Julie Cary is the EVP, Chief Marketing Officer for the La Quinta brand of hotels, based in Irving, Texas. As CMO, she oversees the company’s Communications, Ecommerce, Loyalty, Guest Insights & Analytics, and Partnership initiatives, and helps define customer experience strategy. La Quinta Holdings Inc. (LQ) is a leading owner, operator and franchisor of select-service hotels, with more than 880 properties located in the US, Canada, Mexico and LatAm. Marketing is an indispensable component of selling our perishable offering: 88,000 room, 365 nights-a-year.
Since joining La Quinta in 2006, Ms. Cary has played a key role in the repositioning and growth of the La Quinta brand through both private and public ownership. Key initiatives under her leadership include industry-first innovations in mobile and loyalty, a long-running, impactful ad campaign, significant growth in contribution from the Returns loyalty program and digital innovations, as well as the development and launch of “Here for You” the company’s guest experience strategy. Julie’s marketing mantra for winning at business? “Analytically Informed. Creatively Delivered.”
Prior to her role at La Quinta, Julie held marketing leadership roles at Brinker, Dean Foods, Gerber Products Company and Ralston Purina. She received her MBA from Washington University and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.

Ali's current position at 3M is global digital marketing lead and he is involved in the advancement of various digital efforts in the B2B space at 3M. 3M applies science in collaborative ways to improve lives daily. With $30 billion in sales, 3M has 90,000 employees that connect with customers all around the world.
Ali is also the founder of Row, the digital startup that has received praise from leading media outlets and national entrepreneurial organizations for its work with small businesses. Ali was involved in his first website and digital campaign in 2000 and since then has had varying levels of involvement across the strategic development and execution of 1,000+ digital campaigns and website builds. This includes starting two top 10,000 Alexa ranked websites and work with businesses of all sizes.
Ali also has experience in retail management and sales. He holds a bachelors in finance and marketing as well as a MBA from Texas State University.

Lety Duran Nettles joined Rent-A-Center in December 2016 as Vice President of Digital Integration. She is responsible for the design and construction of an innovative performance optimization platform that manages an enterprise view of business and technology assimilation and for the delivery of direct-to-customer digital products such as e-commerce and mobile-commerce. Lety also directs the creation of a digital strategy change model that will offer insights for operational improvements, optimizations and innovations for all lines of business
Lety focuses on driving digital transformation through an architected approach. She believes that reality is complex and therefore uses a model-driven approach identify opportunities to inject digital capabilities and to solve complex problems with business, technology and internal ways of working.
Before joining Rent-A-Center, Lety was Senior Director at Walmart responsible for Technology Modernization and Digital Enterprise strategy for Technology. Lety brings over 20 years of technology experience. She is from Austin, Texas where she held leadership positions with Dell Inc responsible for the globalization of Oracle Applications and then IT Strategy & Architecture. She is the author of Business Architecture in Practice: Building the Platform for Business Integration and has served as a board member for Walmart’s STEM Program and Women in Technology.
Lety holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with specialization in mathematics from Texas State University. She lives in Prosper, TX with her husband, Jim, and her three children, Camila (5), Brielle (3) and Jaxon (6 months). Lety and Jim find joy and humor every day experimenting on ways to integrate their careers with a home of toddlers. #hustle

Will Pinnell currently serves as the Vice President, Digital & Product Strategy at BCD Travel, one of the world’s largest corporate travel agencies. In this role, he is responsible for the global strategy and development of BCD’s traveler-facing products and services including profiles, online booking tools, messaging, disruption services and mobile applications.
Previously, Mr. Pinnell served as the Director of Mobile Strategy & Traveler Solutions for Sabre Holdings, the world’s leading provider of technology solutions for the travel industry. At Sabre, he oversaw mobile development, marketing strategies, m-commerce, global messaging and wireless pricing models for Sabre’s four business units including Sabre Travel Network, Sabre Airline Solutions, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, and Travelocity. With a global portfolio of over a dozen mobile applications, his products reached 75 million travelers per year in over 200 countries around the world and in 17 languages.
Prior to Sabre, Mr. Pinnell was an early founder of Handango, the world’s leading independent publisher of smartphone applications. He spent 10 years driving its business development, ecommerce and product development efforts.
As an industry-recognized content expert, Mr. Pinnell has produced over $100M in smartphone application sales and nearly half a billion mobile downloads. In 2010, he was the keynote speaker at Internet Retailer’s first-ever m-Commerce Forum and speaks regularly on how mobility is rapidly transforming business, travel and consumer products.
Mr. Pinnell presently serves on the digital advisory board of Innovation Enterprise and the Ladders leadership committee of the Global Business Travel Association. He has served as the Education Chairman of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives and has contributed regularly as a writer to Enterpreneur.com. In addition, he holds double Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and management from TCU and graduated cum laude from Columbia University’s Biosphere2 Ecological Studies Program in NY and Arizona.

Andy Rah is the Vice President of Global Marketing for Macadamia Beauty, leading the world-wide marketing efforts for all of the Macadamia Beauty brands, including Macadamia Professional, éprouvage, and Macadamia Natural Oil, in addition to the latest brand, Flawless by Gabrielle Union. His responsibilities include leading all aspects of product development, creative, sales support, merchandising, public relations and digital/print & social media. Andy has over 10 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry, having worked for L’Oreal, TIGI and Advanced Beauty prior to joining the Macadamia team. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce and MS in MIS, in addition to having his MBA from Georgetown University.

Lenovo.com has won several awards for Usability and Design recently.
Ajit holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from India, a MS in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University and a MBA from Claremont Graduate University's Peter F. Drucker School of Management.
