and growth. Her accomplishments include the design and development of The Face Of Talent symposium as well as industry’s only national Talent Leadership Conference, Talent@2030 along with the transformation of the industry’s legacy Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and the renowned 4A’s Foundation.
Singleton has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished human resources executive and is recognized for her success driving large scale people and organizational change initiatives across a wide range of industries, having held talent leadership roles at J. Walter Thompson, Crunch Fitness International, and Bloomberg L.P.
Singleton, who has an MS from Fairleigh Dickinson University, has served on several non-profit boards and has received numerous accolades as a change agent and diversity educator for her work from the American Advertising Federation, ADCOLOR and the World Diversity Leadership Summit.

Carmen was previously at NBC Universal where she led the trends and insights practice for the Content Innovation Agency including oversight of The Curve, a trends and insights brand that examines consumer culture. She has also held positions at Essence, L’Oreal USA and Philip Morris USA.

Martha Delehanty is senior vice president of human resources for Verizon Operations. In this position, she leads a team of HR professionals responsible for implementing and managing human resources policies and programs for 150,000+ Verizon employees around the globe. Delehanty provides strategic counsel and guidance to the business on HR-related matters to support our talented workforce and strengthen our winning culture.
Prior to her current assignment, Delehanty was vice president of human resources for Verizon Wireless with responsibility for all human resources strategies and programs, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, staffing, diversity and human resources for 80,000 employees. Delehanty joined Verizon Wireless in 2000 serving as executive director of employee relations, overseeing employee workplace programs and policies, including all human resources communications.
Previously, Delehanty was a field director for GTE Wireless. She joined GTE in 1991 through their Leadership Development Program and held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility and authority with the company’s products, directories, telephone operations and wireless groups.
She serves on the board of trustees for 180 Turning Lives Around, a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating domestic violence.
Delehanty holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin.

Andee Harris brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as the Chief Engagement Officer at HighGround. Most recently, served as the vice president of sales and marketing for The Marcus Buckingham Company. Before that she led sales and marketing for Syndio, a people analytics software company. As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Eric Hutcherson manages the NBA’s global human resources strategy, specifically compensation, employment and relations, learning and development, and recruiting.
Prior to joining the NBA in July 2014, Hutcherson spent three years as Managing Director and Chief HR Officer for the U.S. and Canada Division of Marsh, a leading global insurance brokerage firm. He specialized in colleague engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning, and dedicated much of his time to expanding the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
Preceding his time at Marsh, Hutcherson worked at Mercer, a financial services and human resource consulting firm, for eight years. He held several leadership positions at Mercer, including Chief Human Resource Officer – Americas, and Global Leader for Mercer’s Outsourcing and Global Operations and Shared Services businesses. Hutcherson also held numerous human resource management roles with Putnam Investments.
Along with his nearly 20 years in the human resources field, Hutcherson has prior experience in professional sports. Earlier in his career, he worked for Foot Locker and served as Assistant Director of Public Relations for the Boston Celtics for three years.
Outside of the NBA, Hutcherson is a motivational speaker and has constructed a career development training program entitled, “Say Yes to Success.” He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Hun School of Princeton.
Hutcherson earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University and a master’s degree in Sports Management and Administration from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He resides in Freehold, N.J. with his wife Linda and their two sons, Austin and Myles.

Based in New York and sitting on the Executive Committee, Leander reports to Chief Executive Officer Dawn Airey, serving as a strategic partner. He is responsible for translating business plans into an HR strategy that runs parallel to the vision and fast growing pace of Getty Images.
As CHRO, Leander is responsible for corporate culture and values, ensuring that the company has a world-class human resources strategy to support the company’s growth and success. His responsibilities also include directing and leading people-centric global initiatives and programs that align with the company’s objectives, including staffing, employee and leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Prior to Getty Images, Leander held the role of Global Head of Human Resources for Western Union, where he implemented a robust talent management strategy, employee engagement programs and an innovative HR operating model across the company. Previously, Leander served as the Global Head of Human Resources at American Express – a tenure that spanned 10 years – as well as held senior positions at Marsh Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Earlier in his career, Leander served in the US Navy.

Benoit Massal is Vice President, Head of North America Talent Management at Sanofi. Most recently Benoit was Head of HR for Sanofi in Canada.
A French citizen trained as an Aerospace engineer in France, Benoit started his career in the Automotive industry where he took positions of growing responsibility, including management of design teams, within the Engineering and Design division of Renault-Nissan.
He joined the Pharmaceutical industry (sanofi-synthelabo) in 2003, played a key role in the integration of sanofi-synthelabo and Aventis businesses. He went on to serve as Chief of Staff for the Head of Intercontinental Operations, and in 2006 Chief of Staff for the President & CEO of sanofi-aventis US Pharmaceutical Operations.

He took on the responsibility for the NA Talent & Workforce Planning Center of Expertise late 2011 and was assigned the role of Head of HR for Canada in 2014. He has been in his current role since July 2016.
